The findings show that the Circuit Learning model can improve students' learning outcomes, achieving an average post-test score of 85.571, significantly higher than conventional methods. The cooperative script method contributes to enhancing students' teamwork skills by 30.5%, while digital media such as augmented reality and Android applications successfully increase students' learning motivation by up to 80%. This study concludes that combining collaborative learning and digital technology can significantly improve the quality of Economics learning. Therefore, the study recommends further teacher training and the development of digital infrastructure to support the implementation of these strategies. Abstract

The high unemployment rate and low level of entrepreneurship in Indonesia are the main challenges in achieving developed country status. One of the strategies that can be taken is to encourage entrepreneurial intentions, especially among the younger generation. This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Entrepreneurship education is considered capable of fostering entrepreneurial knowledge, skills and mindset, especially if it is designed in a practical and applicable manner. Meanwhile, self-efficacy, which is an individual's belief in their ability to face challenges and take risks, plays an important role in shaping one's intention to start a business. A review of the literature shows that both factors have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Hands-on education and a supportive environment can strengthen self-efficacy and prepare individuals to become resilient and independent entrepreneurs. These findings provide an important basis for the development of more effective and sustainable entrepreneurship education strategies.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze how the Human Development Index, Gross Domestic Product Growth, and Unemployment Rate affect the Poverty Rate in East Java Province during the period 2017 - 2024. The research sample uses data from all districts and cities in East Java. It employs a quantitative method based on panel regression analysis with fixed effects panel data technique, which combines time series data with cross-sectional data, allowing for more efficient estimation and control for unobserved individual heterogeneity. The findings of the study indicate that all three independent variables significantly influence the poverty rate together. However, poverty is only significantly negatively impacted by economic expansion, at least to some extent. There is no statistically significant relationship between the Human Development Index and the unemployment rate, although the direction of the relationship aligns with economic theory. This result highlights the importance of developing inclusive economies as a strategy to reduce poverty in the region.
