Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

This research aims to examine the feasibility of implementing the Project Based Learning (PBL) model based on Goal, Role, Audience, Situation, Product, and Standard (GRASPS) in fostering naturalistic intelligence and creativity among 7th-grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Gunung Jati. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Gunung Jati from October to December 2022. The research was carried out using an experimental method with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The variable in this research is creativity. The research population consisted of 124 students. The research sample included 21 students from class VII C and 21 students from class VII D. The researcher used cluster sampling technique for sampling. The data collection instruments used were rubrics and student response questionnaires. Based on the results of the research conducted on "The Implementation of the Project Based Learning (PBL) Model Based on Goal, Role, Audience, Situation, Product, and Standard (GRASPS) in Fostering Creativity of 7th-grade Students at SMP Negeri 3 Gunung Jati," the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PBL) model based on Goal, Role, Audience, Situation, Product, and Standard (GRASPS) fosters creativity among 7th-grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Gunung Jati, 2) there is a positive response from students regarding the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PBL) model based on Goal, Role, Audience, Situation, Product, and Standard (GRASPS).

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the relationship between leg muscle strength and the ability to pass football with the inside of the foot in SMA Taman Siswa Oba students, 2) the relationship between eye-foot coordination and the ability to pass football with the inside of the foot in SMA Taman Siswa Oba students, and 3) the relationship simultaneously between leg muscle strength and eye-foot coordination with the ability to pass football with the inside of the foot in SMA Taman Siswa Oba students. This study is a correlational study. The subjects of this study were 30 male students of SMA Taman Siswa Oba. The results of the study showed that: 1) the results of the data analysis obtained a calculated r value of 0.897> r table value of 0.361, with a significance value of 0.05, so there is a relationship between leg muscle strength and the ability to pass football with the inside of the foot in SMA Taman Siswa Oba students. 2) the results of the data analysis obtained a calculated r value of 0.801> r table value of 0.361, with a significance value of 0.05, so there is a relationship between eye-foot coordination and the ability to pass football with the inside of the foot in SMA Taman Siswa Oba students., and 3) the results of the data analysis obtained a calculated F value (57.583)> F table (3.35) with a significance of 0.05, so the results stated that there is a relationship together between leg muscle strength and eye-foot coordination with the ability to pass football with the inside of the foot in SMA Taman Siswa Oba students. The conclusion of this study is 1) there is a relationship between leg muscle strength and the ability to pass football with the inside of the foot in SMA Taman Siswa Oba students, 2) there is a relationship between eye-foot coordination and the ability to pass football with the inside of the foot in SMA Taman Siswa Oba students, and 3) there is a simultaneous relationship between leg muscle strength and eye-foot coordination with the ability to pass football with the inside of the foot in SMA Taman Siswa Oba students.

Abstract

Every educational institution in carrying out the learning process certainly cannot be separated from problems. Principals, teachers, educators, students, and other educational stakeholders are almost certain to have problems or issues related to learning. The problems in this study are (1) how is the implementation of academic supervision in elementary schools? (2) What are the obstacles in the implementation of academic supervision in schools? While the purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of academic supervision in schools, with the following research focus: (1) implementation of academic supervision in schools, and (2). This study was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data sources in the study were determined using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data and information in the study were obtained using three data collection techniques, namely: (1) observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the data and information were analyzed using interactive patterns, including: (1) data condensation, (2) data presentation, and (3) drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of academic supervision in schools has been running well, as evidenced by the principal's work program in realizing the quality of optimal implementation of learning activities, namely by conducting academic supervision, especially on the preparation and learning tools of teachers. However, in the implementation process, the principal found obstacles, especially in providing guidance to new teachers so that the academic supervision process provided was not only limited to guidance but had entered the clinical supervision stage.

Abstract

With the Covid-19 pandemic, many companies are related to government regulations and health reasons to carry out work from home activities, as well as resulting in workers being laid off, this policy has an impact on providing remuneration for workers. This is the background to the problem of how legal protection for laid-off workers is remuneration during the Covid-19 pandemic stems from the prevailing laws and regulations and the consequences for industries that do not distribute remuneration to laid-off workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. From the results of research reporting on the protection and remuneration of workers in the workplace, employers can provide a deferral of payment of wages if the employer cannot pay wages in accordance with the minimum wage regulations, through a requirement that requires negotiating with workers first.

Abstract

Parenting stress is an axiety and tension that is often experienced by parents, especially for mothers who work while taking care of the house, it can occur due to many factors. One of the factors that can affect stress in parenting is the mother’s ability to manage negative emotions. This research aims to determine the relationship between emotion regulation and parenting stress in mothers who work as nurses in X hospital using 106 respondents. The methods used in this research is quantitative with the aim of seeing the relationship between the two variables, In data analysis process using with helm of IBM SPSS 25. The results in this research show a correlation coefficient value of 0,135 or it can be interpreted that p > 0,05, it is stated that two variables do not have significant relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of learning history of students in class X IPS 8 on the material of Islamic Kingdoms in Indonesia at SMA N 2 Pontianak, while the research method used is descriptive with a qualitative research form. The source of data in this study were students of class XIPS8. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation, the data collection tools are observation guidelines, interview guidelines and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and data summarization. The results showed that the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation to learn history of students in class X IPS 8 SMA N2 Pontianak on the material of the kingdom of the Islamic kingdom in Indonesia there are two indicators, namely; 1) intrinsic motivation to learn history of students in class X IPS 8 on the material of the kingdom of the Islamic kingdom in Indonesia lacks desire, desire and encouragement as well as hopes and ideals in learning the history of the material of the kingdom of the Islamic kingdom in Indonesia. 2) extrinsic learning motivation of students in class X IPS 8 on the material of the kingdom of the Islamic kingdom in Indonesia, shows that awards, interesting activities in learning, and a conducive learning atmosphere still make students less motivated in terms of learning the history of the material of the Islamic kingdom in Indonesia. It can be said that the results of the study show that the motivation to learn history of students in class x ips 8 on the material of the kingdom of the Islamic kingdom in Indonesia SMAN 2 pontianak is low

Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas tentang digitalisasi ekonomi Islam di Indonesia dan tantangan serta potensi yang terkait. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif-analitis, tulisan ini meneliti tentang tantangan dan peluang ekonomi Islam dan digitalisasi ekonomi di Indonesia. Meskipun perkembangan ekonomi syariah meningkat secara signifikan berkat dukungan pemerintah dan kesadaran masyarakat, tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah masih tetap ada. Digitalisasi perekonomian membawa peluang baru bagi UMKM ekonomi syariah, khususnya di sektor perbankan syariah dan industri halal. Namun penerapan ekonomi digital syariah dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya literasi keuangan syariah dan memerlukan regulasi yang mendukung. Pelaku ekonomi syariah perlu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan ekonomi digital untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada, sekaligus meningkatkan upaya literasi keuangan syariah dan menjawab tantangan masa depan.

Abstract

Preventing work accidents within the company is closely related to efforts to maintain employee welfare and carry out social and legal responsibilities. Work accidents not only have the potential to threaten individual safety and health, but can also impact the company's productivity and reputation. In collecting and processing this data, two methods were applied, namely interviews and direct observation. Interviews were used to determine the variables that would be used in the research, with the aim of understanding the concerns and obstacles experienced by machine operators. Direct observations are carried out to evaluate field conditions related to occupational safety and health, ensure compliance with standards, and to identify potential risks of work accidents. Consequences (level of injury severity) and likelihood (possible level of risk of work accidents occurring), and then the results obtained are three (3) sources of danger which are classified as extreme, fifteen (15) sources of danger which are classified as high and two (2) sources of danger that are classified as moderate. It is necessary to instill awareness of the importance of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in the workplace to reduce the risk of work accidents and make workers safe and comfortable in carrying out their duties. This awareness cultivation is not only applied to machine operators, but to all elements within PT. Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk, Performance Fabrics.

Abstract

Indonesia dengan Venezuela merupakan dua negara yang memiliki sistem hukum yang berbeda (Indonesia menganut sistem hukum kontinental sedangkan Venezuela menganut sistem hukum sosial). Akan tetapi, Indonesia dan Venezuela memiliki kesamaan dalam sistem pemerintahan yaitu presidensial. Konstitusi Indonesia dalam hal periodesasi masa jabatan DPR tidak memberikan penjelasan berapa lama dan berapa kali DPR dapat menjabat kembali, begitu pun dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berkaitan dengan DPR lainnya, sedangkan negara Venezuela secara jelas mengatur hal tersebut dalam konstitusinya. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah pertama, Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaturan hukum terkait masa jabatan DPR di Indonesia dan Venezuela. Kedua, Untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan dari pengaturan hukum terhadap masa jabatan DPR di Indonesia. Ketiga, Untuk mengetahui kontribusi pengaturan hukum terkait pembatasan masa jabatan Majelis Nasional Venezuela dalam memperkuat pembatasan masa jabatan DPR di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif. Hal ini didasarkan pada penelitian kepustakaan yang mengambil kutipan dari buku bacaan atau buku pendukung yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan menghasilkan data deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat perbedaan dalam pembatasan periodesasi masa jabatan DPR Indonesia dengan Majelis Nasional Venezuela. Di Indonesia periodesasi DPR sama sekali tidak diatur dalam konstitusi UUD 1945 maupun undang-undang khususnya. Sedangkan di Venezuela periodesasi Majelis Nasional secara jelas tertulis dalam CRBV 1999 yang menyatakan bahwa Majelis Nasional hanya bertahan untuk dua periode saja. Pembatasan kekuasaan dalam hal waktu periodesasi ini menjadi penting karena dalam penerapan negara demokrasi terdapat prinsip-prinsip yang harus dipenuhi dengan dibatasinya periode masa jabatan DPR. Sehingga harapan peneliti kedepannya, para pemangku kebijakan membuat politik hukum terkait aturan pembatasan periodesasi anggota DPR dengan merubah ketentuan yang mengatur tentang masa jabatan anggota DPR
