Abstract

Tindak pidana pembakaran hutan atau lahan merupakan kejahatan yang harus diperangi secara komprehensif oleh setiap pihak. Salah satu upaya untuk membalas pelaku pembakaran hutan atau lahan adalah dengan mengenakan hukuman pidana penjara dan denda semaksimal mungkin, untuk membuat jera dan menjadi pelajaran bagi yang melakukan perbuatan tersebut. Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Pelaku pembakaran Hutan dan Lahan di wilayah Polsek Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan dan hambatan dalam menerapkan sanksi tindak pidana lingkungan bagi tersangka pembakaran hutan di wilayah Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan. Penelitian ini tergolongan penelitian hukum sosiologis. yaitu penelitian yang hendak melihat korelasi antara hukum dan masyarakat dengan adanya kesenjangan antara dass sollen dan das sein. Sedangkan dilihat dari sifatnya, penelitian ini bersifat menggambarkan dari suatu kenyataan secara lengkap, rinci, dan jelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Kecamatan Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, sedangkan populasi dan sampel adalah Kapolsek, Kanit, Penyidik. Sumber data yang digunakan ialah dari data primer, data sekunder dan data tersier dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melalui wawancara dan kajian kepustakaan. Dari hasil penelitian, ada tiga hal pokok yang dapat yang dapat disimpulkan. Pertama, Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Pelaku pembakaran Hutan dan Lahan di wilayah hukum Polsek Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan dilakukan dengan cara preventif (pencegahan), refresif (penindakan), Adapun tahapan preventif dilakukan dengan cara: melaksanakan sosialisasi Karhutla, Mapping daerah rawan kebakaran hutan dan lahan, pemberdayaan masyarakat adat, upaya Mitigasi, melakukan patrol Karhutla, dan Persiapan Pemadaan api. Sedangkan pada tahap refresif dilaksanakan dengan melarang apa yang bertentangan dengan hukum dan memberikan penegakan hukum kepada pelaku. Kedua, Faktor penyebab yang membuat aparat penegak hukum tidak bisa menemukan tersangka di Kecamatan Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan ada lima faktor yang mempengaruhi penegakan hukum yang pertama, kaedah hukum atau peraturan itu sendiri, petugas atau penegak hukum, fasilitas dan kondisi geografis hutan di lokasi kebakaran, masyarakat masih menganut budaya membuka lahan dengann cara di bakar. Ketiga, Kendala dalam penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku pembakaran Hutan dan Lahan di wilayah hukum Polsek Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan adalah Pertama, Faktor Alam, Faktor Undang-undang, Faktor Sarana dan Prasarana

Abstract

This research investigates the Study of Island Muslim Communities (SMIK) in North Maluku through an interdisciplinary perspective, aiming to develop a comprehensive methodological framework for understanding the complexity of island societies. The study employs a qualitative approach utilizing theoretical analysis and literature review, drawing from scholarly works by researchers such as Wallace, Malinowski, Fox, and conceptual insights from Baldacchino, Eickelman, and other experts.The geographical context of North Maluku, characterized by 805 verified islands with only 82 inhabited, forms the research's spatial foundation. The study identifies three primary epistemological approaches—positivism, interpretivism, and critical social science—to analyze island communities. An interdisciplinary methodology is applied to comprehend the socio-cultural, ecological, and religious dynamics of Muslim populations in the archipelagic region.Research findings reveal that SMIK is not a standalone academic discipline but rather a cross-disciplinary research focus integrating socio-cultural, ecological, religious, and historical-empirical perspectives. The conceptualization of "Island Muslim Communities" emerges by considering physical environmental characteristics, social-cultural diversity, and religious practices within specific contextual frameworks.The research contributes to methodological development by emphasizing local Islamic expression variations (islams) and the intricate human-environment interactions in archipelagic settings. Future research recommendations include developing integrative methodological models, exploring local contexts, and analyzing the socio-religious dimensions of island communities

Abstract

The research aims to determine whether there is an influence of interest in studying and interest in work on the career planning of class XII students at SMA Negeri 10 Ternate City. This research was conducted on class XII students in the even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. The type of research used is quantitative research with the research method being a survey method, the survey method is a research method with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire, where the questionnaire is distributed to class XII students directly, using random sampling techniques.This research obtained the results of the variable interest in studying (X1) tcount < ttable, namely 0.082 < 1.666. This means that there is no influence between interest in studying and career planning, which means that H1 is rejected. Variable interest in work (X₂) tcount > ttable, namely 4.250 > 1.666. This means that there is an influence between work interest and career planning, which means that H2 is accepted. The results of the fcount > ftable test are 12.033 > 3.13. This means that although the variable interest in studying has no effect on career planning, if interest in studying and interest in working together it will improve the career planning of class XII students at SMA Negeri 10 Ternate City, which means H3 is accepted.This research concludes that there is no influence of interest in studying on the career planning of class And there is a relationship between interest in studying and interest in working on students' career planning together, although the variable interest in studying has no effect on students' career planning, but if the increase in interest in studying together with interest in working will increase the career planning of class XII students at SMA Negeri 10 Ternate City.

Abstract

The Inquiry Teaching Model paradigm uses pre-experimental methods and techniques for learning. The heuristic strategy approach is a learning method that emphasizes student participation to encourage the development of critical thinking skills. Another description of the heuristic learning approach is that it is a series of activities designed to help students develop the habit of using analytical and critical thinking to solve problems. One approach to learning that uses issues as a means of "how to learn how" is the Inquiry Teaching paradigm. It is hypothesized that through fostering students' critical, reflective, and collaborative abilities, the Inquiry Teaching Model can enhance students' educational experience. The research data obtained is in the form of observational data in the learning process for each cycle. Observation sheet data is taken from observations of student actions in the learning process which are used to determine the process of applying the Inquiry Teaching Model model to improve the results of PJOK subjects. By using the PJOK learning daily assessment test instrument. Teachers assess the implementation of actions in order to improve PJOK learning outcomes during 6 meetings divided into 3 cycles. Furthermore, the data of these test results are divided into improvement cycles to determine the improvement of PJOK learning outcomes. The authors in this study processed and analyzed data based on the findings of the assessment of the effectiveness of the application of the Inquiry Teaching Model on midterm assessments in PJOK learning for junior high school students. In accordance with the author's objectives, this study uses quantitative research strategies, pre-experimental research methodology, and one-group pretest-posttest research design to determine the impact of the inquiry learning model on the results of the midterm exam at SMP 4 Sejahtera Dramaga. This model allows students to apply the concepts learned in practical contexts, such as in physical activity or sports. This helps students to understand the relevance of the subject matter to their daily lives. The Inquiry Teaching Model stimulates students' interest in learning independently. They are encouraged to explore topics more deeply, conduct their own research, and develop lifelong learning skills that they can apply outside the school environment.

Abstract

This study reviews teachers' views on the implementation of computer based national assessments as an instrument for evaluating the education sistem at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar. The aims of this research include analyzing teachers' views on the implementation of the National Assessment at MI Muhammadiyah Karanganyar, identifying the challenges encountered by teachers in implementing the Minimum Competency Assessment, character survey, and learning environment survey, as well as identifying the attempts done by teachers in order to implement the Minimum Competency Assessment, character survey, and learning environment surveys. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was gathered through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was accomplished by reducing the data by summarizing interview results, presenting the informaition in narrative format, and inferred conclusions. The research outcomes show that teachers' views on national assessments tend to be positive, as reflected in their opinions. Obstacles in implementing the Minimum Competency Assessment and character survey include slow understanding and operation of IT by some students as well as limited infrastructure. Meanwhile, obstacles in implementing the learning environment survey include difficulties in understanding the form of questions in the instrument by some teachers. Attempts made by teachers to overcome these obstacles include joint efforts with schools to improve facilities and infrastructure, upskilling students in computer operation, getting used to daily literacy activities, and carrying out exercises in filling out learning environment surveys.

Abstract

Acne is a skin condition that occurs due to excess oil causing clogged pores, acne can experience inflammation caused by Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. Butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea L.) has an active substance as an antibacterial. This study aims to determine the concentration of PVA gelling agent in peel off gel mask preparations of butterfly pea extract which is good at inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus bacteria and fulfilling physical evaluation. Extraction of butterfly pea flower using ultrasonic method with 96% ethanol solvent. PVA concentration used F1 10%, F2 12%, F3 14%. Physical evaluation tests included organoleptic tests, homogeneity, pH, spreadability, drying time, irritation tests and hedonic tests. Antibacterial activity test using well diffusion method. The activity results of the inhibition zone formed at 10% PVA concentration were 9.70 mm, 12% PVA concentration were 8.43 mm, and 14% PVA concentration were 7.13 mm. Antibacterial test results were analyzed using ANOVA and LSD follow-up test. The results of the statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in the inhibition zones, namely 0.000 (sig <0.05) between all formulations. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Peel off gel mask with butterfly pea extract with the PVA gelling agent variation has the best physical properties and has the greatest inhibitory activity in formulation 1 with a PVA concentration of 10%..

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of student learning motivation between students who use Active Learning learning methods and students who use conventional learning methods. This research uses a quasi-experimental quantitative research method. The population used in this research as subjects were all class VIII students at Mts AL MIZAN, Cibinong District, Bogor Regency and took a sample of 80 students from class VIII A as the experimental class totaling 40 students and class VIII B as the experimental class. control class consisting of 40 students. The collection technique is carried out through tests using a questionnaire as a measuring tool. The average pretest score for the control class was 65.91 and the experimental class was 67.12, while the average posttest score for the control class was 75.42 and the experimental class was 84.10. The t-test results of 0.000 < 0.05 indicate that there is a significant difference in increasing motivation to learn Islamic jurisprudence between the control class and the experimental class.

Abstract

At Madrasah Al-Islah Karawang, the implementation of Facilities and Infrastructure Administration is crucial. Well-maintained and clearly utilized facilities are especially important during learning activities when school facilities and infrastructure are in use. While delivering the framework, the school is responsible for involving the Head and Leaders of the Madrasah who directly manage and handle the services and foundation. A qualitative research method is used in this approach. Interviews, observations, and documentation are all components of data collection. Comparative data analysis is used in this study. When the school aims to maximize student goals and learning outcomes of Madrasah Al-Islah Karawang students, it is essential to utilize and maintain school facilities and infrastructure administration as it is the main core that can support and streamline the education process or the teaching and learning process. One of the key factors determining the success and quality of education is the quality of the educational institution. The facilities and infrastructure managed by teachers and staff have been implemented at Madrasah Al-Islah Karawang. Madrasah Al-Islah Karawang frequently updates various areas, including facilities and infrastructure, along with the progress in education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze social capital and examine further and in-depth related to social capital in the form of trust, norms, and student networks at HMPIPS FKIP Untan for the 2022/2023 period. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. This research involved 10 students as research informants who were members of the Social Education Study Program FKIP Untan student association for the 2022/2023 period. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results are (1) HMPIPS FKIP Untan students for the 2022/2023 period have social capital of trust which is the key to the concept of trust which can be used as a trust parameter including Integrity, Competence, Consistency, Loyalty and Openness. (2) HMPIPS FKIP Untan students for the 2022/2023 period have social capital norms which then apply including norms such as Religious Norms, Moral Norms, Moral Norms, Habitual Norms, and Legal Norms. (3) HMPIPS FKIP Untan students for the 2022/2023 period have network social capital, namely the level of closeness and the level of togetherness. In conclusion, HMPIPS FKIP students for the 2022/2023 period have social capital in the form of trust, norms, and networks.
