Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the partial influence of Leadership Style, Discipline, Motivation and Education on the Performance of Population and Civil Registration Service Employees in Aru Islands Regency and (2) the influence of Leadership Style, Discipline, Motivation and Education simultaneously on Employee Performance. Population and Civil Registration Service in Aru Islands Regency. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique by using the entire population as the sample. The data collection technique is by using a questionnaire distributed directly by the researcher. The results of the research show that Leadership Style, Discipline, Motivation and Education have a partial or simultaneous influence on the Performance of Population and Civil Registration Service Employees in Aru Islands Regency as seen from the sig value. < alpha value (0.05). The performance variable that can be explained by the leadership style, motivation and work discipline variables is 97.4%. Meanwhile, the remaining 0.026 or 2.6% variables were not examined by the author, such as organizational culture, leadership, etc.

Abstract

Marketing Mix and Purchase Decisions on the Shopee Marketplace. Business Administration Study Program. Supervised by Muh. Nur Yamin and Maya Kasmita.. This study aims to determine the marketing mix and purchasing decisions on the shopee marketplace in Makassar City. This research uses Quantitative research type. Data collection techniques carried out are primary data (Questionnaire, Observation, and Documentation). The sample used was a sample formulated using the Slovin formula, as many as 100 respondents. Data is obtained from research results that are processed using data analysis. The results of the study show that the regression coefficient of 1.329 means that the marketing mix has a positive effect on purchases at the shopee marketplace in Makassar City. This shows that with the marketing mix, there is an increase in purchases on the shopee marketplace and vice versa if there is no marketing mix, the increase in purchases on the shopee marketplace will not increase. The value of the coefficient of determination is obtained at 0.626 or 62.6% which means that the influence of Marketing Mix (X) on Purchasing Decisions (Y) is in the High or Strong category (assuming that other factors are constant).

Abstract

The aim of this studyto investigate the implementation of human resource management (HR) at Rendani Manokwari Airport. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with HR managers, employees, and direct observation of HR activities at the airport. Research findings show that Rendani Manokwari Airport has implemented various HR management strategies and practices to support smooth operations and employee satisfaction. These strategies include careful recruitment and selection, employee training and development, fair reward systems, and effective internal communications. However, several challenges such as the need to improve human resource infrastructure and improve technical skills still need to be addressed. This research provides important insights for airport management and related stakeholders to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of HR management at Rendani Manokwari Airport.

Abstract

Cultural factors greatly influence consumer behavior. Cultural factors influence consumer behavior, which can be seen from lifestyles, habits, and traditions in the demand for different goods and services. The purpose of this study is to find out more about how cultural factors influence consumer behavior when they choose to buy Herborist products. Descriptive qualitative research is the type of research used because it can help researchers by explaining the facts that exist in the field. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is the first stage of the data reduction process, which focuses on selecting, simplifying, abstracting, and transforming rough data from field notes. The second stage is data presentation, where information is organized into statements that allow conclusions to be drawn, and the third stage is conclusion drawing based on data reduction and presentation. The results showed that cultural factors have the greatest and most significant impact on how consumers make purchasing decisions. Culture, subculture, and social class are some of the ways the role of cultural factors is demonstrated.

Abstract

Implementation of the Design Thinking Method for Validating Business Ideas in Seafood Selling Businesses in Sijelling Village, Tellusiattinge District, Bone Regency. Thesis of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Business Administration Study Program, Makassar State University. This study aims to find out how to implement the design thinking method to validate business ideas for selling marine fish. To achieve this goal, this study used a qualitative approach, this study took 6 (six) respondents, consisting of consumers and fish manufacturers. Data collection procedures used were in-depth interviews and documentation. The interview technique was carried out in a structured manner using design thinking interview guidelines. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the design thinking method can create products according to user needs through the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototyping, and testing. After carrying out several stages of design thinking, this research resulted in a prototype design in the form of a business model canvas (BMC). Business model creation can be run with the nine elements of the business model canvas. The nine elements are customer segment, value proposition, channel, customer relationship, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners and cost structure.

Abstract

The development of the culinary industry world that is increasing without realizing it also provides an increase in public interest that is understood in the business world, the integration of technology and understanding of its use can be a weapon for business actors to be one step ahead compared to their competitors or also called competitive advantage. Digital marketing is one of the media that is often used by business actors because of the new ability of consumers to follow the flow of digitalization, several companies are gradually starting to abandon the conventional marketing model / and switch to modern marketing. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with a phenomenological research approach to describe all phenomena of how the digital marketing literacy model in the development of the creative culinary home industry in the city of Makassar. The aspects that are the focus of this researchsocial networking, transliteracy, maintaining privacy, managing identity, creating content. The type of data source in this study used primary and secondary data with observation and interview data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research findings are known Digital marketing model in the development of the culinary creative industry in the tourist alley of Makassar city is carried out through three stages, namely 1) Data Based and Use of Big Data and Analytics, 2) Optimization of Digital-Based Business Incubators, and 3) Creation of Educational and Interactive Content and Location-Based Marketing (Geo-Targeting).Strategies that the government can apply to culinary industry players in Makassar in utilizing platforms for culinary developmentwith four stages, namely the Development of MSMEs Based on Collaboration of Actors in Creating a One-Stop Database, Human Resource Development Through Continuous Optimization of Training for Business Actors, Providing an E-Commerce Platform Model for Business Actors, and Building Brand Awareness

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the regional economy, including in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. However, one of the main challenges faced by MSMEs is the limitations in marketing and market reach. Social media has become an effective tool in increasing business visibility and expanding customer networks. This study aims to analyze the role of social media in increasing MSME turnover in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique on MSME actors who actively use social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp as marketing media. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using linear regression analysis to see the relationship between social media use and increased business turnover. The results of the study showed that the use of social media has a significant effect on increasing MSME turnover. Factors such as posting frequency, interaction with customers, and the quality of published content have a positive impact on sales. In addition, MSME actors who use digital marketing strategies, such as paid promotions and collaboration with local influencers, tend to experience higher turnover increases compared to those who only rely on conventional methods.

Abstract

Artificial feed is the main input of energy sources provided so that shrimp growth becomes optimal. Appropriate feeding can spur the growth and development of vaname shrimp optimally so that productivity can be increased and get low FCR. This Final Practical Work (KPA) will be carried out from January 15, 2024 to March 31, 2024 at West Java Tasikmalaya, West Java, with the aim of knowing feed management in vanname shrimp rearing in intensive ponds, calculating survival rates, ABW, ADG, FCR and calculating business analysis on vanname shrimp rearing in intensive ponds. The data analysis techniques used in the preparation of this report are descriptive and quantitative analysis. Feed management in vaname shrimp starts from feed handling, type and form of feed, nutritional content of feed, feed program, feeding and anco control. Stocking density of 150 heads/m2 with a maintenance period of 120 days using Haida brand feed. For the feed program using two methods, namely blind feeding and feeding rate. During maintenance, biomass was obtained 1.1 09 kg, ABW 4.35, ADG 0.16 gr, SR 85 %, and FCR 1.7. The results of the business analysis calculation show that shrimp farming activities in Feed Management Techniques on Intensive Enlargement of Vaname Shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) at West Java is a worthy effort because it obtains a profit value of Rp. 2,244,866,177 from BEP production of 51,864 kg and BEP at a price of Rp. 42,542 and Pay Back Period (PP) obtained 3. period to return capital.
