Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the study of the book of Adab al 'Alim wal Muta'allim in improving the ethics and professionalism of teachers at the Al Fauzaniyyah educational foundation. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive method that focuses on planning, implementation, assessment as well as supporting and inhibiting factors of the study. data collection techniques through interviews, observations, documentation studies and literature studies. The results of the study focused on planning carried out by deliberation in choosing the book, the background for choosing the book, the time of the study, the selection of sources, to determining the achievement goals. The implementation of the study began with socialization to teachers and its implementation using the monologue and dialogue method. The assessment of the book study focuses on the participation of study participants, the study method, the time of the study, the contents of the book and the achievement of success. Supporting factors in the form of high enthusiasm, many teachers graduated from Islamic boarding schools, competent resource persons and a supportive environment. The inhibiting factors include the exclusion of some teachers, time inconsistency, lack of firmness of the foundation, the covid 19 pandemic. The conclusion of the study shows that the study of the book of Adab al 'Alim wal Muta'allim can improve the ethics and professionalism of teachers at the Al Fauzaniyyah Foundatio

Abstract

Theoretically a good understanding will give high motivation to students. However, in real terms their motivation is low. This can be seen from some students in learning Islamic religious education are less enthusiastic about doing homework on the grounds that there are too many tasks, and are more concerned with other subjects, even though the material and understanding have been conveyed by the teacher council. The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) The understanding of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok about commendable morals subpokok material of hard work, perseverance, tenacity, and meticulousness (X); 2) Motivation to learn PAI Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok (Y); 3) The relationship between students' understanding of the sub-topic material of working hard, diligently tenaciously and meticulously with the motivation to learn PAI class XI SMA Negeri 1 Rengasdengklok. This research uses a descriptive method and for data collection through tests, questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results showed that students' understanding of moral material was commendable to the qualifications, 2. The reality of student learning motivation in the field of PAI includes high qualifications, 3. There is a positive relationship between students' understanding of commendable moral material in PAI subjects in relation to pai learning motivation, this is aimed at through the regression equation model Y = 49.25 + 0.11 X with a correlation coefficient of 0.51. The influence between the variable X on Y is 56% and there are other factors that affect the variable X againstY 44%.

Abstract

The scientific approach is a learning approach using scientific principles. This means that students play a more active role in the classroom. This is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum which has designed all aspects of learning. Research objectives: (1) to determine scientific-based learning designs in Islamic religious education subjects for class XI IPA 2; (2) to find out the process of implementing scientific-based learning in Islamic religious education subjects in class XI IPA 2; (3) to find out the scientific-based assessment carried out by PAI teachers in Islamic religious education subjects in class XI IPA 2. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with interview research techniques, observation, documentation, and data validity testing techniques with source triangulation. The theory used is the educational regulation Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture number 22 of 2016 concerning Learning Process Standards which consist of the learning design used, the process of implementing learning, and the assessment carried out by educators. The results of the study: (1) The learning design used by PAI teachers in class XI IPA 2 is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum, namely by using a scientific learning design; (2) The process of implementing scientific-based learning is not realized; 3) The assessment made by PAI teachers in class XI IPA 2 in PAI learning has not been fully achieved.

Abstract

This research is motivated by some data and facts. First, there are still many cases of violence that involve or happen to children; second, improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) is one of the important efforts that must be continuously made in improving the quality of education; third, Al Junaediyah IT Vocational School has an interesting program in an effort to improve the quality of education. The aim of the research is to find out the strategy of SMK IT Al Junaediyah in creating graduates who are globally competitive. The research method uses a qualitative method with an analysis process including: data reduction, data display, and data conclusive drawing/verification. The results of the study show that: 1) the civilization school program as an integrated program includes improving the quality of human resources, infrastructure, academic and non-academic activities; 2) The strategy for improving the quality of education is carried out through efforts to improve the aspects of: 1) parental participation; 2) class and school management; 3) the professionalism of school principals and teachers; 4) incentives and disincentives; 5) Islamic; 6) knowledge and skills; and 7) discipline. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the strategy to improve the quality of education through the Civilization School program has been implemented properly and has had a huge impact on graduates. Relevant to these conclusions, the researcher recommends that schools be able to immediately start implementing school management in accordance with international standards.

Abstract

Learning style is a cognitive, affective and psychomotor characteristic that can stabilize students in the process. A person's learning style is very diverse. By knowing learning styles from the start, students can develop all their intelligence potential, including logical-mathematical, linguistic, naturalist, physical-kinesthetic, visual-spatial, musical, interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. Therefore, the learning style and multiple intelligences can affect one's learning achievement. The author in this case conducted research at the Riyadlul Huda Sukaguru Islamic Boarding School, Singaparna, Tasikmalaya. This research is a correlational research that is survey in nature and takes a sample of 100 respondents. The data sources were obtained directly from the leadership, administrators and students with quantified qualitative data. Data collection techniques are carried out by: (1) Partial correlation coefficient analysis; (2) Multiple correlation coefficient analysis; (3) Analysis of the coefficient of determination; (4) t and F test; (5) Regression analysis. The results of the study prove: 1) There is a positive influence between learning styles and student achievement as seen from the b1 coefficient of +0.537 with a significant value of tcount of 0.000. It means that the significant value of tcount is 0.000 for b1 which is lower than significant alpha = 0.05. 2) A positive influence was found between multiple intelligences and student achievement as seen from the b1 coefficient of +0.561 with a significant value of tcount of 0.000. It means that the significant value of tcount is 0.000 for b1 which is lower than significant alpha = 0.05. 3) A positive influence was found between learning styles and multiple intelligences on student achievement as seen from the coefficient b1 of +0.349 and b2 of +0.343 with a significant value of tcount (b1) of 0.000 and a significant value of tcount (b2) of 0.001. It means that the significant value of tcount (b1) is 0.000 and the significant value of tcount (b2) is 0.001 which is smaller than significant alpha = 0.05.

Abstract

The current state of the earth's environment is concerning. There must be systematic efforts in the short and long term to collectively awaken the citizens of the earth. One important effort is through education. Environmental education is an educational material that students must understand as early as possible. Responding to the above problems, the Purwakarta District Education Office adopted a policy by organizing local culture-based environmental education, namely tatanen in bael atikan. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the governance program in the perspective of education management. The method used in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study explain that planning is carried out by a team that recruits experts to make policies down to the technical stage, organizing involves all levels of high leadership in the education office to school principals. Likewise, in its implementation, the technical team is commanded by leaders from every level in the education office, also involving students and parents of students. Whereas in terms of supervision is carried out using the existing service structure with instruments that have been prepared in detail.

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused some educational institutions to stop carrying out teaching and learning activities online. However, Madrasah Tsanawiyah AL Huda AL Musri 1 Cianjur is one of the educational institutions that consistently carries out face-to-face teaching and learning activities throughout the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. This post intends to define the wisdom of implementing face-to-face teaching and learning activities in the midst of a Pandemic, the consequences of the wisdom of face-to-face teaching and learning activities in the midst of a pandemic, and supporting aspects and barriers to the wisdom of face-to-face teaching and learning activities in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Huda Al Musri 1 Cianjur. This paper is prepared using a problem research approach in a qualitative research method, the main information base is obtained from the Principal, teachers and students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah AL Huda AL Musri 1 and the inferior information base from the selection of Madrasah Tsanawiyah AL Huda AL Musri 1. The method of collecting information used is in the form of question and answer, monitoring and selection with 3 ways of information analysis, namely reducing information, presenting information and revoking conclusions. Face-to-face teaching and learning activities in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic at Madrasah Tsanawiyah AL Huda AL Musri 1 are carried out by reducing the length of teaching and learning activities as a result of the accumulation of activities outside the category, but people of age benefit because their children consistently welcome teaching and learning activities comfortably. The supporting aspect of the implementation of teaching and learning activities is the existence of a 24-hour mes system and the inhibiting aspect is the lack of tools and infrastructure.

Abstract

The role of Islamic boarding schools is very important in the life of Indonesian society, especially Islamic society. The essence of Islamic boarding school education is to prepare generations of people to live their best lives before Allah as Khalifah on earth in carrying out their duties. This study aims to get an in-depth description of the role of Islamic boarding schools in developing students' entrepreneurial attitudes at Miftahul Ulum Islamic boarding schools. Theoretical and empirical activities in this study are classified under the qualitative phenomenological method, because researchers report the results of research on the concept of Islamic religious education in developing students' entrepreneurial attitudes, then describe and integrate the concept with existing theories. The results of the study show that planning and implementation are carried out in the form of a strategy to improve academic quality through integrated curriculum and the formation of integrity, character and personality through the development of Islamic values. The methods provided, such as Go To Your Post, Lecture Method, Drill Method and Demonstration Method, must be carried out in a systematic and measurable manner so that they are in accordance with what was previously planned.

Abstract

The pandemic period that occurred in 2020 due to the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus has threatened various worlds, especially in the territory of Indonesia. Causing major changes in the order of life, social conditions are no exception in the world of education. The programs that have been designed by the education unit as a guide in the implementation of learning activities, like it or not, have to change. With the Covid-19 pandemic, the government has also issued instructions, namely prohibiting people from doing crowding activities and activities that bring mass. So that this has a big impact on programs and learning processes that have existed so far. An example is the change from face-to-face learning to online learning. Learning is carried out remotely with the help of information and communication media (mobile or laptop) with the help of the internet. The existence of these changes requires madrasas to adapt to the learning paradigm starting from planning, implementing learning to evaluating learning outcomes. This research took place in Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Husna, Butuh Kras Kediri. It is important to know further how to implement the emergency curriculum in terms of curriculum management aspects of curriculum planning and implementation, while evaluation is not carried out.

Abstract

The rise of violence in the name of religion is in stark contrast to the presence of religion which functions to provide peace and tranquility for individuals and the people who adhere to it. In Indonesia, as a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, it has the same problems as the problems of Muslims in general in the world, namely violence in the name of religion. The role of Islamic mass organizations as a forum for Muslims to express their religion is very important in overseeing the process of Islamic moderation to counteract the development of extremist views, and avoid conflicts in the name of religion. In addition, educational institutions also have a very strategic role in instilling the values ​​of moderation in the curriculum and programs for students to avoid extreme views that have the potential to result in violence in the name of religion. This research method uses literature review from analysis of journals related to the role of Islamic organizations of educational institutions in realizing Islamic moderation in Indonesia.
