This study aims to analyze needs, describe the development design, prove the feasibility and prove the effectiveness of flipbook-based digital comic media for fifth grade elementary school students in Pati District, Pati Regency. This research is a research development or Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg and Gall model development method which aims to develop flipbook-based digital comic learning media by paying attention to three quality aspects, namely valid, practical and effective. Qualitative data collection techniques through documentation, interviews and observations, while quantitative data collection techniques through tests and questionnaires. Data analysis is in the form of initial data before research, product development process data, product feasibility data and data on the effectiveness of flipbook-based digital comic learning media. The results of this study indicate that the level of need for social studies learning media in the form of digital comics based on flipbooks is quite high. Next, in designing flipbook-based digital comics through the sparkol application, there are several stages to go through which consist of: 1) Entering the sparkol videoscribe application; 2) Create and design digital comics with the help of the sparkol videoscribe application as well as voice over based on the storyline that has been made; 3) designing books using adobe photoshop; 4) make digital comics into book form with the help of a flipbook application called pdf pro; 5) digital comics that are already in the form of flipbooks are converted into android applications with the help of website 2 apk builder; 6) Digital comics are also made in a portable form so that they can be used via a PC or laptop. Next, The overall average score of validation from linguists, materials, and media experts is 3.31; 3.48 and 3.39 where all three are included in the "Very Eligible" criteria. Eligibility is also supported by the results of student and teacher questionnaire responses which show an average score of 3.31 and 3.25 with the criteria of "Very Good" and "Good". The use of flipbook-based digital comics is effective in helping students understand the concept of the role of the economy in an effort to improve people's lives and critical thinking skills of fifth grade elementary school students in Pati District, Pati Regency based on the results of Paired Sample T-test < 0.05 namely 0.049 and 0.048, which strengthened by the results of the Independent Sample T-test <0.05, namely 0.004 and 0.011.

Shafts, pulleys and belts are one component of a washing machine that are no less important than other components. These components function to continue the rotation of the motor to the washing machine tube that will be driven. This study aims to redesign and analyze the three components. The method used is an experimental method with qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the analysis show that the diameter of the drive shaft is 8mm with the type of material in the form of carbon steel, the diameter of the drive and driven pulley is 71 mm and 135.8 mm and the material for the cast iron pulley and the type of v-belt used is type A.

This research was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Kedungombo with a qualitative descriptive research in the form of a case study. The data in this study are in the form of a description of the use of video tutorials in learning to make sculptures for 6th grade students of SD Negeri 2 Kedungombo which were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The research subjects in this study were the 6th grade students of SD Negeri 2 Kedungombo and the parents of the 6th grade students of SD Negeri 2 Kedungombo. The data collected was analyzed qualitatively. Planning the use of video tutorials in learning to make sculptures for grade 6 students of SD Negeri 2 Kedungombo online in detail is stated in the lesson plan (RPP), and the teacher provides video tutorials to students so that each student can download it via WA groups and share it to students so that students can play video tutorials on making sculptures whenever needed. The implementation of using video tutorials in learning to make sculptures for grade 6 students of SD Negeri 2 Kedungombo is easy, the content is easy to understand, the process is also coherent from beginning to end.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal's leadership on performance. To determine the influence of organizational culture on performance. This type of research is quantitative, which focuses on objective phenomena to be studied quantitatively. This research belongs to the type of expost facto research, namely research that aims to find out events that have occurred and then trace back to find out the factors that caused these events. The data analysis method used to see the influence between variables in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 23 program. The results showed that the principal's leadership had an effect on the performance of teachers at the Al Asyhar Tulakan Donorojo Foundation, Jepara. Organizational culture influences the performance of teachers at the Al Asyhar Tulakan Donorojo Foundation, Jepara. Work motivation affects the performance of teachers at the Al Asyhar Tulakan Donorojo Foundation, Jepara. This study aims to determine the difference in the effect of learning management using cartoon media with learning using conventional media on understanding physics concepts in class VIII junior high school students. This research was conducted from July 2022 to August 2022. The research method used was experimental research using a posttest only control group design model. The population of this study were students of class VIII SMP, with a sample of 30 students who were taken by using cluster random sampling technique. Data on understanding the concept of physics was obtained from a test of understanding the concept of physics with a total of 25 items that have been tested for validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and differentiating power of item questions. The data analysis technique used is t test analysis. Based on the output of the results of the t-test analysis, the following results were obtained: F = 0.027, then the Sig (2-tailed) result of 0.000 was found to be smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) thus the first working hypothesis (Ha) which proposed reads "there are differences in the effect of learning management using cartoon media with learning using conventional media on the understanding of physics concepts in class VIII SMP students are accepted.

This principle of the Qur'an in its grounding level has experienced the opposite image. Islam as a religion is often accused of being a source of conflict with religious nuances. Why do acts of violence [terror or destruction] against ideologically different groups always use religious normative arguments to justify that the acts of violence they commit are scientifically correct? This paper starts with the problem, namely what is the concept of Teo-homo Ecosystem, what is the concept of Prosperity and Welfare?, What is Af'alu Al-Khmsa and Human Rights like? And How Are the Four Pillars Towards Rahmatan Lil Alamin (Science, Superior Humanity, Faith-Islam and Ikhsan, A Just Social System)? The results of the study show that the Islamic idea of peace is a very basic and deep thought because it is closely related to the character of the Islamic religion, and is even a universal Islamic thought about nature, life, and humans. This ukhuwwah prioritizes common ground and distances points of difference in order to create a harmonious, safe, serene, and peaceful life (rahmatan lil 'alamîn).

This research is motivated by the lack of physical motoric development of children with rhythmic gymnastics activities This study aim to develop child’s gross motor skills through rhytmic gymnastice activities On the following indikator, strength, balance, and coordination. The subjeks of this study were 21 children of group A TKQ Tamrinusshibyan Karawang district and the researh method used is classroom action research (CAR). The result of the study show that there is a process of gros motor development in children through rythmic gymnastics actitivities. These results can be seen from the pre-observation, activities in cycle 1 and cycle ll. The pre-observed child’s strenghth indicator is 35%, in the first cycle it is 55% and the second cycle is 75%, meaning that the are is a development in the child’s streght of 37,5% that there is a development of 45% in the child’s balance indikator of 32,5% in pre-observation, in cycle I it was 55%, and cycle ll was 77,5% so that the development of children’s coordination in cycle ll it was 75% so that the increase reached 41%. With activities. Rhyhmic gymnastics activities can develop gross skills of group A children at TKQ Tamrinusshibyan Karawang.

Lack of or poor nutrition in children will cause a decrease in the immune response, which means the ability to defend themselves against infection will decrease. One of the infectious diseases that still often occurs in toddlers is diarrhea. This type of research is an observational study with a cross sectional design which aims to determine whether there is a relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of diarrhea at the Setu Health Center 1. The number of samples studied was 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The data from this study were processed by the chi square statistical test. Based on the chi square statistical test, it was found that the value of p = 0.080 which indicates that there is no relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of diarrhea in children under five in the working area of the Puskesmas Setu 1. The value of the prevalence ratio is 0.6, which means that nutritional status is the status of a protective factor. occurrence of diarrhea. From the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of diarrhea in children under five at the Puskesmas Setu 1.

The purpose of this school action research is to improve character and quality education. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with the type of school action research (PTS). with the procedures used in this study, including planning the implementation of action, observation, and reflection. In accordance with the general principles of action research, each stage and cycle is always carried out in a participatory and collaborative manner between researchers and practitioners (principal teachers). The data sources of this research are teachers and students who are involved in activities or activities at SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Morotai. The data of this research is in the form of data about the results of improving quality character education. The data collection procedures used in this study were, 1. Observation, using an observation sheet to measure program achievement activities at SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Morotai. 2. Interview, using an interview guide to find out the opinions or attitudes of students and teachers about character education programs in schools. The data obtained in this study are program planning data, program implementation, and evaluation of character education program evaluations. The research results achieved as indicators of character education achievement are as follows: complying with social rules that apply in a wider environment, respecting religious, cultural, ethnic, racial, and socio-economic diversity within the national scope, increasing achievements in various curricular and extracurricular fields curricular.

Source of data used are primary data and secondary. Population in study this is whole member group farmer SP 3 District South Morotai and sample in study this i.e. 21 members group farmer. Technique data collection used is observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. Results study show that implementation empowerment public group farmer To use increase well-being community in the farm SP 3 District South Morotai through outreach programs and training skills.
