Abstract

Technology is currently developing rapidly thanks to the widespread growth of the internet worldwide. This growth has triggered an increasing demand for diverse information, especially in textual form. One way to fulfill this information demand is through social media platforms, which enable communication and interaction among individuals. Twitter has become a popular social media platform in Indonesia, providing a space for people to express their opinions on various topics, including lifestyle. These opinions can range from positive to negative or even neutral. Sentiment analysis is needed to provide a general overview of the sentiment expressed by the Indonesian public regarding lifestyle topics. This research utilizes the Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification methods to compare which method is most effective in analyzing sentiment towards lifestyle topics in Indonesian society. The study found that the SVM method achieved the highest accuracy of 61% and produced consistent prediction results.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the methods and results of learning carried out using thematic wall-mounted media to improve children's expressive language skills. This research was conducted at RA Dzikrurrahman Karawang in August 2023 with research subjects totaling 9 children from group B. The research method used was classroom action research following the Kemmis and McTaggart approach, which involved the steps of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. . This research consisted of two cycles, with the first cycle involving 6 meetings and the second cycle involving 2 meetings. Data is collected through various techniques, including tests, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively to measure the level of success and qualitatively to explain the research results. The results of the study showed a significant increase in children's expressive language abilities after using thematic wall-mounted media. The percentage of success before the action was 32%, increased to 55% in cycle I, and reached 79% in cycle II. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of thematic wall-mounted media has a positive impact on the expressive language skills of children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

Project-Based Learning (PBL) merupakan model pembelajaran yang memungkinkan siswa untuk memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui pengalaman praktis dalam konteks proyek. Dalam konteks pembelajaran olahraga bola basket, model pembelajaran berbasis proyek ini dapat diterapkan untuk mengajar teknik-teknik dasar seperti passing (chest pass, bounce pass, dan overhead pass) serta shooting. Pada model pembelajaran ini, siswa akan terlibat dalam proyek nyata yang menuntut mereka untuk menerapkan teknik-teknik passing dan shooting dalam situasi permainan sebenarnya. Mereka akan bekerja dalam tim untuk merancang strategi permainan, mengidentifikasi kebutuhan individu, dan melaksanakan latihan yang relevan dengan tujuan proyek. Melalui proyek ini, siswa akan mengembangkan pemahaman mendalam tentang prinsip-prinsip dan teknik-teknik passing serta shooting dalam bola basket. Mereka akan belajar tentang posisi dan gerakan yang tepat, koordinasi mata dan tangan, kekuatan dan akurasi, serta faktor-faktor lain yang berpengaruh dalam melaksanakan teknik-teknik tersebut.

Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan suatu usaha yang amat strategis untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Salah satu penyampaian pengajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif adalah dengan cara memodifikasi sebuah pembelajaran agar lebih menarik serta membuat siswa menjadi antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, olahraga, dan kesehatan. Permasalahan yang saat ini mucul adalah siswa kurang nyaman ketika dihadapkan dengan alat standart seperti bolabasket. Siswa mengeluh karena bola yang dipakai terasa berat saat melakukan tehnik shooting. Sehingga diperlukan teknik modifikasi dalam permainan ini.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh selfregulated learning model dengan menggunakan modifikasi bola basket terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Cilebar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest, dengan populasi siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Cilebar yang berjumlah 440siswa dan menggunakan sampel siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Cilebar yang berjumlah 29 yang diambil dengan cara menggunakan Teknik uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan paired sample test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa dari hasil penelitian ini baik dan berpengaruh pada motivasi belajar siswa dengan menggunakan modifikasi bolas basket.

Abstract

Teacher-led ball games have a significant impact on the enhancement of gross motor skills in early childhood students. The early childhood phase is a critical period for the development of these skills, and teachers play a pivotal role in creating an engaging and enjoyable learning environment. This article employs quantitative research methods to investigate how teacher-led ball games can influence the growth of gross motor skills in young children. The research also underscores the significance of structured games in supporting motor skill development and providing an enjoyable and effective teaching approach, particularly for young students. The study's findings highlight that teachers can serve as facilitators in nurturing the gross motor skills of young children through ball games. Early childhood motor skills are of utmost importance as they encompass aspects such as neural, muscular, and cognitive abilities. Additionally, the teaching methodology implemented by teachers fosters an engaging and captivating learning experience, capturing the enthusiastic participation of students in the classroom

Abstract

Ghia Farms is one of the orchid plant producers that sells cut moon orchids and potted orchids. Moon orchids are in demand by many people from various circles ranging from lovers to business needs. The existence of price competition causes the marketing of moon orchids at Ghia Farms to be less than optimal. The purpose of this research is to see the effectiveness of marketing that is being applied, identify the marketing of orchid plants, analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and analyze strategies that can be used by Ghia Farms based on the Business Model Canvas. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were analyzed with ROMI, Business Model Canvas Method, and SWOT. The results showed that Ghia Farms' marketing effectiveness is in the good category but close to the minimum limit with a ROMI value of 10.7 in 2021, and 10.5 in 2022, Ghia Farms has indirectly used the Business Model Canvas method, based on the results of SWOT analysis, Ghia Farms' business strategy is located in quadrant 1 with strategies that can be used, namely Strength and Opportunity (SO) or aggressive strategies, these strategies are expanding the e-commerce used, adding services as new programs such as bazaars or flower exhibitions, improving services by implementing a member system and opening offline stores.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the introduction of local wisdom values ​​in children aged 5-6 years through Rebo Nyunda activities at RA Sabilul Muttaqin, East Cikampek. Rebo Nyunda activities have been carried out for 3 consecutive years and continue to this day, routinely held once a week on Wednesdays. The aim of this activity is to introduce local wisdom values ​​to young children from a very young age. During the activity, children were introduced to various aspects of Sundanese culture and language through the introduction of Sundanese pupuh, regional songs, and Sundanese vocabulary. The introduction of regional languages ​​aims to improve regional language skills and enrich children's vocabulary. Apart from that, children were also introduced to traditional Sundanese games such as Snake Dragon, Rubber Jump, Hompimpa, Engkle, and Congklak, as well as the traditional tools used in these games. It is hoped that the introduction of local wisdom values ​​through Rebo Nyunda activities can shape the character of children who have high cultural awareness, respect their ancestral heritage, and have a sense of love for their homeland. The research results show that Rebo Nyunda activities have succeeded in creating an environment that supports the introduction and development of local wisdom values ​​in early childhood at RA Sabilul Muttaqin, East Cikampek.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the use of multifunction board media has on the ability to recognize the number symbols of children aged 4-5 years at PAUD Percontohan Plamboyan 3 Karawang Barat. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in the study were 54 students. Data collection tools used in this study were notes, number symbol recognition ability assessment instruments for pretest-posttest. Based on the results obtained from before being given treatment, the average value of children is 32.0 with the criteria starting to develop. While after using multifunction board media there is an increase from the average value of 32.0 to 51.7. By using the paired sample t test calculation that the tcount value is obtained 6.440 and the ttable is obtained 1.833 which means that the tcount value> ttable. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence in the use of multifunction board media on the ability to recognize number symbols of children aged 4-5 years.

Abstract

Child marriage or early marriage occurs where one or both partners are under 18 years of age. Early marriage is recognized as a global health problem and is associated with serious negative effects on the well-being and rights of millions of girls. Globally, more than half a billion women and girls get married before their 18th birthday. The purpose of this literature review is to determine the factors behind the decision to marry at an early age. A search engine is used as a tool to search for data. Through this literature review, it was found that post-conflict insecurity, family economic conditions, legal issues, community norms and traditions, level of education and knowledge, peer influence, individual needs, patriarchal ideology and low autonomy in decision making, and religious beliefs can be factors behind making the decision to marry early.

Abstract

The background of this study is the lack of ability of four-grade students in SD Negeri 1 Nagri Kidul in poetry reading skills. Students who are not excessively involved in class, teachers using a traditional teaching method, and no learning media tools can be used. Therefore, using the method of Classroom Action Research aims to overcome the problems that occur in four grade students. The result of this study indicates that students increased their scores in each cycle. In the first cycle, the average score of students for reading poetry is 66, and in the second cycle is 80. It means that using video learning media can improve the poetry reading skills of four-grade students in SD Negeri 1 Nagri Kidul. Based on the result of this study, it also showed an increase in student activity in cycle one and got good criteria; in cycle two, they got excellent criteria. Also, the observations of the teachers increased in every process. This study shows that using a video learning media can improve the poetry reading skills of four-grade students in SD Negeri 1 Nagri Kidul. As a consequence, it is expected that it can be used as material for reference and advice for teachers, specifically in reading poetry classes that learning video media can be developed and operated since it makes student improve their skills in reading a poetry.
