Abstract

In The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of students' perceptions on the learning environment and learning readiness. A good learning environment and good student learning readiness are expected to support the teaching and learning process so that learning outcomes are achieved. The research subjects were 80 students at SMA Negeri 4 Tambun . Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The validity of the data was obtained by testing the validity and reliability, all data had a normal distribution. Data were analyzed using correlation regression. The results of the study prove that students' perceptions of the learning environment have a significant influence on social science learning outcomes. Likewise, learning readiness has a significant influence on social science learning outcomes. The findings also show that students' perceptions of the learning environment and readiness to learn together are less strongly associated with social knowledge learning outcomes.

Abstract

Public relations is a proactive management role that monitors trends, events, and concerns that may occur and detract from the company's critical relationships. When a crisis develops, the Public Relations' efforts to continuously monitor through informal relationships and others may be of great service to the organization. PR can therefore be considered a company's portrait. It is the organization's eyes, ears, and spokesperson at the same time. When an organization is in a state of instability, public relations takes the lead, when it is in a state of stability, it remains diligent in research and analysis, and when a firm advances, it stands behind and supports all of the organization's supporting activities and initiatives. In other words, Public Relations is an absolute necessity. PR serves as a facilitator and mediator between an organization and the public during a crisis. In my preamble, I underlined the importance of public relations in organizations, particularly in Indonesia, which, from my perspective, still gives PR meaning and places it in a significantly different position than it should.

Abstract

This study aims to understand and analyze, through the application of the legal position of Class I narcotics, types of methamphetamines and the importance of rehabilitation for suspects who use narcotics. In the court's decision, the detention ruled. The research method used by the researcher in this study is a normative research that uses a legal approach. The conclusion of this study is that amphetamines or methamphetamines classified as psychotropic Group I have undergone changes, previously in Law No. 5 of 1997 on Narcotics, as in Article 153 letter (b) of Law No. 35 of 2009 on specified narcotics. Since the Amendment to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5 of 1997 on Psychotropic Drugs has been repealed and declared invalid, narcotics where Group I and Group II psychotropic drugs are indicated have been transferred to Narcotics Category I and rehabilitation is urgently needed. To receive rehabilitation that: under Article 54 of the Republic of Indonesia Law No. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics. Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the aircraft maintenance and maintenance industry. In the operational process, it was found that there were problems that occurred in the material procurement business process and the implementation reporting business process where there were differences in actual and system material usage data where 78% of the total recorded material had been used in the system. With these conditions, where the amount of material planned is the same as the data on the amount of material used which is recorded in the system and does not match the amount of material used in its actual condition, the company has the potential to experience material opportunities that are wasted. Thus, a process design is made that aims to harmonize material usage data. Furthermore, root cause analysis is carried out to find out what alternative solutions can be used to solve the problem. Therefore, the 5 Why's Analysis was carried out to obtain the chosen alternative solution, namely the reconciliation process. The design of the reconciliation process is carried out using a Business Process Management (BPM) approach with the Process Design method. Before carrying out the design, it is necessary to determine the specifications and design standards. The design specifications are determined based on the need statement obtained from the interview by the General Manager Purchaser and the design standard used to design this reconciliation process is Minister of Finance Regulation No. 118/PMK.06/2018 concerning Procedures for the Reconciliation Process for State Property. After that, the process of designing the reconciliation process begins with the determination of the process components that are tailored to the need statement, then a reconciliation process flow design is carried out based on standards and adapted to the conditions of the company, after that a Job Description is designed for parties involved in the reconciliation process. From the design process, the design results are obtained in the form of procedures for implementing the material reconciliation process in the procurement business process and business process reporting on project implementation and adding Job Descriptions for parties involved in the business process.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial inclusion on the performance of of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Karawang Regency. The research was conducted using descriptive and verification methods, namely: collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing hypotheses and making conclusions and suggestions. Sampling using probability sampling. The analytical technique used is the technique of scale range analysis and path analysis with the help of the Method of Successive Interval (MSI), the Microsoft Excel 2010 computer program and the SPSS version 25 application. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, this study proves that Financial Literacy shows an average value of 1,570 with agreed criteria. Financial Inclusion shows an average score of 1,558 with the criteria for agreeing. MSME performance shows an average value of 1,556 with agreed criteria. The correlation coefficient between the variables of Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion obtained a value of 0.924 which means it has a very strong, positive and significant correlation level between Brand Image and Price. The partial effect of Financial Inclusion on MSME Performance is 0.432, which is greater than Financial Literacy which is 0.418. So it can be stated that Financial Inclusion contributes more to MSME Performance compared to Financial Literacy. The simultaneous effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Inclusion on MSME Performance is 8% while the remaining 15% is another variable that is not examined. Abstract

This study aims to analyze needs, develop products in the form of game in third grade elementary school.. In addition, the development of game literacy and numeracy game in digital literacy and basic numeracy skills for third grade elementary schools in the Wibisono cluster, Jati District, Kudus Regency. This research is a research development or Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg and Gall development method. The results of this media development have been tested for effectiveness with the results of accumulated scores by 3 material validators, namely 53,52,52 out of a maximum score of 60. An average of 87% of material expert validators were obtained. The accumulation of 3 media expert validators, namely 63.70 and 71 from a maximum score of 80, obtained an average percentage of 85%. The accumulation of expert users is 15,16,17 from a maximum score of 20, an average percentage of 80% is obtained. So that all three are included in the "Very Eligible" criteria. Eligibility is also supported by the results of student and teacher questionnaire responses which show an average percentage of 80.97% and 86.28% with the criteria of "Good" and "Very Good". Based on the results of the T test, it was found that t arithmetic > t table, which is 4.822 > 1.674, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group so that the PEGALINU media is effective in digital literacy and basic numeracy skills for class III in elementary schools in the Wibisono sub-district. Abstract

Handbooks are important teaching materials as a complement to modules in learning by using the PQRST method in script-based drama learning. The purpose of this study is to describe the needs, compile drafts, and validate experts. This research uses the research method and development (R&D) is to use the ADDIE development model. The results of this study are a handbook of the PQRST method that meets the needs of students and teachers, as well as a draft handbook of the PQRST method. Based on the results of validation tests by several experts, this handbook is suitable for use in script-based drama learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of collaborative coaching on teacher performance. This research was conducted from July 2022 to August 2022. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Sources of data were obtained from school principals, classroom teachers and mulok teachers. Data collection techniques using interviews. The data analysis technique used is John W. Creswell's qualitative data analysis (2017). Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that collaborative coaching on teacher performance is in accordance with the steps of the GROW collaborative coaching model, namely asking the purpose of doing coaching, encouraging coachees to expand their point of view related to the situation at hand, agreeing on the desired results in overcoming problems, discussing the most effective way to achieve a destination.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SDN 3 Gedong Wonogiri with the type of qualitative descriptive research. The data in this study are in the form of a description of the implementation of the blended learning system in thematic learning obtained through the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects in this study were the principal, class VI teacher, and class VI students at SDN 3 Gedong, Wonogiri. The data collected was analyzed qualitatively. Planning for the implementation of a blended learning system in thematic learning is outlined in a thematic learning implementation plan with a blended learning system with the stages of the implementation process: seeking of information, acquisition of information, and synthesizing of knowledge. Barriers to face-to-face learning are limited time, and obstacles in online learning are the problem of student cellular data quotas that run out during learning, and unstable signal networks. The solution to the obstacles to the implementation of online learning is that students who have their savings buy quotas with their savings and some students who have quotas are the responsibility of the parents. The teacher provides a solution so that students whose quotas run out to join friends who are close to where they live. Thematic learning outcomes with the blended learning system include: 1) students have an attitude of always being grateful, caring, and honest; 2) Students' skills have an average value of 3.72 with very good predicate results; and 3) learning outcomes in the aspect of student knowledge on average show a good category in each lesson content.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the factors causing the difficulty of solving math problems with fractions based on learning styles. This research uses qualitative research method with content analysis design and case study type. The subjects in this study were 3 students in class VI SDN Bogem with each learning style. The research subject selection technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data used source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause students to have difficulty solving mathematical problems with fractions based on learning styles are: 1) students do not understand the language in sentences so that students do not know the meaning of the questions given, 2) students find it difficult to change from story questions to math sentences. , 3) lack of mastery of various strategies in solving problems, 4) students are not accustomed to solving problem solving problems, 5) lack of accuracy and caution in performing arithmetic operations, 6) students do not understand the concept of fractional material.
