<![CDATA[Soil salinity due to the accumulation of NaCl salts is the cause of the largest land damage in the world. The build-up of NaCL salts on the ground can be caused by sea water intrusion. As a result, many saline lands are scattered around the Indonesian lotus line, including Langsa city, especially Sungai Lueng Village. Soil salinity can disrupt plant growth so that production is low, including rice. The results showed that the farmers planted Ciherang varieties with productivity ranging from 4-5 tonnes / ha. Precise handling through application of technology to reduce the effects of salinity. The use of Na-metal washing technology as a source of toxicity for rice plants can be done by utilizing rainwater whose effectiveness is increased by adding gypsum. In addition to Na leaching, the use of Banyuasin salinity tolerant varieties will also be carried out. Through this PKM, it is hoped that the saline land in Langsa City can be utilized optimally and specifically rice production in Sungai Lueng village can increase to support food sovereignty.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Lhoksumawe is a city in Banda Aceh Province which is at high risk of a tsunami disaster. Based on the Kajian Risiko Bencana Aceh 2016-2020, in Lhoseumawe City there were 6,032 people who were exposed to the tsunami disaster. There are 125 schools that are threatened by the danger of the earthquake and tsunami, including schools that implement boarding schools. Twenty-four hours of the life of students in schools that apply boarding school are in school. So that schools must prepare their students to face the dangers that threaten them, namely by increasing the knowledge of students. One school that implements a boarding school in Lhokseumawe City is Dayah Modern Ihyaaussunnah. Dayah Modern Ihyaaussunnah is only 1 km from the beach. The purpose of this community service activity is to produce changes in participants' perspectives on disasters, increase understanding, awareness, preparedness, and ability to face and evacuate when an earthquake and tsunami disaster occurs in schools. As for the output target, the knowledge of Dayah Modern Ihyaaussunnah students in dealing with the earthquake and tsunami disaster and the realization of the Dayah Modern Ihyaaussunnah preparedness in the face of earthquake and tsunami disasters. <![CDATA[This community service activity is carried out at Gampong Karang Anyar, Kecamatan Langsa Baro, Kota Langsa which aims to: (1) provide socialization to housewives about types of traditional medicinal plants that are beneficial to health, (2) provide motivation to use yards for plants traditional medicines, (3) the use of used materials as a medium for planting traditional medicines in the yard of the house. This outreach activity was carried out by means of lectures and discussions as well as questions and answers. And training is carried out on how to plant and seedlings, and the use of used goods as a medium. The results achieved were that the socialization and training activities received positive appreciation from the village apparatus and the surrounding community, namely from the licensing process to implementation which fully supported the activities carried out. The community is also very enthusiastic in participating in this socialization and training activity because they want to become a healthy community.]]>

<![CDATA[The increasingly massive corona outbreak has disrupted the process of fulfilling people's needs because their incomes are falling significantly. To deal with these problems, the community must be able to create a business in order to earn income so as to maintain the survival of their families. The environmental condition of the yard where the villagers live is generally relatively spacious. Many of the yard's land is not used or left empty. Another potential that people in this region have is the availability of water that is quite abundant. Catfish cultivation activities in the yard can be one of the alternatives in increasing household income, especially during this pandemic situation. Market demand for catfish is relatively high, so catfish farming business can be the right choice to start a business in order to increase the income of gampong cot girek community. Cultivation of catfish in a pond tarpaulin with bioflok technology system produces high productivity and efficiency and environmentally friendly.]]>

<![CDATA[The decision of physical distancing status by the central and regional governments in order to avoid the spread of covid-19 is considered to be able to disrupt food distribution. To conquer farmer’s income so that it does not decrease on the covid-19 pandemic, digital marketing technology is needed by utilizing social media that can help the farmers market their product directly to consumers. The community service carried out at the datok office in Matang Ara Jawa Datok, Banda Mulia sub-district, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The outcome of this service activities are (1) utilizing technology to increase farmers income, (2) utilizing Social media application (facebook, instagram, whatsapp, etc) so the marketing become broad, (3)Increasing farmers marketing by utilizing cell phones as means distributing agricultural product so that the selling price is higher, (4) (4) increasing awareness of the importance of technology in marketing agricultural products, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic, and (5) increasing the welfare of partners by relying on HP to get a higher income.]]>

<![CDATA[Penyebaran virus covid 19 pada umumnya dapat melalui udara, kontak langsung dan percikan air liur dari orang yang terpapar covid 19. Kementerian Kesehatan telah mengeluarkan surat edaran untuk pencegahan penyebaran dan penularan virus covid 19 yaitu dengan cara menggunakan masker dan menyediakan sarana cuci tangan pakai sabun (CTPS). Di SDN Buket Siraja, SDN Blang Jambee, SDN Ulee Tanoh, dan SDN 1 Kuta Binjei sarana cuci tangan belum tersedia. Selama ini siswa dan guru mencuci tangan di kamar mandi sekolah atau di tempat wudhu mushalla. Sekolah dasar negeri tersebut belum mampu menyediakan wastafel sebagai sarana mencuci tangan yang diperlukan pada masa pandemic covid 19. Untuk mencegah virus covid 19 diperlukan Wastafel portable di sekolah dasar negeri tersebut. Wastafel portable cuci tangan tersebut terbuat dari plat besi dengan ukuran disesuaikan untuk siswa sedolah dasar sehingga mudah dalam penggunaannya. Wastafel portable ini dapat dipergunakan juga setelah masa pandemi covid 19 berakhir atau sudah tidak ada lagi. Selain itu wastafel ini dapat diletakan dimanapun karena tidak memerlukan daya listrik. Wastafel portable diletakkan di beberapa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Julok yaitu SDN Buket Siraja, SDN Blang Jambee, SDN Ulee Tanoh, dan SDN 1 Kuta Binjei yang merupakan sekolah dasar negeri yang memiliki banyak siswa. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT Sorghum is a food crop commodity that has important potential as a source of food and renewable energy for food and energy independence during the COVID-19 pandemic. Community service activities regarding processing sorghum into food and energy are very important in dealing with food dependence on rice and fuel energy from crude oil. Through extension activities and training on sorghum processing, it is hoped that it can increase public knowledge about sorghum and its processing. The method used is counseling and training on sorghum processing to the community. Extension and training activities for processing sorghum into alternative food and renewable energy in order to increase community knowledge in Blang Nibong Village, Samudera District, North Aceh Regency have been carried out and can be well received by the community. The community is very enthusiastic about participating in the service activities. The community has knowledge of the processing of sorghum into sorghum flour as an ingredient for processed food products such as steamed brownies, krispi tofu spices, cakes, and nagasari. Partners also have knowledge about other benefits of sorghum, namely as a renewable energy source. Sorghum stalks are known to contain bioethanol as fuel. Programs like this are very important to carry out, especially for people living in rural areas that have the potential for developing sorghum areas so that the program will be sustainable.]]>

<![CDATA[Conditions in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic have an impact for women. Women must be able to empower themselves optimally so that they can provide added value to the family. This community service activity was carried out at Gampong Sukajadi Kebun Ireng Kecamatan Langsa Lama Kota Langsa which aims: (1) to provide socialization to housewives about the use of internet technology and the use of digital marketing technology-based marketing methods, (2) to provide motivation utilization of marketing methods based on digital marketing technology for entrepreneurship, and (3) assistance in making online sales media. This socialization activity was carried out using the lecture method, direct practice, and discussion and question and answer. This activity ends with an evaluation of the program of activities. The evaluation of this service activity was carried out by the PKM Team together with the community and the Sukajadi Kebun Ireng Village apparatus. The result achieved is that community service activities run well and smoothly. This can be seen from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the socialization. Village officials and housewives were very active and involved during this socialization activity because they wanted to become strong, independent and prosperous women in order to help the family economy.]]>

<![CDATA[Langsa City has 3,579 Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are divided into 5 sub-districts in Langsa City. Of course our daily sights and activities cannot be separated from various services and goods created by MSME actors. GampongSukajadiKebunIreng is one of the areas where various MSMEsbusinesses take place. Business actors say that there is still a lack of a touch of technology in running their business, especially in sales transactions record that manually done, even they do not record sales transactions because they do not know how, and do not understand the importance of recording transactions.Some business actors think it is enough to calculate by themselves and just remember how much money issued for capital, sales created, and profit earned. Based on these problems, the service team wants to help introduce digital bookkeeping.The implementation method is in the form of counseling and socialization the importance of accounting, conduct digital accountingtraining and direct assistance. By having thesesactivities we hope participants will understand the importance of accounting and be able to do digital accounting. The goals are they can know sales cash flow, havemonthly transactions record, know sales record and several other benefits obtained for increasing their business, help family’s economic and in general will support of GampongSukajadiKebunIreng’s economic.]]>

<![CDATA[Global epidemic indicates the Covid-19 infection that is easily spreads to all countries in the world. In this situation, food becomes an important issue that needs special attention. Farmers who are the prime movers in improving food production must have a good immunity as a defense mechanism for farmers. Suka Jadi villages, Banda Mulia District, Aceh Tamiang Regency are the villages where most of the population is farmers. During pandemic, farmers in Suka Jadi village continued to carry out agricultural activities as usual without health protocol. This condition is very worrying because the spread of this virus can occur quickly and widely, so it is possible that farmers can be infected by this virus. The goals of community services to provide an information to the public about the dangers of virus Covid-19 virus and increase immunity by consuming jamu herbal as a natural imunomodulator. The implementation method used is socialization, demonstration of making the herbal ginger and turmeric herbs, and training. This service activity has been able to change the mindset and knowledge of framers about the negative impact of infection and spread of covid-19, the importance of maintaining health by consuming natural imunomodulators such as jamu, and the peasant community has been able to innovate in making herbal jamu in a various kinds of product.]]>
