Abstract

The consumer's selection is a key aspect in addressing the wants or desires of each individual. The problem arise, when shopping, a consumer's decision to select the necessary things can become uncertain. This situation is caused by a consumer's lack of motivation. This study attempts to examine the effect of shopping motivation on customer decisions in choosing retail locations in order to identify conditional difficulties. The survey was done quantitatively with 66 respondents and sent via the G-Form to customers who had shopping experiences in various shopping locations. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the association between shopping motivation and consumer decision making. The study's findings indicate that shopping motive has a substantial influence on customer decisions about where to purchase. Understanding the many factors underpinning consumer decision making allows merchants to tailor their marketing efforts to better meet the demands and preferences of their customers. The strategy is that retailers can strategically position their stores in shopping centers or social centers to serve socially motivated buyers by segmenting the market based on shopping purposes.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition where toddlers fail to grow due chronic malnutrition. Indonesia is the second largest country with the highest prevalence rate in Southeast Asia.Meanwhile, the Indonesian government has implemented various efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting. This study aims to determine the influence of the average length of mother's schooling, exclusive breastfeeding, level of completeness of toddler immunization, posyandu activities, inadequate food consumption and good sanitation on the prevalence of stunting. Using OLS panel data regression, the results showed that the average number of years of schooling for women, posyandu activity, and adequate sanitation had a significant negative influence on the prevalence of stunting in 34 provinces in Indonesia. And inadequate food consumption has a significant positive effect on the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia in 2017-2022. Meanwhile, exclusive breastfeeding and the level of complete immunization for toddlers do not have an effect on the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia in 2017-2022.

Abstract

The development of technology that is increasingly advanced today has led to changes in consumer behavior in buying food. The phenomenon of food delivery services through applications has made it easier for people to buy food without having to leave home. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of customer rating and customer review variables on the purchasing decisions of food products through the Shopee Food delivery service in Solo City, Central Java. Respondents in this study are buyers who have used the food delivery service through Shopee Food, totaling 100 people. The results of the study indicate that, partially, the customer rating variable does not influence the purchasing decision, while the customer review variable affects the purchasing decision. The most dominant variable influencing this study is the customer review variable.

Abstract

Miniso presents a variety of middle class products at economical selling prices so that they are very popular with many people, especially millennials. The aim of this research is to evaluate the variables listed in the observations. Researchers analyze using quantitative methods. The information collection strategy is in the form of a general description and survey with a questionnaire as a paraga. The sample in this research consisted of 100 purchasing clients at Miniso Ambarrukmo Plaza Mall Yogyakarta, using a purposive sampling testing strategy and the IBM SPSS 25th edition statistical program. As shown by the research results, brand image, product quality and price perceptions influence purchasing choices.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effects of location and price on repurchase interest in decisions made at Tangerang City's Madura grocery stalls. This study used a descriptive empirical approach by taking an intencional sampling of one hundred Madura grocery stall customers. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) path analysis. The research found that price and location have a major influence on purchasing decisions; In addition, purchasing decisions serve as important mediators in the relationship between price and repurchase interest, as well as location and repurchase interest. The conclusion of this study is that Madurese grocery stalls must maintain strategically affordable prices and locations to drive customers' repurchase decisions and interests. To explore the factors influencing the popularity of Madura grocery stalls, future research may consider factors such as service quality.

Abstract

Since semester 2 of 2020, when COVID-19 began to be handled well, world economic developments began to show positive growth. In 2021, world economic growth is 5.9% and Indonesia's economic growth is 3.7%, it is estimated that world economic growth in 2022 will be at 4.5% and Indonesia at 5.1%. This also has an impact on the movement of world stock exchanges and also the Indonesian stock market. ICI was at 5,900 at the end of 2020, at the end of 2021 it reached 6,500 and even reached 7,200 at the end of April 2022. This shows that the Indonesian capital market is very attractive to investors. One of the biggest banks in Indonesia, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk, has a market capitalization of Rp. 930 T in 2021, making it a very appealing investment. However, the share price of this bank is only IDR 36,600. With the high level of stock prices acting as a mediator, the goal of this study is to ascertain the impact of profitability and liquidity on stock split decisions. This study uses secondary data from 2014 to 2022 Q1 financial statements. This research uses SEM analysis technique using SmartPLS. As a result, profitability has a significant positive effect on stock split decisions through the mediation of price expensiveness levels and liquidity has a significant negative effect on stock split decisions through mediation of price expensiveness levels.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between education level and poverty level in North Sumatra during the 2017-2021 period. The data used was sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and analyzed using the linear regression method via the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The research sample includes secondary data that records education levels and poverty levels in North Sumatra. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between the level of education and the level of poverty in the region.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Aqua consumers in Sukajadi District, Bandung City. The aim of this research is to determine the extent to which brand image and brand awareness influence purchasing decisions, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses descriptive and associative methods. The unit of analysis in this research is individuals, namely Aqua consumers in Sukajadi District, Bandung City, with a sample of 97 respondents. The sampling technique is based on certain criteria. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, as well as testing the validity and reliability of research instruments. The research results show that brand image and brand awareness influence purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Brand image has an influence of 14.8% on purchasing decisions, while brand awareness has an influence of 22.3%. Overall, brand image and brand awareness have an influence of 37.1% on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of supervisory support and self-efficacy on work effectiveness, with work burnout as a moderating variable. The quantitative method was used using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who worked at a company in Surabaya. The results of data analysis using the multiple regression method reveal that supervisory support has a significant positive impact on work effectiveness, along with self-efficacy which also has a significant positive influence on work effectiveness. Then supervisory support moderates the relationship positively and significantly towards work burnout. Self-efficacy was found to moderate the relationship positively and significantly to job burnout, indicating that the higher the level of self-efficacy, the lower the perceived level of job burnout. Meanwhile, work burnout negatively and significantly moderates the relationship to work effectiveness, indicating that the higher the level of work burnout, the lower the observed work effectiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa pengaruh antara variabel kompetensi dan Variabel Prestasi terhadap variabel Promosi Jabatan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Gresik. Penarikan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitan ini menggunakan total sampling dimana semua populasi digunakakan sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 45 orang. Dari hasil penelitan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dimana variabel kompetensi (X1) nilai signifikasi (Sig) 0, 349 > 0,05 maka dapat di jelaskan H1 atau hipotesa pertama di tolak, sehingga di artikan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh kompetensi (X1) terhadap promosi jabatan (Y). Sedangkan pada variabel prestasi (X2) nilai signifikasi (Sig) 0, 011 < 0,05 maka dapat di jelaskan H1 atau hipotesa yang ke dua di terima, sehingga di artikan bahwa ada pengaruh prestasi (X2) terhadap promosi jabatan (Y).
