Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Today's phenomena can be seen from the rapid progress of technology and information. With social media, of course it can be used as a place to socialize and interact with each other. Social media that are now widely used by the general public are Instagram and WhatsApp. This study aims to analyze discourse in buying and selling negotiations on social media in the Vespa zone based on superstructure or schematic theory according to van dijk in Eriyanto (2015) and utilize the results of discourse analysis as recommendations for teaching materials for class X high school negotiating texts. The benefits of this research are as recommendations for comparison between the structure of negotiating texts based on textbooks and conversations on social media and can be used as recommendations for ex-negotiation high school class X teaching materials. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a superstructure or schematic approach according to van Dijk's theory in Eriyanto (2015). The data source used is documentation of screenshots of conversations on the Vespa zone social media. The method of collecting data in this study are (1) documentation by way of screenshots of sales and purchase negotiation conversations on the Vespa zone social media, (2) using library techniques by looking for references to relevant journals and research The results of this study become recommendations for teaching materials in learning Negotiations Text in Senior High Schools. Teaching materials are packaged with computer-based multimedia and interactive videos.

Abstract

Clungup Mangrove Conservation (CMC) Tiga Warna is an ecotourism destination in Tambakrejo Village, Sumbermanjing Wetan District, Malang Regency. In tourism activities, especially ecotourism, a management system is needed to optimally utilize the potential and maintain the destination's sustainability into the future. The ecotourism management process consists of the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the monitoring and evaluation stage. CMC Tiga Warna is managed directly by the Bhakti Alam Sendang Biru Foundation. The aim of this study is to determine the application of ecotourism management by the management using qualitative-descriptive analysis. The findings of this study found that Yayasan Bhakti Alam Sendang Biru has done ecotourism management quite well, but the foundation has not yet implemented an ecotourism zoning system. The checklist system is their strong point.

Abstract

Bersamaan dengan pertumbuhan potensi sektor pertanian dan perkebunan yang semakin menjanjikan, muncul kekhawatiran yang dialami oleh para petani terkait isu pupuk. Tingginya kebutuhan akan pupuk serta lamanya proses penguraian nutrisi organik yang melalui fermentasi, menjadi sumber kecemasan karena risiko kegagalan fermentasi akibat suhu yang tidak sesuai, perkembangan mikroorganisme yang tidak terkendali, ketidakmampuan bakteri pengurai selama tahap dekomposisi, hingga masalah kebersihan wadah atau tempat fermentasi. Pembuatan alat bioreaktor anaerob dilakukan berdasarkan pertimbangan keinginan para pelanggan terhadap perangkat tersebut, menggunakan pendekatan Quality Function Deployment. Dilakukan pengembangan desain alat bioreaktor anaerob melalui inklusi fitur tambahan seperti elemen pemanas, mekanisme pengaduk, sistem pengatur suhu otomatis, serta pemasangan katup keamanan guna mengurangi tekanan. Melalui implementasi desain tersebut, uji coba alat bioreaktor anaerob menunjukkan kemampuan dalam mempercepat proses fermentasi dari rentang waktu 14-21 hari menjadi hanya 5 hari. Selain itu, alat ini juga berhasil mengurangi risiko kegagalan selama proses fermentasi dan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan produksi nutrisi organik di Desa Papungan. Tak hanya itu, perangkat ini juga sukses mengurangi potensi kegagalan pada saat fermentasi berlangsung, serta berperan secara positif dalam meningkatkan produksi nutrisi organik di wilayah Desa Papungan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organizational culture applied by the Daarul Hasanah Children's Orphanage, Karawang Regency, analyze the management's performance strategy and evaluate what efforts need to be considered to improve performance at the Daarul Hasanah Children's Orphanage, Karawang Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, namely through a literature study conducted by studying literature related to the research topic, as well as field studies conducted through and conditions in an institution. Based on the results of the overall evaluation, the organizational culture at the Daarul Hasanah Children's Orphanage, Karawang Regency, is not optimal. By implementing a strategy to grow it by implementing it in a positive orphanage environment, applying it in a way of communicating effectively, giving appreciation for achievements, paying attention to the welfare of the orphanage, this research seeks to reformulate the organizational culture strategy by using Maslow's theory of need hierarchies as a basis for the administrators of the orphanage to carry out tasks according to their duties and functions. Based on the research that has been done regarding the Analysis of Organizational Culture at the Daarul Hasanah Karawang Children's Orphanage, in the role of orphanage administrators in supporting the continuation of Children's Education the Board acts as foster parents or substitute parents for foster children by forming the nature, mentality of foster children that aims guide, educate, direct, and regulate the behavior of foster children get from their respective parents.

Abstract

Humans does shopping to fulfil their needs, but now also a way to reveal one's status. This proves the existence of emotional motives such as impulsive buying. Impulsive buying is spontaneous shopping . Impulsive buying occurs due to internal factors and external factors. External factors are caused by reference groups, such as celebrity endorsers, namely people who promote certain products. Internal factors are caused by materialistic impulses or hedonic shopping motivation. This study aims to look at the role of celebrity endorsers and hedonic shopping motivation on impulsive buying in early adulthood individuals. The sample of this study were men and women aged 18-25 years who had heard of or knew celebrity endorsers. The research used incidental sampling technique with 161 respondents. The measurement tools used are the impulsive buying scale, the celebrity endorser scale, and the hedonic shopping motivation scale. The results of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression coefficient is 0.591, the coefficient of determination is 0.349 with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05) proving that there is a positive role of celebrity endorser and hedonic shopping motivation on impulsive buying in early adult individuals. This research has implications for consumers and sellers. Consumers can pay attention to goals before shopping so that they can avoid impulsive buying behavior and sellers can provide an overview of the latest consumer shopping behavior so that they are able to set marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to outline strategies to improve the guality of facilities in tourist destinations Schmutzer Ragunan to increase visitor satisfaction. Schmutzer Ragunan is a populer destination in Ragunan that offers interesting facilities and attractions. The research involved travel experts, Schmutzer management and related parties. Collaboratively, they identify facility problems and plan upgrades accordingly. Specific time-bound research, including problem analysis, planning, implemementation, andevalution. This study aims to improve visitor satisfactions at Schmutzer Ragunan by improving facilities. This is expected to increase repeat visits and positive recommendations. The focus is on the quality of facilities in those destinations, areas that need improvement. The approach involves guestionnaires, facility observation and management. Improvement strategies and recommendations are drawn up.

Abstract

Organizational students are responsible for undergoing lectures, which are also accompanied by their involvement in organizations on campus. This makes the lecture situation even more challenging. Academically, lectures have made various demands that create a stressful situation for students. Situational factors, namely role conflict, and individual factors, namely grit, are thought to have an influence on academic burnout. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of role conflict and grit on academic burnout. The measuring instruments used in this study were the academic burnout scale with a reliability of 0.892, the role conflict scale with a reliability of 0.918, and the grit scale with a reliability of 0.889. The sample size in this study was 190 organizational students at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression techniques with a significance value of 0.000 and a coefficient of determination of 0.437. These results mean that there is a significant effect of role conflict and grit together at 43.7% on academic burnout. Each independent variable has a significant effect on academic burnout, with the beta coefficient of role conflict showing positive results, while the beta coefficient of grit shows negative results. Based on these results, it is important for organizational students to minimize role conflict and develop grit in an effort to reduce academic burnout.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Career Development, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PHD Pizza Hut Delivery Palembang. Population is a generalization domain which consists of objects/subjects with certain characteristics and characteristics determined by the researcher to be studied and conclusions drawn from there. In this study, the entire population consisted of PHD Palembang staff, totaling 35 people. Partial hypothesis test results (t) coefficient value sig. for the variable Career Development (X1) of 0.009 <0.10, meaning that Career Development has a direct positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. While the value of the coefficient sig. for the variable Work Motivation (X2) of 0.004. -So, the significance value is 0.004 <0.10, meaning that work motivation directly affects employee performance. And for the variable Work Discipline (X3) sig. 0.005, when compared with the P-value then 0.000 <0.10. Therefore the results of the hypothesis are that H¬0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant direct effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Pendekatan Feng shui aliran bentuk menggunakan pendekatan intuisi atau pengalaman untuk memecahkan masalah internal. Dalam banyak kasus, aplikasinya bertentangan dengan ilmu desain interior yang dipelajari secara akademis. Studi ini menggunakan teori aliran bentuk Feng shui dan desain interior untuk membandingkan interior antara rumah dan kantor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fengshui diterapkan pada kedua bangunan namun lebih mendetail ke bangunanan rumah, masing-masing berorientasi pada energi chi dan desain interior berfokus pada membuat ruang nyaman bagi penggunanya. Walaupun pad abangunan kantor tidak selengkap dan se detail rumah tetapi fengshui dasar dalam aliran bentuk telah diterapkan dan juga kedua bangunan mempresentasikan konsep fengshui aliran bentuk pada interior modern mereka.
