Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak program pengembangan klaster ketahanan pangan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan petani bawang merah di Kabupaten Enrekang, Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan deskriptif komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari petani bawang merah yang mengikuti dan tidak mengikuti program klaster ketahanan pangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka dan survei lapangan, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis keuntungan dan perbandingan (komparatif) antara kelompok petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pendapatan yang signifikan pada petani yang mengikuti program klaster dibandingkan dengan yang tidak mengikuti program. Peningkatan keuntungan mencapai rata-rata 18,4% setelah mengikuti program. Perbedaan ini terutama disebabkan oleh penurunan biaya variabel akibat bantuan dari program seperti subsidi benih dan pelatihan teknis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan klaster ketahanan pangan dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan pendapatan petani dan mendukung stabilitas pangan di daerah. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan program serupa perlu diperluas ke komoditas dan wilayah lain yang potensial. This study aims to analyze the impact of the food security cluster development program on increasing the income of shallot farmers in Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi. The research method used is a quantitative and comparative descriptive approach. The population in this study consisted of shallot farmers who participated and did not participate in the food security cluster program. Data were collected through literature studies and field surveys, then analyzed using the profit analysis method and comparison (comparative) between farmer groups. The results showed that there was a significant increase in income for farmers who participated in the cluster program compared to those who did not participate in the program. The increase in profit reached an average of 18.4% after participating in the program. This difference was mainly due to a decrease in variable costs due to assistance from programs such as seed subsidies and technical training. These findings indicate that the food security cluster approach can be an effective strategy in increasing farmer income and supporting food stability in the region. Therefore, the development of similar programs needs to be expanded to other potential commodities and regions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem pengendalian internal pemberian kredit pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pegawai divisi kredit, divisi kepatuhan, divisi Satuan Kerja Audit Internal (SKAI), dan divisi manajemen resiko. Sumber data terdiri dari sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu memaparkan dan menggambarakan secara faktual tentang penerapan sistem pengendalian internal pemberian kredit pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum sistem pengendalian internal pemberian kredit pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara telah memadai dengan persentase 85% yang terdiri dari 5 komponen sistem pengendalian internal: Lingkungan pengendalian 95% dengan kriteria sangat memadai, Penilaian resiko 67% dengan kriteria kurang memadai, Sistem informasi 94% dengan kriteria sangat memadai, Kegiatan pengendalian 68% dengan kriteria kurang memadai, Pemantauan 92% dengan kriteria sangat memadai. This study aims to analyze the internal control system for providing credit at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara. This study is a qualitative descriptive study. This study was conducted at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara. The informants in this study consisted of employees of the credit division, compliance division, Internal Audit Work Unit (SKAI) division, and risk management division. Data sources consisted of primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was to use a descriptive method, namely explaining and describing factually the implementation of the internal control system for providing credit at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara. The findings of the study indicate that in general the internal control system for providing credit at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara is adequate with a percentage of 85% consisting of 5 components of the internal control system, namely: Control environment 95% with very adequate criteria, Risk assessment 67% with less criteria, Information system 94% with very adequate criteria, Control activities 68% with less criteria, Monitoring 92% with very adequate criteria.

Abstract

Globalisasi ekonomi telah menjadi kekuatan utama yang membentuk dinamika perekonomian dunia, termasuk mendorong transformasi struktur industri di negara berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana globalisasi ekonomi, melalui arus perdagangan internasional, investasi asing langsung (Foreign Direct Investment/FDI), dan transfer teknologi, telah memengaruhi struktur industri di negara berkembang dalam dua dekade terakhir. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan didukung oleh data sekunder dari lembaga internasional seperti World Bank dan UNCTAD. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa globalisasi mendorong pergeseran dari sektor primer ke sektor manufaktur dan jasa modern di berbagai negara berkembang. Namun, dampak ini tidak bersifat homogen, karena bergantung pada kapasitas institusional, kualitas tenaga kerja, serta kebijakan industri nasional. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran negara dalam merancang kebijakan industri yang adaptif dan inklusif agar dapat memaksimalkan manfaat globalisasi sekaligus meminimalisir ketimpangan struktural. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur mengenai hubungan antara globalisasi dan transformasi ekonomi, serta relevansi kebijakan industri dalam konteks ekonomi global yang terus berubah. Economic globalization has become a major force shaping the dynamics of the world economy, including driving the transformation of industrial structures in developing countries. This article aims to analyze how economic globalization, through international trade flows, foreign direct investment (FDI), and technology transfer, has affected the industrial structure of developing countries in the last two decades. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and supported by secondary data from international institutions such as the World Bank and UNCTAD. This study finds that globalization drives a shift from the primary sector to the modern manufacturing and service sectors in various developing countries. However, this impact is not homogeneous, as it depends on institutional capacity, labor quality, and national industrial policies. These findings indicate the importance of the role of the state in designing adaptive and inclusive industrial policies to maximize the benefits of globalization while minimizing structural inequalities. This article contributes to the literature on the relationship between globalization and economic transformation, as well as the relevance of industrial policies in the context of a changing global economy.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganaliisis pengaruh langsung knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja tim, menganaliisis pengaruh langsung knowledge sharing terhadap structure mechanims, dan menganaliisis pengaruh tidak langsung knowledge sharing, terhadap kinerja melalui structure mechanism. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei sebanyak 135 anggota sebagai sampel dari seluruh jumlah pegawai sebanyak 400 orang, survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Desember s.d Januari 2024. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program WarpPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengaruh knowledge sharing berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja tim, (2) knowledge sharing tidak langsung terhadap kinerja tim melalui structure mechanism. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) analyzing the direct influence of knowledge sharing on team performance, (2) analyzing the direct influence of knowledge sharing on structure mechanisms, (3) analyzing the indirect influence of knowledge sharing on performance through structure mechanisms. This research uses primary data through a survey of 135 members as a sample from the total number of employees of 400 people. The survey was conducted for 2 (two) months, namely December to January 2024. The data was analyzed using the WarpPLS program. The research results show that: (1) The influence of knowledge sharing has a direct effect on team performance, (2) knowledge sharing has an indirect effect on team performance through structure mechanisms.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, serta apakah gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, serta menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian diperoleh temuan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan ber-pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji mediasi diperoleh temuan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. The problem in this research is whether leadership style and work motivation influence job satisfaction and employee performance, as well as whether leadership style and work motivation influence employee performance through job satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Service of South Sulawesi Province. To answer the problem formulation, the aim of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance, as well as analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Service of South Sulawesi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach, collecting data through observation and questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method version 3.0. The results of the research found that leadership style has a direct effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a direct effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a direct effect on employee performance, work motivation has a direct effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance. The results of the mediation test found that job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh work engagement dan person job fit terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh work engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi, serta pengaruh person job fit terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi pada Dinas Pertanian, Peternakan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Majene, Sulawesi Barat. Untuk mengaplikasikan tujuan tersebut maka jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengambil populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian, Peternakan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Majene, Sulawesi Barat dengan rumus slovin maka diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 177 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan maka diperoleh temuan bahwa work engagement dan person job fit berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh work engagement dan person job fit terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian, Peternakan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Majene, Sulawesi Barat. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work engagement and person job fit on organizational commitment and employee performance. The influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, the influence of work engagement on employee performance through organizational commitment, and the influence of person job fit on employee performance through organizational commitment at the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Plantation, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi. To apply this objective, this type of quantitative research took the population in this research as employees at the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Plantation, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi using the Slovin formula, thus obtaining a sample size of 177 respondents. Data collection techniques are through questionnaires, with data analysis techniques using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. As a result of the observations made, it was found that work engagement and person job fit influence organizational commitment and employee performance. Organizational commitment influences organizational commitment and employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the influence of work engagement and person job fit on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Plantation, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan pengembangan karir terhadap employee engagement dan kinerja pegawai, untuk menganalisis employee engagement dalam memediasi pengaruh kompetensi dan pengemba-ngan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana di Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis Explanatory Research, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan persamaan Structural Equation Model berbasis Partial Least Square (SEM PLS 3.0). Hasil riset diperoleh bahwa kompetensi dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee engagement dan kinerja pegawai, employee engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji mediasi bahwa employee engagement dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana di Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of competency and career development on employee engagement on employee performance, to analyze employee engagement in mediating the influence of competency and career development on employee performance at the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service Control Population and Family Planning in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of Explanatory Research, with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and a Structural Equation Model based on Partial Least Square (SEM PLS 3.0). The research results show that competency and career development has a significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance, employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the mediation test show that employee engagement can mediate the influence of competency and career development on employee performance at the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service, Population Control and Family Planning in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme dan independensi terhadap kinerja auditor melalui Budaya Organisasi pada Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, yang dilaksanakan di Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai yang bekerja pada Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Majene dan Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Polman yang berjumlah 21 orang dengan jumlah auditor 29 orang. Untuk menentukan besar sampel ditentukan sebanyak 50 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data adalah analisis jalur dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme dan independensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, profesionalisme, independensi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor. Hasil uji sobel menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dapat memperkuat pengaruh profesionalisme dan independensi terhadap kinerja auditor pada kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of professionalism and independence on auditor performance through Organizational Culture at the Inspectorate Office in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. This research is quantitative research, carried out at the Inspectorate Office in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. The population of this study were 21 employees working at the Inspectorate Office in Majene Regency and the Inspectorate Office in Polman Regency with 29 auditors. To determine the sample size, 50 respondents were determined. Data collection techniques are through observation, documentation and question-naires, while data analysis is path analysis using the SPSS analysis tool. The research results show that professi-onalism and independence have a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, professionalism, inde-pendence and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on auditor performance. The results of the Sobel test show that organizational culture can strengthen the influence of professionalism and indepen-dence on the performance of auditors at the Majene Regency Inspectorate office, West Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengenai pengaruh kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Balitbanda Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang ditentukan sebanyak 47 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil temuan empirik bahwa kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan dari hasil uji mediasi bahwa motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Balitbanda Kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Sehingga dari pengujian hipotesis pertama sampai hipotesis ketujuh dapat diterima. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of competence and organizational commitment on work motivation and employee performance, as well as to determine the influence of work motivation in mediating the influence of competence and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population in this study were employees at the Balitbanda Office, Majene Regency, South Sulawesi Province, which was determined to be 47 employees. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The empirical findings show that competence and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, from the results of the mediation test, work motivation can mediate the influence of competence and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Balitbanda Office, Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. So that from testing the first hypothesis to the seventh hypothesis it can be accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh digital marketing dan entrepreneurial marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kualitas layanan di Hotel Harper Perintis Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing dan entrepreneurial marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kualitas layanan Konteks industri perhotelan yang kompetitif dan peran penting loyalitas pelanggan dalam keberhasilan bisnis hotel menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Penelitian ini juga menggabungkan variabel intervening yaitu kualitas layanan untuk memahami peranannya dalam memediasi pengaruh digital marketing dan entrepreneurial marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Pendekatan teoritis digunakan sebagai lPenelitisan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara digital marketing dan loyalitas pelanggan, serta hubungan antara entrepreneurial marketing dan loyalitas pelanggan. Selain itu, teori tentang kualitas layanan juga menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Dalam kerangka konseptual penelitian, kualitas layanan diidentifikasi sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi pengaruh digital marketing dan entrepreneurial marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah survei melalui pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner kepada sampel pelanggan Hotel Harper Perintis Makassar. Analisis data akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik statistik yang sesuai untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Diharapkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pengaruh digital marketing dan entrepreneurial marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dalam konteks industri perhotelan. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan implikasi teoritis, manajerial, dan praktis yang berguna bagi industri perhotelan, khususnya Hotel Harper Perintis Makassar. This research aims to investigate the influence of digital marketing and entrepreneurial marketing on customer loyalty through service quality at the Harper Perintis Makassar Hotel. The competitive context of the hotel industry and the important role of customer loyalty in the success of the hotel business are the background for this research. This research also combines an intervening variable, namely service quality, to understand its role in mediating the influence of digital marketing and entrepreneurship on customer loyalty. A theoretical approach is used as research to examine the relationship between digital marketing and customer loyalty, as well as the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and customer loyalty. Apart from that, theories about service quality are also the focus of this research. In the research conceptual framework, service quality is identified as an intervening variable that mediates the influence of digital marketing and Entrepreneurial Marketing on customer loyalty. The research method that will be used is a survey through primary data collection using a questionnaire to a sample of Hotel Harper Perintis Makassar customers. Data analysis will be carried out using appropriate statistical techniques to test the relationship between the variables studied in this research. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of the influence of digital marketing and entrepreneurial marketing on customer loyalty in the context of the hotel industry. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide theoretical, managerial and practical essence that is useful for the hotel industry, especially the Harper Perintis Makassar Hotel.
