Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi pentingnya manajemen pelatihan kerja sebagai pengembangan jenjang karier karyawan berbasis digital. Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dalam bentuk sosialisasi kepada karyawan yang mengikuti jalannya kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai pelatihan kerja digital yang dilakukan secara online, luring, atau gabungan, diantaranya seperti pelatihan digital marketing, pelatihan content creator, dan pelatihan desain grafis. Abstract

Transaction digitalization is an essential element in enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This community service initiative analyzes the implementation of WhatsApp Business and QRIS as transaction digitalization strategies at RGS Cell and Rorizma mobile credit counters in Bantul Regency. Through a one-month training and mentoring program, business owners were provided with an understanding of optimizing WhatsApp Business for communication and marketing, as well as utilizing QRIS to facilitate cashless transactions. The results of the initiative indicate that WhatsApp Business enhances customer interaction through features such as catalogs, automated messages, and conversation labels. Meanwhile, the implementation of QRIS reduces cash payment constraints and increases RGS Cell’s daily transactions by 25% and Rorizma Cell’s daily transactions by 20%. Thus, digitalization through WhatsApp Business and QRIS has been proven to have a positive impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, making it a strategic model for MSMEs in adapting to the digital era

Abstract

Ilmu Pengetahuan masyarakat akan kendala–kendala mesin mengalami lose compression yang menyebabkan matinya kerja mesin sehingga para nakhoda kapal akan kesulitan untuk perpindah posisi maupun jika ingin mendarat. Untuk itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk membantu para nakhoda / nelayan dalam mengetahui gejala maupun gangguan yang dialami oleh mesin yang mereka gunakan pada kapal dengan cara merawat sekaligus maintenance yang akan dilakukan ketika mendapati permasalahan. Masyarakat Nagori Sibaganding melakukan kegiatan ekonomi dalam bidang penangkapan ikan dan juga kapal pariwisata yang berada di Sumatera Utara. Dari hasil pengamatan di lapangan dan wawancara langsung kepada Ketua Paguyuban Nelayan setempat, terdapat tiga aspek yang menjadi fokus pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu permasalahan yang terjadi pada mesin, penanganan yang akan dilakukan, dan kondisi perawatan mesin. Dengan adanya penyuluhan yang dilakukan diharapkan para nelayan mampu memahami dan merawat kondisi mesin kapal mereka guna meminimalisir adanya kendala saat berada di danau, serta dapat meningkatkan hasil untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen

Abstract

In the digital age, businesses must adopt digital marketing trends to increase targets and sales. Digital marketing, which is becoming a tremendous business phenomenon on the internet, allows companies to introduce and promote products more effectively. In Lancang Kuning Village, the community service mechanism for digital marketing involves planning, training, and evaluation. MSME participants, divided by business field, collaborate in planning training programs. During the activity, they understand how to promote products through digital media. The final evaluation provides feedback to MSME players about products and marketing strategies, including direct interaction with users through social media. It not only provides insight into the acceptance of the product, but also allows an assessment of the benefits and disadvantages of the product or marketing strategy that has been adopted.

Abstract

Motivation, support and high desire are very necessary to start a business. So entrepreneur must be known as soon as possible to Indonesian citizens. Introduction to learning entrepreneur through educational activities entrepreneurin Bintan Regency, to be precise at SMKN 1 Seri Kuala Lobam in Kuala Sempang Village. The aim of this education is to prepare students to generate employment opportunities, alleviate the problems of unemployment, poverty and economic downturn. There are targets and outcomes that are the aim of educational programs entrepreneur motivatingly, creatively and skillfully in providing information to SMKN 1 Seri Kuala Lobam about the importance of understanding education entrepreneur motivating and creative and can instill the soul entrepreneur to students from an early age. The method used in this education is to use observation to dig up information regarding the condition of students at SMKN 1 Seri Kuala Lobam Kuala Sempang Village and socialization to take part in a series of socialization activities to foster an entrepreneurial spirit. The results of this training are the outcomes of carrying out several educational activities, including a tendency to grow in motivation regarding persistence to awaken the soul. The emergence of a strong awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship from generation to generation starting at a young age who emulate the successful behavior of entrepreneurs who have been running and are successful. Abstract

Kelulut Madu UMKM was established in 2019, located in Kuala Sempang Village, Sri Kuala Lobam District, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. The problems faced by Kelulut Pak Asril Madu UMKM, Pak Asril Village, Kuala Sempang include firstly, Kelulut Pak Asril Madu UMKM, Kuala Sempang. There is no brand logo for Kelulut Pak Asril Madu UMKM, secondly, they are experiencing difficulties in ordering packaging because the product often experiences damage during delivery. So, group 3 of KKN-P2EM STIE DEVELOPMENT TANJUNGPINANG 2023-2024 created a program that focuses on product packaging and brand management which aims to branding existing brands into brands that have selling value, assisting in Branding Packaging (product packaging) from creating logos and a more attractive brand so that it attracts consumers' buying interest, as well as giving a banner to MSME Madu Kelulut Pak Asril, Kuala Sempang Village, then sharing and explaining that knowledge of brand management is very necessary.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a measurable action intended to introduce company products to the wider community. A marketing strategy is a collection of business steps that have been combined at the level of product introduction to making consumers make purchases. The problem we encountered was related to marketing strategies that had not been implemented properly in Kuala Sempang Village. For this reason, we held "Marketing Strategy Assistance for MSMEs in Kuala Sempang Village". The method we used when researching was using the direct assistance method. The results of the survey we conducted showed a lack of understanding regarding MSME marketing strategies in Kuala Sempang Village. So, it can be concluded that this marketing strategy assistance is very important for business actors, because having a marketing strategy can increase the sales targets they want to achieve.

Abstract

E-commerce, or electronic commerce, refers to the process of dissemination, purchase, sale, and marketing of goods and services through electronic systems such as the internet, television, www, or other computer networks. This includes electronic fund transfers, electronic data exchange, automatic inventory management systems, and automatic data collection systems. In the context of the Real Work Lecture (KKN), students are tasked with innovating and digitizing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) to promote community self-reliance. One of the challenges faced is the underutilization of digitalization by UMKM entrepreneurs in sales activities. Therefore, we directly engage in the field to assist UMKM entrepreneurs in promoting their products through the Shopee application. The main objective of this KKN activity is to facilitate the creation of Shopee application accounts so that UMKM entrepreneurs can quickly utilize the platform to market and promote their products to the wider community. Through the establishment of Shopee accounts, it is hoped that competitiveness will increase and challenges faced by UMKM in digital marketing will be addressed. Furthermore, it is anticipated that this initiative will contribute positively to the local economy in Ekang Anculai Village, Teluk Sebong District, Bintan Regency.

Abstract

The rengginang business made from cassava in TOAPAYA UTARA Village District is generally considered a medium, small and micro enterprise (MSME) which has weaknesses in terms of business management, especially strategic marketing management, this condition is relatively seen as an obstacle to business competitiveness. Packaging is the activity of designing and producing containers or wrappers as a product. The aim of a packaging strategy is to produce packaging that is attractive, easy to carry, safe, does not cause food contamination, and provides complete and adequate product information. Good packaging can increase sales of a product. This Community Service uses the coaching clinic method, which is a combination of three indicators (counseling, mentoring and evaluation). The result of this research is that the implementation of a packaging strategy can increase the competitiveness of product sales. Good packaging is a means of communication that helps increase sales. Over time, packaging has undergone an evolution in its function, from initially only aiming to protect a product, now having a broader function, one of which is branding or product identity. The best local products are produced, in this case rengginang which has the potential to be absorbed in the market. Packaging Strategy formulation is effective in terms of: choosing colors that are attractive and inviting attention, having distinctive characteristics, containing information about rengginang products made from sweet potatoes, providing comfort for consumers who see it, giving a more positive impression and providing relatively high emotional power, and implementing business management good by partners.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to improve the competitiveness of the UMKM Kopi Kuda Berkait in Sebong Pereh Village through packaging innovation and digital marketing education for local UMKM. The innovation involved designing modern, hygienic, and functional packaging to enhance the product's appeal and strengthen its brand identity. Digital marketing education was provided to the UMKMs in Sebong Pereh Village, including the use of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee. The implementation methods included interviews, observations, documentation, participation, and socialization. As a result, the packaging innovation successfully enhanced the branding of Kopi Kuda Berkait, while the digital marketing education helped local UMKMs understand digital marketing strategies to expand their market reach
