Abstract

Plants have potential as therapeutic agents, for example, the moringa plant (Moringa oleifera L.) which has been used by the community to prevent and treat various types of diseases (Rudiana et al., 2020). Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera L.) is one of the parts of the plant that can be used for its benefits as a traditional medicine (Nurcahyati, 2014). Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera L.) are rich in β-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin E, polyphenols and flavonoids. The strategy implemented in this study was carried out by searching research journal literature for the last 10 years, namely 2013 to 2023. Scientific articles and journals were retrieved through electronic databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed, Media Neliti, Sinta Kemendikbud, Researchgate.Net and Science Direct. Literature searches and searches were carried out using related keywords such as: flavonoid levels, moringa leaf antioxidants, total flavonoid levels, moringa leaf simplicia, moringa leaves, methanol extraction, water extraction, Moringa Oleifera. Based on the results of a review article, Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera L.) have potential flavonoids that can be used as traditional medicinal ingredients and the total flavonoid levels possessed by Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera L.) can be influenced by the quality of simplicia, starting from temperature and storage. Flavonoid levels of Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera L.) are also affected by the reagents and solvents used.

Abstract

In the Industrial Era 4.0 the machines used in development companies are especially very sophisticated and computer-based, especially at PT. Wijaya Karya Industri & Konstruksi Fabricasi Baja Majalengka almost all major machines use computer-based machines. The machine is the Daito CUD3C1050 Engine which is the first engine from Japan in Indonesia and even in Southeast Asia. Daito Drilling CNC Machine is classified as a new machine, so if there is damage to Daito Drilling CNC Machine, especially in the program, the problem solution is repaired by the engineer directly, the rest can be repaired by the equipment team. Machine availability affects the production process, if 98% is not achieved then the machine is not well prevented, the effect affects machine damage. If the availability of the machine is still below 98%, then the machine has an evaluation because it often occurs.

Abstract

Dengan mengawasi dan mengumpulkan data volume kendaraan di jalan raya, kita dapat mengontrol padatan lalu lintas. Sebagian besar, proses pendataan volume kendaraan yang melewati jalan raya masih dilakukan secara manual. Ini berarti bahwa beberapa orang ditugaskan untuk berada di lapangan dan mencatat atau menghitung semua mobil dan kendaraan motor yang lewat. Penghitungan manual memiliki banyak kelemahan, seperti pengumpulan data yang lama dan membutuhkan banyak sumber daya manusia. Untuk memudahkan pengendalian lalu lintas, diperlukan sistem penghitung dan deteksi kendaraan otomatis yang tepat, baik mobil maupun motor, berdasarkan masalah kondisi tersebut. Sebuah sistem deteksi kendaraan motor dan mobil yang menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network berbasis Python sedang dibangun.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the potential of students to ask questions and think critically in the subject of developing teaching materials using the problem-based learning model. Research using descriptive methods; data collection using observation sheets of asking activities, and tests of critical thinking skills in the form of essays. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results showed that the average percentage of student questions was dominated by the low-level thinking category (LOTS) by 80%; the question category of higher-order thinking (HOTS) by 20%. The percentage of student questions in the HOTS category is 69.2% lower than in the LOST category. In the aspect of critical thinking skills, the mean value of the interpretation indicator is 82.80; analysis 84.05; inference 79.6; evaluation 81.0; explanation 75.3; and indicators of self-regulation worth 70.5. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the problem-based learning model can facilitate students to increase their potential to ask questions and think critically in learning the development of teaching materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the benefits of the campus environment as a source of learning biology. So many learning difficulties experienced by students on campus. Utilization of various learning resources such as the campus environment is an effort to solve the problem of student learning difficulties. By learning directly in the natural environment, the learning experience experienced by students is more meaningful. Through direct learning in nature or the surrounding environment as a source of learning, it is able to make learning experiences concrete so that learning becomes optimal. The campus environment can be used as a learning resource for several relevant subjects. This research is a descriptive research from a literature study emphasizing the potential process analysis method of the environment around campus 4 of State University of Gorontalo as a source of learning biology. Campus 4 environment of Gorontalo State University, Bone Bolango Regency can be used as a learning resource in several subjects such as plant diversity, low-level and high-level plants, mycology, entomology and so on. This is due to the condition of the campus 4 environment of Gorontalo State University which is still beautiful and cool and has many tall and large trees, low-level plants that are still maintained, has many species of fungi and insects and so on.

Abstract

The Covid - 19 pandemic that has hit the world, including Indonesia, has brought changes in various spheres of life. Adapting to situations like this is the best choice. The world of education is one of the areas that has undergone significant changes. In general, the wider community thinks that school is a place to learn, in school every student is honed his cognitive abilities, even though other assessments are included such as affective and spiritual assessments. It is in school that cognitive development is experienced by a student, even teacher-student relations are important for a student's self-development towards Indonesia's goal of "educating the nation's life" but all of these things have changed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. The teaching and learning process is no longer centered in schools but in their homes. Parents also have to adapt when their roles as teachers and parents are no longer an option but a priority. Obstacles in the learning process began to be felt starting from the difficulty of accessing the internet, quota fees that must be met and the difficulty of parents being teachers at home . This journal writing uses a descriptive qualitative method. Parents really understand their duties and responsibilities. Parents realize that children are in the digital generation. Parents understand Biblical principles regarding duties and responsibilities in accompanying children.

Abstract

Animation always has some advantages in various aspects, for example always iconic Japanese animation with visual density and CGI used, then there are Western animations such as Disney, Pixar and so on which are superior with his “Exaggeration” Technique. The application of these 12 animations is mostly used on stopmotion lately like Corpse Bride and Shaun The Sheep The Movie, with hyperbole on some aspects of the 12 Animations made the writer a bit think how the results would be if the 12 aspects were put in level and intensity using the same theory that Ollie Johnston and Frank Thomas wrote about in a book entitled The Illusion of Life: Disney Animation which was written in 1981, namely by reducing some aspects beyond the Application of the 12 Animations, at the same time it will break the deadlock of the Animation Studio working on it the stopmotion. With this analysis, there will be lots of stopmotion animations expected to improvise from the old Stopmotion animation with an emphasis on 12 Principles Animation, both western and local films.

Abstract

In terms of international law, piracy is regarded as a criminal conduct that threatens trade and international security. According to the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, any State is allowed to seize a ship that is being used by pirates or that has been captured by them and is in its possession, as well as to arrest people and seize any property that may be on board. The UNCLOS III agreement on the high seas, namely paragraphs 100–107 of the agreement, regulates pirates or sea pirates.Whereas in its application, it calls for National Laws from each nation to control specific issues in putting the convention's principles into practice. In accordance with international law, each state is legally obligated to fully cooperate with one another in the fight against piracy on the loose ocean and in other areas that are beyond its territorial control. The criminal code ("KUHP") of Indonesia has regulations governing maritime piracy in Chapter XXIX on Shipping Crimes.All nations now have the power to bring pirate offences to justice under the authority of international law..

Abstract

Penelitian ini diadakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh layanan informasi terhadap minat warga desa Lalang Tanjung Pura terhadap pendidikan. Menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif yang meliputi deskripsi, dokumentasi, wawacara, dan observasi. Dilakukan di Desa Lalang Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Kecamatan Tanjung Pura, Kabupaten Langkat. Studi ini menunjukkan pentingnya layanan informasi dalam meningkatkan minat masyarakat terhadap pendidikan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, jelas bahwa penggunaan layanan informasi dapat membentuk potensi siswa (klien) untuk mengakses dan memahami bermacam-macam informasi, seperti detail tentang minat dan pendidikan mereka yang kemudian dapat mereka gunakan untuk mengambil keputusan. yang merupakan kepentingan terbaik mereka. Bukan hanya siswa, tetapi termasuk juga orang tua dan wali.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of leadership style and performance analysis at PT. Arya Lingga Manik, Panorama Bali Residance Branch, Ciseeng, Bogor Regency. The method used is a qualitative approach using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used structured and unstructured interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used SWOT analysis, observation, and direct interviews with key informants and informants. The results of this study indicate that the application of the leadership style applied at PT. Arya Lingga Manik Branch of Panorama Bali Residance, Ciseeng-Bogor is a collective leadership style where there is no longer decision-making from a Leader himself as before, but must go through the approval of other parties such as the Admin, and other relevant employee staff. While the leadership performance at PT. Arya Lingga Manik was said to be good because in the results of interviews with informants, after changing leadership styles, the company's employee performance increased or the leadership held training for staff to improve skills and listen more to the opinions of their subordinates.
