Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 334 employees and the resulting sample is 182 respondents. The sampling technique is using proportionate stratified random sampling, where sampling is done by knowing in advance the number of employees in each division, which then determines the sample for each division at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III. The analysis used in this research is path analysis. The results showed that the description for Occupational Safety and Health (K3), Work Discipline, and Employee Performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III was considered good. The relationship between Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Discipline has a strong relationship that is equal to 0.499. There is a partial effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on Employee Performance of 12.2%. There is a simultaneous influence of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and Work Discipline on PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Employee Performance of 31.9% while the remaining 68.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the utilization of the school environment as a source of learning for Biology Science. The research method employed is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include interviews and distributing questionnaires. The research subjects are teachers at MTS Arifah Gowa. The findings of this research indicate that the use and utilization of the school environment as a source of learning for Biology Science are still limited among teachers. The study also reveals that there are various plants in the surroundings of MTS Arifah Gowa, representing gymnosperms, angiosperms encompassing dicotyledonous and monocotyledonous plants, pteridophytes, and bryophytes. Utilizing the school environment as a source of learning for Biology Science can provide direct learning experiences, active learning, and meaningful learning for students. The results of this research are expected to motivate teachers to develop methods and learning strategies that make better use of the school environment and its surroundings as a living laboratory and a learning resource in the subject of Science.

Abstract

Textbooks have given us a lot of opportunities and a chance to gain something new and teach proper material our students so they can be more confident and have courage on what they can do by using textbooks as their way to learn something new. But despite with lot of information and knowledge that textbooks can give to the students, we as a teacher also should known how to choose a good textbook based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 8 the Year 2016, which said that every good textbook should’ve followed basic of UUD 1945 and also follow the value of Pancasila since it was also already had the appropriate framework of analysis for textbook evaluation purpose. So the analysis that will be conducted will focus on the relevance of materials that good for the students in sixth grade, the quality of materials, standards materials, and how good it’s the supporting material given in the textbook. With that, I hope after analyzing the textbook, it can show how appropriate material that used for students based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 8 of the Year 2016.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengaruh idol korea Red Velvet sebagai brand ambassador dalam minat beli Generasi Z pada produk Azarine. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara brand ambassador dalam minat beli dikalangan pengikut akun Instagram @azarinecosmeticoffcial. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan teori yang digunakan adalah AIDDA, yang meliputi perhatian (attention), ketertarikan (interest), keinginan (desire), keputusan (decision) dan tindakan (action). menggunakan sumber data yang diperoleh responden melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan secara online dengan jawaban yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan software SPSS version 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa brand ambassador berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

Skin infections are infections caused by pathogenic bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, such as acne, boils, scabies, versicolor, and wound infections. Treatment of skin infections can be done using natural ingredients, one of which is garlic skin waste (Allium sativum L.). This study aims to compare the antibacterial activity of ethanol and acetone extracts of garlic skin waste (Allium sativum L.) against Staphylococcus aureus. This study used maceration extraction method using 70% ethanol and 80% acetone solvents and antibacterial testing was carried out by disc diffusion method. The concentrations of 70% ethanol extract and 80% acetone of garlic skin waste used were 3%, 25%, 50% and 75%. The results showed 75% ethanol extract concentration with an average inhibition zone diameter of 2.96 mm, while 75% acetone extract with an average inhibition zone diameter of 1.7 mm with a weak category. The higher the concentration of ethanol and acetone extracts of garlic skin waste, the wider the inhibition zone. This study can be concluded that the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract with 75% concentration is better than the activity of acetone extract with the same concentration with p-value <0.05.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach through literature studies and interviews. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of pawn product promotions carried out by PT Pegadaian Regional Office IX Jakarta 2 through social media in the form of Instagram. The results of this study are the promotions carried out by PT Pegadaian Office Region IX Jakarta 2 through Instagram, namely Cashback, Interest-Free Pawn, Training and Mentoring MSMEs. In addition, to increase awareness of PT Pegadaian, there is a webinar program for entrepreneurs who want to start their business. Promotion of pawn products is carried out every other day with two to three contents in one upload.

Abstract

This study analyses the effect of Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions on Es Teh Indonesia products using a sample of 309 respondents randomly selected through the random sampling method from followers of the Es Teh Indonesia Twitter account. The population in this study refers to all followers of the Es Teh Indonesia Twitter account. The analytical method used is descriptive-verification with path analysis using the Successive Interval Method (MSI), and supported by Microsoft Excel 2019 and SPSS version 23. The results showed a low correlation between Brand Image and Product Quality (0.397), as well as a significant effect of Product Quality on Purchasing Decisions. However, Brand Image does not have a significant effect partially. Overall, Brand Image and Product Quality simultaneously influence 92.83% of Purchasing Decisions, while 4.5% may be influenced by other factors that have not been studied.

Abstract

Physical condition is a prerequisite that is very necessary in efforts to increase the performance of an athlete, it can even be said to be a basic necessity that cannot be postponed or negotiated. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Circuit Training method on the extracurricular soccer VO2MAX abilities of students at SMPN 1 Tambelang. Quantitative research methods can be interpreted as research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative/statistical in nature, with the aim of testing established hypotheses. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach that focuses on its main objective, namely to find out whether there is an effect of the Circuit Training Method on VO2MAX Ability in Soccer Games for Students of SMPN 1 Tambelang. Sampling technique by means of Cluster Random Sampling. According to P. Kurniawan, (2016: 69) Cluster Random Sampling is a random sampling technique that is selected based on groups. In this study, students at SMPN 1 Tambelang were used as samples. Results of the discussion There is a significant effect of circuit training on the ability of VO2MAX. This can be known by conducting research. Research knowing the initial conditions at the pretest obtained the highest value of VO2MAX obtained was 36.7 and for the lowest value was 29.92 and the average value was 33.322. Meanwhile, after carrying out the treatment or research, the posttest scores for circuit training learning outcomes increased with the highest VO2MAX score being 37.4, the lowest score being 30, and the average score being 34.022.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi pada Satu Persen Podcast episode “Filosofi Bahagia dan Kenapa Bahagia itu Tidak Sederhana”, karena sebelumnya pada penelitian tersebut belum belum pernah dilakukan. Adapun tujuan pada penelitian ini (1) mendeskripsikan tindak tutur lokusi pada Satu Persen Podcast episode “Filosofi Bahagia dan Kenapa Bahagia itu Tidak Sederhana”, (2) mendeskripsikan tindak tutur ilokusi pada Satu Persen Podcast episode “Filosofi Bahagia dan Kenapa Bahagia itu Tidak Sederhana”, (3) mendeskripsikan tindak tutur perlokusi pada Satu Persen Podcast episode “Filosofi Bahagia dan Kenapa Bahagia itu Tidak Sederhana”. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan 79 data, yang telah terbagi ke dalam tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi. Dari 79 data yang teridentifikasi tindak tutur lokusi terdapat 45 data, tindak tutur ilokusi terdapat 33 data, dan tindak tutur perlokusi terdapat 1 data. Dari 45 data tindak tutur lokusi, ditemukan kalimat berita sebanyak 16 data, kalimat perintah sebanyak 2 data, kalimat tanya sebanyak 27 data. Dari 33 data tindak tutur ilokusi, ditemukan asertif sebanyak 29 data, direktif sebanyak 2 data, dan ekspresif sebanyak 2 data. Dari 1 data tindak tutur perlokusi, ditemukan perlokusi get hearer to think about (membuat penutur berpikir tentang) sebanyak 1 data.

Abstract

Learning media certainly affects the continuity of the teaching and learning process. This study aims to conduct a literature review related to the effectiveness of phet simulation media in learning mathematics in elementary schools. The research method chosen in this study is the Systematic Literature Review method. Data collection was carried out by presenting all articles which were similar studies in this study. The articles used in this study were 10 articles obtained from Google Scholar. Based on this research, it was found that phet simulation media in mathematics learning can improve the continuity of the teaching and learning process which is characterized by increased ability of students' learning outcomes.
