Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh prinsip transparansi, prinsip keadilan dan prinsip mudharabah terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga penerima manfaat jaminan kematian Pada Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bulukumba. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka digunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Temuan penelitian bahwa prinsip transparansi dalam pengelolaan keuangan berbasis syariah pada penerima manfaat jaminan kematian pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bulukumba berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga. Prinsip keadilan dalam pengelolaan keuangan berbasis syariah pada penerima manfaat jaminan kematian pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bulukumba berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga. Prinsip mudharabah dalam pengelolaan keuangan berbasis syariah pada penerima manfaat jaminan kematian pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bulukumba berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga prinsip ini berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga, di mana transparansi meningkatkan kepercayaan dan akuntabilitas, keadilan memastikan distribusi yang etis, dan mudharabah mendorong praktik keuangan kolaboratif. This research aims to analyze the influence of the principles of transparency, fairness, and mudharabah on the economic welfare of families receiving casualty benefit at the office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bulukumba. To achieve this objective, data collection techniques were employed through the distribution of questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study indicate that the principle of transparency in Sharia-based financial management for casualty benefit recipients at the office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bulukumba has a positive and significant impact on family economic welfare. The principle of fairness in Sharia-based financial management for casualty benefit recipients at the office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bulukumba also has a positive and significant impact on family economic welfare. Similarly, the principle of mudharabah in Sharia-based financial management for casualty benefit recipients at the office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bulukumba has a positive and significant impact on family economic welfare. The findings indicate that all three principles positively and significantly impact family economic welfare, with transparency enhancing trust and accountability, fairness ensuring ethical distribution, and mudharabah promoting cooperative financial practices.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganaliisis pengaruh langsung pendidikan terhadap kinerja, menganaliisis pengaruh langsung pelatihan terhadap kinerja, dan menganaliisis pengaruh tidak langsung pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 52 anggota sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah anggota sebanyak 50 orang dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin, survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Juni s.d Juli 2024. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi. Pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap lkinerja melalui kompetensi. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) analyzing the direct influence of education on performance, (2) analyzing the direct influence of training on performance, (3) analyzing the indirect influence of education and training on performance through competency. This research uses primary data through a survey of 52 members as a sample from the total number of members of 50 people by determining the sample using the Slovin formula. The survey was conducted for 2 (two) months, namely June to July 2024. The data was analyzed using the SmartPLS program. The research results show that education and training influence performance, education and training influence competency. Education and training have an indirect effect on performance through competency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan, serta menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja pada pada PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.1. Hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi kerja, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji mediasi diperoleh temuan bahwa motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Semen Bosowa Maros. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganaliisis pengaruh langsung kompetensi SDM dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja, menganaliisis pengaruh langsung kompetensi SDM dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja, dan menganaliisis pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi SDM dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja melalui disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 50 anggota sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah anggota sebanyak 52 orang, survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Maret s.d Mei 2024. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam meningkatkan kinerja anggota melalui pengembangan kompetensi dan motivasi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi SDM dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja Anggota, (2) kompetensi SDM dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja anggota melalui disiplin kerja. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) analyzing the direct influence of Human Resource competency and work motivation on performance, (2) analyzing the direct influence of Human Resource competency and work motivation on work discipline, (3) analyzing the indirect influence of HR competency and work motivation on performance through work discipline. This research uses primary data through a survey of 50 members as a sample from a total of 52 members. The survey was conducted for 2 (two) months, namely March to May 2024. The data was analyzed using the SmartPLS program. The research results show that Human Resource competency and work motivation have a direct effect on member performance, (2) Human Resource competency and work motivation have an indirect effect on member performance through work discipline.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan memahami bagaimana motivasi kerja dan efektivitas kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dengan kolaborasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Dalam konteks ini, kinerja karyawan diukur sebagai output keseluruhan dari kontribusi individu terhadap tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT PLN (Persero) Unit Layanan Pelanggan (ULP) Wangi-Wangi, yang merupakan salah satu unit penting dalam penyediaan layanan listrik di wilayah tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT PLN (Persero) ULP Wangi-Wangi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3 dan 4 untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kolaborasi kerja, efektivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kolaborasi kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja, efektivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja, kolaborasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginfikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji mediasi diperoleh temuan bahwa kolaborasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh motivasi dan efektivitas kerja terhadap kinerja pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Wangi-Wangi. The aim of this research is to analyze and understand how work motivation and work effectiveness influence employee performance, with collaboration as a mediating variable. In this context, employee performance is measured as the overall output of individual contributions to organizational goals. This research was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit (ULP) Wangi-Wangi, which is one of the important units in providing electricity services in the region. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire survey distributed to employees of PT PLN (Persero) ULP Wangi-Wangi. The research method used is quantitative using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method versions 3 and 4 to test the hypothesis.The research results showed that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on work collaboration, work effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on work collaboration, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance, work effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on performance, work collaboration had a positive and significant effect on performance. The results of the mediation test found that work collaboration can mediate the influence of work motivation and effectiveness on performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Wangi-Wangi.

Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 120 karyawan sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah anggota sebanyak 120 orang, survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Maret s.d Mei 2024. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh kemampuan, dan keterampilan berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (2) kemampuan kerja, dan keterampilan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) analyzing the direct effect of work ability and skills on performance, (2) analyzing the direct effect of work motivation and mastery of technology on work competence, (3) analyzing the indirect effect of work ability and work skills, on performance. This research uses primary data through a survey of 120 employees as a sample from a total of 120 members. The survey was conducted for 2 (two) months, March to May 2024. The data was analyzed using the SmartPLS program. The results of the research show that: (1) The influence of ability and skills has a direct effect on employee performance, (2) work ability and skills have an indirect effect on employee performance through work motiva.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Charoen Pokhpand Indonesia, menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Charoen Pokhpand Indonesia dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja pada PT Charoen Pokhpand Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 65 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi penelitian, analisis SmartPLS 4 serta pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) kualitas sumber daya manusia dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yakni sebesar 75% terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja pada PT Charoen Pokhpan Indonesia. The purpose of this research are: (1) to analyze the influence of human resource quality on employee performance at PT Charoen Pokhpand Indonesia, (2) to find out and analyze the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at PT Charoen Pokhpand Indonesia, (3) to find out and analyze the influence of human resource quality and organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction mediation at PT Charoen Pokhpand Indonesia. This research is descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study is 65 respondents. Data was collected through observation and questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using research instrument tests, research assumption tests, SmartPLS 4 analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that: (1) the quality of human resources has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance, (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the quality of human resources, (3) organizational commitment simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect, namely 75% on employee performance through job satisfaction mediation at PT Charoen Pokhpan Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan elektronik dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan, serta pengaruh kualitas kualitas layanan elektronik dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode metode PLS-SEM menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kepercayaan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas layanan elektronik berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, kepercayaan berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil uji mediasi diperoleh temuan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan dapat memediasi pengaruh kualitas layanan elektronik dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palu. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of electronic service quality and trust on customer loyalty and satisfaction, as well as the influence of electronic service quality and trust on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach, collecting data via online questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using the PLS-SEM method using SmartPLS software version 4.0. The results of the research found that electronic service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, electronic service quality has a direct effect on customer loyalty, trust has a direct effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has a direct effect on customer loyalty. The results of the mediation test found that customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of electronic service quality and trust on customer loyalty at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palu.

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 106 orang responden,  dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis PLS. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan manajemen risiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, the four discipline of execution (4 DX) berpengaruh positif dan signikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, manajemen risiko memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektifitas kerja pegawai, The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai di kantor PLN UP3 Palopo, kinerja pegawai memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektifitas kerja pegawai, kinerja pegawai memiliki peran yang dapat memediasi pengaruh manajemen risiko terhadap efektifitas kerja pegawai, dan kinerja pegawai dapat memediasi pengaruh Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) terhadap efektifitas kerja pegawai. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of the application of risk management and the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) on performance through employee work effectiveness at PT PLN UP3 Palopo. This study employs a quantitative research methodology. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires, with a total of 106 respondents, and data analysis techniques were carried out using PLS analysis. The findings of this study indicate that risk management has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, risk management provides a positive and significant influence on employee work effectiveness, the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) significantly affects employee work effectiveness at the PLN UP3 Palopo office, employee performance has a positive and significant influence on employee work effectiveness, employee performance plays a role in mediating the influence of risk management on employee work effectiveness, and employee performance can mediate the influence of the Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) on employee work effectiveness.
