Abstract

Until now intellectuals are still regarded as the only potential of a person in achieving the success he wants. Unlike the case with emotional as a potential that is considered to hinder achieving success and adversely affect one's individual and social life. In 1990, a theory was found that emotions that humans have from birth, if managed properly, will direct a person to achieve success in his life as an individual and socially. The success of emotional management cannot be separated from the accuracy of the methods and approaches used. Learning methods and approaches can change patterns of thinking and behaving in achieving learning success. This study aims to find a similar approach to the success of learning Az-Zarnuji and Goleman. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with similarity analysis through primary data sources, namely the book of Ta'lim al-Muta'allim by Burhanul Islam az-Zarnuji and Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman. Meanwhile, the secondary data includes several analytical works on educational thinking about the terms and ethics of az-Zarnuji's learning and learning, as well as several analytical works on Goleman's emotional intelligence. The results of this study include the existence of similarity in achieving learning success through a serious and continuous approach to emotional management so that it creates skills in accepting and adapting to new situations.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the cooperative learning model (group study) and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the subject of Islamic Religious Education in Schools. The implementation of cooperative learning strategies needs to be continuously developed, because it is suspected to be able to improve student learning outcomes. On the other hand cooperative strategy learning is expected to develop learning outcomes in the form of tolerance, accepting diversity, and developing social skills. The teacher must be creative, this is the responsibility of the profession he carries out, the teacher must be able to use and develop cooperative methods in accordance with existing conditions. By using the cooperative method it is proven that communicative communication has occurred.

Abstract

The problem with education lately is the low quality of learning, students are not given the freedom to develop thinking skills. They are detected by learning systems and methods that have an equal structure for each student, even though each student has different characteristics and intelligence, and different ways of thinking. This type of research is a type of qualitative research, namely the structure of the activity of processing information under reasonable conditions in the daily behavior of an object and then connected with a problem in theoretical and practical perspectives.The application of the PAIKEM Method using interactive game media is very effective, this teaching material is able to change some boring old ways of learning into new ways that are fun.Students'' interest in participating in Islamic Religious Education lessons is also increasing, this is evidenced by the increased liveliness and competitive spirit of students in participating in lessons.The application of PAIKEM using interactive game media is felt to be running according to the expectations and desired goals, namely being able to increase student interest in PAI lessons students are more active and enthusiastic when implementing Islamic Religious Education learning. The attitude of competition and mutual interaction between students grows and develops in a more positive direction.

Abstract

Learning Ushul Fiqh in the eleventh grade at MA Nihayatul Amal faces serious challenges, where students often encounter difficulties in their studies. This phenomenon is reflected in the behavior of students who tend to merely pay attention to the teacher without actively participating, lack enthusiasm, and some even fall asleep in class. This research aims to explore the implementation, supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and the impact of applying the Problem Based Learning method to enhance learning outcomes in the Ushul Fiqh subject for the eleventh-grade Agama students at MA Nihayatul Amal Rawamerta. The research utilizes a participatory observation approach, in-depth interviews, and documentation to collect data. The results indicate that the implementation of the Problem Based Learning method involves several stages, namely planning, execution, and closure. During the planning stage, teachers design learning by detailing problems relevant to Ushul Fiqh content. In the execution stage, students actively engage in problem-solving, promoting active participation, and enhancing learning enthusiasm. The closure stage involves reflection on the conducted learning.

Abstract

Having bad character at an early age cannot be tolerated just because he is still small, the character possessed by early childhood will greatly affect his growth. Child character education is very important to instill in children from an early age. Parents are the first education for children, therefore parents play an important role in the growth of children's character. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of parents in instilling children's character education according to Islamic views in Tegal Panjang, Wibawa Mulya Village, Bekasi Regency. This type of research that researchers do uses descriptive qualitative methods. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used there are three activity paths, namely data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions. are: first, the exemplary method; Parents first exemplify good character first, such as speaking softly, speaking politely and inviting children to worship together. Second, Habit Method; such as, accustoming children to dispose of trash in its place, washing hands before eating, accustoming children to praying on time and reciting the Koran in non-formal educational institutions. Third, the method of advice and stories; Parents choose stories that contain advice to shape children's character through stories contained in the Qur'an. Fourth, the method of discipline; like children accustomed to sleep on time and pray on time. Abstract

In an effort to foster character in students through the implementation of literacy-based character education. Of course the teacher plays an important role in educating and cultivating good character in his students. This will greatly affect the smooth process of implementing this literacy-based character education. One of them is by continuing to move to find strategies and methods that are considered effective in solving this problem. The application of character education in schools is carried out in different ways based on needs. Because every child has a different character from one another. Therefore this should be a serious concern in realizing this literacy-based character education. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the teacher's role in literacy-based character education for students in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. This approach uses a qualitative descriptive analytical method. The results of the study can be concluded that Islamic religious education teachers can instill literacy-based character education in programmed activities such as the learning process in the classroom, as well as non-programmed activities outside of learning hours such as programs or events held by schools, or organized by various organizations or extracurriculars .

Abstract

This research emerges as a response to the government's initiative to enhance the quality of human resources, aiming not only for competence but also grounded in the values of Pancasila. The study aims to gain a profound understanding of the role of Islamic Education teachers (PAI) in shaping the profiles of students with noble character in aspects of religious behavior, personal ethics, interactions with others, environmental ethics, and national ethics. Employing a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings indicate that PAI teachers serve not only as educators but also as guides in instilling values of noble character based on the teachings of the Quran, Hadith, and the exemplary behavior of Prophet Muhammad. As a recommendation, collaboration with teachers of other subjects is crucial in shaping noble character, recognizing that the limited teaching time of PAI teachers may affect the effectiveness of instilling Pancasila-oriented student profiles.

Abstract

This research explores the thoughts of Murtadha Muthahhari (1919-1979) regarding the role of women, particularly as mothers, in providing Islamic education to children. Muthahhari, a thinker from Iran, is the central focus of this study. The aim of the research is to elaborate on Muthahhari's views regarding women's rights in accordance with their nature, with a specific focus on their role in educating children. The research methodology employed is literature review or library research. The primary data for this study are derived from the translated book by Murtadha Muthahhari titled "Filsafat Perempuan Dalam Islam: Hak Perempuan dan Relevansi Etika Sosial," while secondary data are collected from various sources such as journals, books, and websites. The research findings highlight the crucial role of women, especially as mothers, in educating children. Murtadha Muthahhari asserts that women are entitled to their rights in line with their inherent nature. Therefore, in terms of education, mothers can undertake several roles, including: 1) consuming halal and wholesome food during pregnancy, regularly reading and listening to the Quran for the fetus, 2) providing breastfeeding to infants, as it enhances intelligence and reduces the risk of specific diseases in children, 3) setting a good example for children, and 4) being the primary teacher in imparting knowledge of religion and science to children.

Abstract

Classroom management is a teacher's effort in developing the learning process so that it runs creatively and directed. Classroom management is also important, because it can organize classes in a conducive, optimal and enjoyable manner, which will affect the success of learning and produce quality human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine classroom management by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SDN Mekarjaya II Purwasari District. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in class management Islamic education teachers use various approaches that are adapted to the circumstances, the theme of the subject matter and the character of the students. In the learning environment, PAI teachers also manage classes systematically, including: regarding student management which includes organizing and assigning; management of classrooms including seating arrangement, class beauty, ventilation and light arrangements and arrangement of storage of goods; learning management includes the selection of learning methods and media; and managing student assessments or evaluations that focus on affective aspects. In addition, the teacher has also made all solutions to the obstacles encountered in class management, both from the conditions of students and teachers.

Abstract

  Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School, renowned for its diverse business units, serves as a cornerstone for the institution's economy. Researchers seek to comprehend the entrepreneurial education culture at Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School, encompassing three research focuses: Entrepreneurship, character development, and obstacles to entrepreneurship. This research aims to understand how the boarding school utilizes Islamic values and local wisdom to support entrepreneurial education. The research method employs qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. Data are collected through three techniques: (1) interviews, (2) observations, and (3) documentation. Data analysis involves several stages, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings are as follows: (1) Business units within Tebuireng provide opportunities for interested students to engage in entrepreneurship, such as cooperatives, publishing, and catering. (2) Tebuireng instills five fundamental values: sincerity, honesty, responsibility, hard work, and tolerance, with three of them being crucial for entrepreneurship: honesty, responsibility, and hard work. These values are instilled through activities like religious studies, motivation sessions, lectures, and other school activities. (3) Supportive factors for cultivating entrepreneurial character at Tebuireng include comprehensive facilities. On the contrary, hindering factors involve restrictions for students still in school to engage in entrepreneurial activities, as well as students' indifference and reluctance.
