Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of headmaster academic supervision, headmaster academic supervision planning, the implementation of academic supervision of the principal, and the evaluation and follow-up of the academic supervision of the principal. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation. The research subjects were the head of the madrasa and the teacher. The results of the study showed: profile of education in Bandung Barat 2 Islamic Elementary School preparation of academic supervision programs arranged at the beginning of the school year by including teachers. Academic supervision program is arranged based on the problems faced by the teacher about learning and adjusting to the needs of the teacher; implementation of academic supervision in accordance with programs that have been prepared using several supervision techniques including individual techniques and group techniques; evaluation is carried out by looking at the results of the planning and implementation of academic supervision programs implemented and follow-up conducted by the headmaster by providing guidance to teachers who have not met standards and awards to teachers who meet the standards; and factors supporting and inhibiting the academic supervision of the headmaster. Based on the results of these studies, the implementation of the headmaster's academic supervision in improving teacher performance in Bandung Barat 2 Islamic Elementary School has not been well implemented in improving teacher performance. Abstract

In the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village Financial Management, the rules for managing village funds are controlled by simple, responsible and inclusive standards and carried out in an organized and financial manner. The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) noted that there were 601 cases related to misappropriation of village funds that were uncovered from 2012 to 2021. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach and very in-depth exploration. data collection techniques used in the form of interviews and observation and documentation. Obtain primary data in the form of details of the village budget and secondary data in the form of budget realization reports, reports on changes to the village income and expenditure budget. The purpose of this study was to find out and describe the process of implementing Junjung village financial management based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20 of 2018. Furthermore, to find the truth regarding the problems that exist in Junjung village, especially in the financial management of Junjung village. The results showed that in the process of managing village finances in Junjung Village, there was an inappropriate assessment at the planning stage at point 4, at the first point at the administration stage, and at the accountability stage at point 3. Neutral ratings were only found at the implementation stage at point 1 to 4 And besides those mentioned above, it is in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation number 20 of 2018.

Abstract

In learning numbers and mathematical operations for class VII students of Muhammadiyah Middle School, Tidore Islands City, there are still many who get scores below the KKM (KKM 70), especially in solving questions related to mathematical problems. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve mathematics learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of class VII students of Muhammadiyah Middle School, Tidore Islands City, Academic Year 2019/2020 in completing questions on the main material of numbers and mathematical operations through the implementation of the make a match cooperative learning model. The research subjects were 29 class VII students of Muhammadiyah Middle School, Tidore Islands City. The data collected includes student learning outcomes, teacher observation results, and student observation results. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle includes 4 (four) stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. In this study, it is said to be successful if at least 85% of students get a score ≥ 70. The research results showed: (1) Student learning completeness in cycle I was 68.96% with an average score of 70.27 and in cycle II it was 86.75% with an average score of 80.65. The data above, clearly shows that in cycle I the learning outcomes did not meet expectations, which means the indicators of success have not been achieved, while in cycle II the learning outcomes were in line with expectations, which means the indicators of success have been achieved

Abstract

Abstract

Illegal fishing is still rife in Indonesian waters despite efforts to eradicate it. The potential of fishing in Indonesian waters is so great that it is often used by local and foreign entities for illegal fishing. Illegal fishing and sharing of catch abroad without proven inspection procedures has brought revenue losses to cities or states, which can be detrimental to the national economy. The main issues to be addressed in order to support the conceptual model of Fisheries without harming the sea and violating existing and sustainable regulations, that is, what factors cause fishery crimes and how to deal with them, ensuring that criminals are proportionally prevented and punished from these crimes.

Abstract

This study focuses on the effectiveness of Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL) through the HelloTalk application in improving students' English speaking skills. It presents the findings of a classroom action research conducted in three cycles with computer science students at Pamulang University. The research demonstrates that HelloTalk positively impacts students' confidence, motivation, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension in speaking English. While emotional challenges may arise, the study emphasizes the importance of a supportive learning environment provided by teachers and language exchange partners. Additionally, it highlights the cognitive benefits of HelloTalk, including vocabulary acquisition, improved grammar understanding, enhanced listening skills, comprehension of idiomatic expressions, and cultural insights. Overall, the research underscores the effectiveness of HelloTalk as a tool for immersive and interactive language learning, while emphasizing the significance of a supportive environment to address emotional barriers.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the teacher in helping children's language development. The teacher facilitates children by always listening to children when children talk, always responding when children speak, and always listening to ideas conveyed by children. Teachers use learning media such as audio-visual media (television), visual media (pictures), and audio media (listening to songs/recordings). This shows that the role of the teacher in helping the language development of children with speech disorders is successful.

Abstract

Natural resources are quite rich in Indonesia, especially in the mining industry. Nickel is one of Indonesia's promising and high-value export commodities. Silvery-white and shiny nickel is a naturally occurring metallic element. Because of its wide distribution within the Earth's core and crust, nickel is the sixth most abundant element. As one of Indonesia's unique mining commodities, nickel has great competitiveness from 2010 to 2020. As a result, the European Union (EU) sued Indonesia in 2020 at the World Trade Organization (WTO) over the ban on nickel ore exports by the Indonesian government as the ban on palm oil exports which was considered to have the most severe environmental damage. Indonesia currently has alternatives related to problems through the WTO provisions, in article XX (g) and also Indonesia can prove that the policy does not harm the European Union.

Abstract

Ethnic Weaving is one of the traditional fabrics that has a very high cultural value. Indeed, woven cloth is not as popular as batik, but the beauty and cultural philosophy contained in woven cloth is not inferior to batik. Although not as popular as batik, Ethnic Weaving has its own uniqueness. The uniqueness of Ikat lies in the manufacturing process. To make beautiful woven cloth, woven craftsmen need months. This is because the tools used for weaving are still manual. Electronic word of mouth (eWOM) can be defined as positive or negative statements made by potential, actual, or former customers about a product or company that are made available to a wide range of people and institutions via the internet. The aim of this study was to identify the Influence of Electronic Word of Mouth on the purchase intention of NTT Ethnic Weaving. The research methodology used is in the form of content analysis, by looking at the effect of e-WOM on the purchase intention of NTT Ethnic Weaving. This research focuses on the purchase intention of NTT Ethnic Weaving. The results of the study show that e-WOM has a positive influence on purchasing intentions of NTT Ethnic Weaving.

Abstract

This paper aims to review the Appeal principles of Nussa and Rara characters in the Nussa animated series through the analysis of symbolic and paradigmatic relationships. Nussa is an animated series produced by The Little Giantz and 4stripe Productions. This animated series raises the genre of children's education and the da'wah of Islam. The main characters in this animation are two siblings. The boy named Nussa and his sister named Rara. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. From the analysis it was revealed that the two met the Appeal principle which was one of the twelve animation principles. From the analysis it was revealed, the symbolic relationship in the visual aspect, ranging from the attributes, clothing, and physical design of the character with the values that were agreed as a symbol of Islam in society. The symbolic relationship can be seen from the paradigmatic relationship or in absentia from both characters, where the selection of certain visual aspects will have an impact on the symbolic meaning.
