Abstract

This study aims to determine the Learning Motivation of Class XI Students in Learning Pencak Silat at SMK Rosma. This study uses a quantitative approach. If viewed from the type of data presented, the method in this study is a survey research using a questionnaire. The sample used is purposive sampling, totaling 90 students. The results obtained with the category of "low" by 14% (13 students), "enough" by 79% (71 students), "high" by 7% (6 students), Sufficient Learning Motivation of Class XI Students in Self-Defense Learning Pencak Silat at SMK Rosma is influenced by two things; the first is the intrinsic factor of 48.72%, the second is the extrinsic factor of 51.28%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the form of social discrimination experienced by the main character of Yuni's film, describe the factors causing social discrimination of the female protagonist in Yuni's film, describe the response of the main character in Yuni's film in resisting the acts of social discrimination she experienced. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The object in this study is a film with the title Yuni. This research focuses on problems related to social discrimination that afflicts female characters in Yuni's films by reviewing using literary sociological studies. Data retrieval techniques by watching movies thoroughly and recording findings. The validity of the data is obtained through semantic validation and reliability. The results obtained from this study show that (1) The most dominant form of discrimination is the form of public discrimination in the form of ridicule, gender discrimination and social discrimination experienced by female characters in films. (2) The factors causing social discrimination in the domestic sphere are gender factors, while in the public domain, namely religious factors, and social strata factors. (3) The most dominant response is the response of refusing to be manifested in the form of verbal actions and the writing of a certain thing or opinion.

Abstract

Students in Indonesian high schools reviewed a great deal of material. They need to have a firm understanding on a variety of texts. Caption text is one of the texts that the students need to be able to understand fluently. The students are still having trouble writing a caption text. In order to make this research more focused, the researcher narrowed the field of the problem being studied to investigate EFL students' writing in the process of making captions based on SFL perspectives. This research used a case qualitative method. The result showed that students worked hard to create a caption text. They found two important things about the structure and language of the genre as a whole. They have exercised good control in writing caption text in terms of generic structure. The schematic structure of the caption texts demonstrates this. There are still several spelling, punctuation, and capitalization errors in the language. Learning to write cannot be accomplished in a single session. Thus, in order to successfully create a meaningful writing class, both teachers and students must maintain active communication.

Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) how the use of locutionary speech acts in the Rengaspendawa social media community group facebook posts in pragmatic studies, (2) how the use of illocutionary speech acts in the Rengaspendawa social media citizen group facebook posts in pragmatic studies, (3) how to use perlocutionary speech acts in the Facebook post of the Rengaspendawa citizen group on a pragmatic study. The method in this study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, reading techniques, note-taking techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique uses pragmatic studies, and research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written words. Data analysis was carried out by describing the data on the use of illocutionary and perlocutionary speech acts on the Facebook posts of the Rengaspendawa social media citizen group in pragmatic studies, which were obtained from the scrinshoot of the Rengaspendawa social media community group facebook post, then identified, and clarified according to the data in the post. Abstract

Addiction to playing online games smartphone is a pleasure in playing because it can give a sense of its own satisfaction, so there is sense of repeating fun activities when playing smartphone online games. This could make someone be addiction and can reduce sleeping quality. Addiction to playing online smartphone games is a pleasure in playing because it can give a sense of its own satisfaction, so there of this study was to determine the relationship between addiction to playing smartphone online games with the quality of student at SMPK Hewerbura Watublapi, Sikka Regency. The type of research used in this research was correlation analytic research with a cross-sectional approach, the population in this study was students of class VIII in SMPK Hewerbura Watublapi, Sikka Regency with the sample in this study amounted to 80 people, the sampling technique used total sampling. The statistical test was the Spearman correlation test, the data were collected through questionnaires. The results of the study showed that of the 80 respondents who were addicted to online smartphone games with poor sleep quality category as many as 41 people and addiction to playing heavy smartphone online games with poor sleep quality category as many as 30 people. The results of the Spearman correlation test obtained p value (0.013) < α (0.05) with a correlation coefficient of 0.276 in the direction of the positive relationship. It means that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, this means that there was a significant relationship between addiction to playing smartphone online games and the sleep quality of students at SMPK Hewerbura Watublapi, Sikka Regency, which has a weak relationship where the higher level of addiction to playing smartphone online games affects the students sleep quality.The results of this study can be concluded that more students experience poor sleep quality because students do not know the negative impact of playing online games for a long time. Based on this result, it is expected that parents should control their children in playing online games and school must provide information regarding the negative impacts of online games.

Abstract

Depok City is actively revitalizing several situ starting in 2019 until the next few years. The potential to become a favorite tourist attraction is very large because the location is very strategic, located not far from Jalan Margonda Raya, close to Depok Baru Station and Public Transportation Terminal. The Depok City Government has carried out anointing, making jogging tracks and normalizing in the form of mud dredging in Situ Rawa Besar. Since the revitalization was completed, there has been one tourist boat and several micro-businesses, entertainment attractions in the jogging track area, this certainly adds to the tourist attraction. The problem that arises is that this tourist attraction does not yet have a Pokdarwis (tourism awareness group), based on the information of the Depok City Youth, Sports, Culture, and Tourism Office (Disporyata), the management should ideally be carried out by Pokdarwis because it is legally under the guidance and auspices of the Disporyata. The results of observations and interviews by researchers to key informants emphasized that the management of Situ Rawa Besar carried out by the local community has not been optimal. The conclusion of the study is the need for synergy between the government as a regulator and all elements of the local community in order to create a tourist attraction at Situ Rawa Besar that attracts many tourists, and of course benefits the local community in terms of economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what social media strategies will increase audience engagement on social media and increase product sales at Cinla Restaurant. The method used is qualitative, by means of observation, documentation and interviews. The population in this study are consumers of Cinla Restaurant in Cililitan, East Jakarta. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that a social media engagement strategy that can increase product sales is to create content that can attract audience involvement, follow trending content, and pay attention to market conditions in order to find out consumer desires for products so that they can increase sales volume.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh video youtube terhadap rasa ingin tahu dan hasil belajar pada pembelajaran matematika peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh video youtube terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran matematika.Penelitiian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah tes pilihan ganda,angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) Kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai 0,200 dan kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai 200. Uji t dari rasa ingin tahu diperoleh nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 2,074>1672, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian video youtube berpengaruh terhadap rasa ingin tahu peserta didik. (2) Hasil belajar kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai 0,102 dan kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai 0,128. Uji t dari hasil belajar diperoleh nili sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 15,061>1672, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, dengan demikian video yutube berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Ada pengaruh video youtube terhadap rasa ingin tahu dan hasil belajar berdasarkan uji F kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan nilai Uji F sebesar 4,126 > Ftabel 4,02. Berdasarkan ketentuan yang berlaku untuk pengujian hipotesis yang telah peneliti uraikan, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian video youtube berpengaruh terhadap rasa ingin tahu dan hasilbelajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how financial management is to empower the community's economy at the Jami Al-Istiqomah Mosque. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, documentation studies, and field observations. There were three informants in this study, namely the chairman of IRMI, the head of DKM and the community. The results of the study stated that currently the financial management of IRMI (Ikatan Pemuda Istiqomah Mosque) is considered not to have empowered the community's economy because there is no fixed source of funding. The presence of the GISMAS program (Community Infaq Shodaqoh Movement) can help mosque youths to stabilize the existing cash flow. In addition, there is a need for innovation to publish the results of financial reports as well as posting activities and programs for mosque youth, one of which is by creating an official website that can be accessed by all people both inside the mosque and outside the mosque environment, as well as being considered trustworthy in financial management. and transparency is guaranteed so that people believe that the money they give to mosque youth has been used properly.
