Abstract

Violence against women is a serious public problem and requires effective and efficient handling. This study aims to analyze the policy output analysis in handling women victims of violence in DP2KBP3A, Kediri Regency. One of the Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) that oversees the handling of women victims of violence in Kediri Regency is DP2KBP3A Kediri Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, this research finds that the output of policies in handling women victims of violence in DP2KBP3A Kediri Regency has been effective in achieving its goals, because in evaluating program outputs, namely access, coverage, frequency, bias, service accuracy, accountability and the suitability of the program with the needs has been effective in its implementation. However, DP2KBP3A Kediri Regency still has obstacles, namely the lack of human resources, especially in financial management and the absence of a safe house shelter (House Protection) for handling women victims of violence.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the implementation of disaster management policies in Sigi Regency which are focused on the rehabilitation and reconstruction phase of the earthquake and liquefaction post-disaster in Sigi Regency, namely the program of providing assistance to repair houses and permanent housing development assistance which is indeed the responsibility of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sigi Regency. It was a qualitative research method. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. Researcher conducted interviews to 10 (ten) informants consisted of elements of program implementers and program recipients with questions related to 4 (four) aspects of the model of policy implementation from Thomas B. Smith. The results of the research show that the ideal policy aspect are implemented well while the aspect of Target Group, Implementing Organizations and Environmental Factors are not implemented well. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the disaster management policy of the rehabilitation and reconstruction phase of the program of providing assistance to repair houses for the community has not been implemented well.

Abstract

Investment interest is the desire to place some of the funds that are intentionally accommodated in the capital market for future profits. This study aims to examine the effect of investment knowledge, minimum capital policy, capital market training on students interest in investing. The number of respondents from this study were 133 respondents who came from Surabaya with the criteria as FEB faculty students at tertiary institutions in Surabaya and had attended capital market training or investment seminars at least once. The method used in this research is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square Equation Modelling by usingsoftware Warp-PLS 8.0. The results of this study prove that investment knowledge has a not significant positive effect on investment intention, minimum capital policy and capital market training have a significant positive effect on investment intention.

Abstract

Investment decisions are decisions or policies taken by someone to invest capital in assets that are expected to generate profits in the future.Financial literacy is a person's ability to make decisions and manage finances wisely, which starts with knowing and understanding financial management for a better future. Income is income received by a person in the form of salary, sales proceeds, investment or other funds. Education level is the higher a person's education level, the more financial literacy is reflected and the more likely investors are to invest part of their funds in riskier capital market instruments than relatively safe banking instruments. The number of respondents from this study were 120 respondents who came from the Surabaya City area with the distinction of having investments in various assets and then being more than 20 years old and earning more than four million. Respondents were selected by means of purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square Equation Modeling using the Smart-PLS 4.0 program. The results of this study prove that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on investment decisions in the people of Surabaya.

Abstract

The existence of Gajah Village, Sambit District, Ponorogo Regency is one of the villages that can be developed in terms of natural tourism through the existence of the Puncak Kuik area. This paper will look at the analysis of the development of the tourism potential of Gajah Village through the actors in it. Research using qualitative methods with data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation, using interactive data analysis model. From the results of the research it is known that the model for developing the tourism potential of Gajah Village seen through the pentahelix model which consists of five actors namely government, community, academics, media, and the business world has not been realized optimally, the five actors have not been interconnected and collaborated so that the development of a tourist area Puncak Kuik has not been implemented optimally. The government is still very limited in its role in the development of this tourist area so that the business world is also not willing to enter the Puncak Kuik tourist area due to poor road access. Of the five actors, it is the community and the media that have a big role to play in developing the Puncak Kuik area through the potential that exists in it, the community with self-supporting funds and the media through news or social media many of which expose the existence of the Puncak Kuik tourist area as a new tourist spot in Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

Policy effectiveness is a measure of whether or not the achievement of the goals of an organization achieves its goals. If an organization achieves its goals, it has run effectively. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection is carried out by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively with the approach to the theory of effectiveness proposed by Richard Steers, including goal achievement, integration and adaptation. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of policies and work programs that have been made by the government and BPBD itself, as well as to find out what actions are needed by the government in efforts to overcome flood disasters in Batang Lubu Sutam District, Padang Lawas Regency. The results of the study show that there is still a low understanding of the community and government officials in responding to natural climate conditions that are prone to disasters and lack of awareness of community disasters in watersheds, indiscriminate tree felling/narrowing of watersheds carried out by communities in the upper reaches of the river.

Abstract

PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) is a national movement in community development that grows from below which is managed from, by and for the community towards the realization of a family that is faithful and virtuous. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. In researching, the researcher conducted interviews with informants from the PKK Mobilization Team of Pulo Dogom Village, the Head of Pulo Dogom Village and several people who live and live in Pulo Dogom Village. Then also carried out observation, documentation and literature study to answer research problems. To check the validity of the data, it was carried out using source triangulation techniques, technique/method triangulation and comparisons from several sources with data collection techniques such as interviews, observation and documentation as well as with related theories. The findings in the research field concluded that the Role of Empowerment and Family Welfare (PKK) in Welfare of the Communities of Pulo Dogom Village, North Labuhanbatu Regency, has not been effective and has not been maximized. The role of the PKK in Pulo Dogom Village needs to be increased due to the lack of contribution and awareness of PKK members in carrying out their responsibilities. Furthermore, the current PKK program also needs to be improved in order to achieve satisfactory results.

Abstract

Research on BUMDes management aims to see how the village government implements village management policies for community economic activities, this article can be used to study village management governance through the several stakeholders involved. The study used is a concept in collaborative governance to identify the challenges faced in managing the economic activities of rural communities, so that they can provide some suggestions for strengthening the village economic sector. The research method chosen in this research is a case study qualitative research method, with primary data sources from informants of governance actors at BUMDes Tugu Kuning. This study shows how the role of government actors in carrying out village economic activities. The results of the study show that the role of the Director of BUMDes Tugu Kuning dominates in the process of managing the village economy accompanied by the formation of new business units. As a result, the community is less involved and involved in the BUMDes institutional structure which is dominated by the BUMDes Director.

Abstract

The development of the Wilmar Serang industrial area is a government effort to increase economic growth and people's welfare. In practice, the policy has an impact on society. The impacts generated in this study are limited to economic impacts and social impacts. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that influence the impact, identify forms of government intervention in reducing the impact, and evaluate the impact. The method used is descriptive qualitative method and determination of research informants using purposive sampling. The research location was carried out in Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation studies. Test the validity of the data using the triangulation technique which is carried out continuously until there is no need to confirm the informant. The results of this study show what are the factors that influence the impact, the form of government intervention in reducing the impact as well as the results of policy evaluation based on 6 (six) evaluation criteria which show that the Wilmar Serang industrial area development policy has not been implemented properly in its entirety.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of public expenditure stages carried out by the City Government of Bukittinggi in fulfilling services and improving the quality of basic services for Minimum Service Standards (SPM) in the field of education in the 2022 Fiscal Year. With a budget of more than 181 billion, the City Government of Bukittinggi allocates activity budgeting 80% for basic services and 20% for achieving quality basic services, in Early Childhood Education, Basic Education and Equality/Non-Formal Education. In 2022 the city government is synergizing to further improve the quality of education after the Covid-19 situation by launching a number of new programs in the Bukittinggi Government Featured Program (PUPB). This study then analyzes the stages of public expenditure management carried out by the City Government of Bukittinggi based on the thoughts of Cheryl Williamson Gray. Using a descriptive qualitative research method based on the main data of observation, interviews and other document data as supporting secondary data. The results of the study then show that the City Government of Bukittinggi for the 2022 Fiscal Year has met the service performance target at Minimum Service Standards at 97% with 3% of the deficiencies being mostly in the category of educators and education staff who are still not fully qualified S1/D-IV in each level of education.
