Edukasi: Journal of Educational Research (E-ISSN: 2776-7809) is a peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of scientific research. Special attention is paid to works related to education using an interdisciplinary perspective, especially in the patterns of religious education and related teaching sources. This journal is published three times a year, in April, August, and December to develop human civilization in a better direction. Edukasi: Journal of Educational Research published its first issue: Vol. 1, No. 1, 2021, in April. journals publish their articles in Indonesian or in English. The review process in this journal uses double-blind peer-review, which means that the identity of the reviewer and the author is kept secret from the reviewer, and vice versa.

Abstract

Tulisan ini akan membahas strategi guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SMPN 2 Rengasdengklok kabupaten Karawang. Penelitian ini merpakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa, strategi yang dilakukan ialah dengan membuat susunan perencanaan yang di dalamnya memuat regulasi dan konfigurasi jadwal kegiatan pembelajaran, Pelaksanaan pembinaan akhlak siswa dilakukan dengan cara memberikan bimbingan dan arahan seputar pengajaran nilai-nilai akhlak, terakhir adalah evaluasi yang diterapkan dengan teknik pengamatan. Kendala dalam pembinaan akhlak meliputi rendahnya partisipasi orangtua, pergaulan yang kurang baik dengan lingkungan sosial, keterbatasan gadget dan arus globalisasi. Solusi atas kendala adalah dengan menyusun program kegiatan yang positif, bimbingan secara intens dalam menyikapi perkembangan arus globalisasi, optimalisasi peran orangtua serta rekan belajar

Abstract

Manajemen dalam pendidikan diperlukan agar proses pembelajaran terlaksana dengan efektif dan mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Namun, kehadiran Covid-19 mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran dan pemerintah memutuskan proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses pelaksanaan manajemen yaitu proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pada pembelajaran PAI dalam peningkatkan minat belajar para siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Agribisnis Annur Malangbong Garut Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kegiatan manajemen yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dilakukan dengan terencana, terlaksana, dan terukur. Selain itu, minat belajar siswa terpantau baik sesuai dengan usaha guru melalui komunikasi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran.

Abstract

The problem of drug abuse is still a concern for the whole world, including Indonesia. Especially among adolescents as the nation's next generation certainly needs more attention in the process of growth and development. So we need a solution to save teenagers from addiction to drug abuse and get good psychological well-being. Purpose: to identify and analyze the factors that can influence the improvement of the psychological well-being of ex-drug addict youth based on previous research. Methods: literature review using PRISMA by: identifying articles from the database publish or perish, Scopus, ProQuest and Science Direct use keyword 141 articles were relevant, then selected by meeting the inclusion criteria, seven articles were obtained. Articles published from 2017-2022, from the journal psychology and adolescent nursing. Results: There are several factors that can improve the psychological well-being of adolescent former drug users, namely by undergoing rehabilitation properly, using Islamic counseling model techniques, developing personal character, therapeutic community and training mixed martial arts, hope, social support, Positive emotion and engagement.

Abstract

Building discipline through Islamic character education does not just regulate external behavior, but also strengthens internal values and principles that encourage individuals towards strong discipline, high morality and complete responsibility. The aim of this research is to review the role of Islamic Character Education in fostering discipline at the Syahida Vocational High School (SMK). The research method used was descriptive qualitative with the selection of research subjects using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, with research subjects including school principals, student affairs staff, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students. Data analysis is carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display and verification. The results of the research show that the development of discipline through Islamic character education at Syahida Vocational School is reflected in the high level of student discipline, which is reflected in various activities such as prayer before and after studying, celebrating religious holidays, and congregational prayers in the school environment. This success was verified through a data assessment rubric which included observation, interviews and documentation, showing that Islamic character education is able to form students who have discipline. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that fostering discipline through Islamic character education is very effective in forming students with noble and responsible morals.

Abstract

Komunitas dalam sebuah tatanan masyarakat dapat diartikan sebagai tempat berkumpulnya individu-individu yang memiliki satu visi atau minat yang sama. Hal ini membuat komunitas bermakna dalam kehidupan manusia sebagai sarana pemenuhan kebutuhan fisiologis berupa sosial dan pemenuhan aktualisasi diri. Sistem yang berlangsung dalam sebuah komunitas turut mempengaruhi model pengembangan anggota yang juga dapat disebut sebagai model pembelajaran. Dari model komunitas para peneliti turut mengambil perhatian terhadap model pembelajaran berbasis komunitas untuk dapat mendukung dan mendorong partisipasi sosial mahasiswa. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memahami langkah dan strategi yang dibutuhkan dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran berbasis komunitas di lingkungan akademik mahasiswa. Model pembelajaran berbasis komunitas ini kemudian menawarkan model pembelajaran di mana mahasiswa secara aktif terlibat dalam proyek-proyek sosial kemasyarakatan, refleksi diri, dan mengembangkan keterampilan praktis lainnya untuk mendukung perkembangan dan partisipasi sosial mereka.

Abstract

Pendidikan sebagai salah satu aspek dalam kehidupan manusia merupakan salah satu hal yang berkembang beriringan dengan pertumbuhan peradaban manusia. Dinamika perubahan yang terjadi pada sebuah masa tentunya akan mempengaruhi metode-metode yang digunakan dalam pendidikan anak sekolah dasar. Pihak sekolah tentunya akan dituntut untuk menyeleksi setiap metode pembelajaran terkhusus metode yang sekiranya mampu membekali kemampuan sosial siswa dalam menjalani kehidupannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memahami metode pembelajaran kolaboratif sebagai salah satu metode yang mengasah keterampilan sosial siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar. Apa pengaruh penerapan metode pembelajaran kolaboratif terhadap pengembangan keterampilan sosial siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar? Bagaimana perbedaan keterampilan sosial antara siswa yang belajar melalui metode pembelajaran kolaboratif dibandingkan dengan siswa yang belajar secara konvensional di sekolah dasar? Penelitian ini kemudian mendeskripsikan terkait langkah implementasi metode pembelajaran kolaboratif terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: The main objective of this research is to identify and understand the relationship between learning motivation and student academic achievement. In order to achieve this goal, this research uses a quantitative analysis methodology based on inferential statistical models. This approach includes the use of regression and Pearson product moment correlation analysis to analyze the data obtained. This research is based on theoretical studies which state that there is a significant relationship between students' learning motivation and their academic achievement. By using regression techniques, researchers can identify the extent to which learning motivation variables influence student achievement. Meanwhile, Pearson product moment correlation analysis allows researchers to determine the strength and direction of the relationship between the two variables. Thus, this research not only aims to prove the existence of a relationship between learning motivation and student achievement, but also to understand the extent to which learning motivation can be a determining factor in improving student academic achievement. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide deeper insight for educators, policy makers and other related parties in an effort to improve the quality of education through increasing student learning motivation.

Abstract

Children are the next generation of the nation that develops according to their respective stages of development. At the age of 6 to 12 years, which is included in the age of Primary School, they undergo rapid development, especially in the language aspect. This study aims to investigate the development of language in students in grades 1-6 in elementary school, in order to understand more deeply the process of language acquisition. Optimizing language development in children requires special attention from educators and parents, as this is an important achievement in their development. By exploring the way children speak, understand, and use language, this study seeks to fill the knowledge gap about the process of language development and provide insights to educators. The implication is that a learning approach is needed that is tailored to each stage of language development. Teachers play an important role in supporting students' language progress, helping them use Indonesian properly and correctly, and supporting their ability to organize themselves during the transition period. This research not only contributes to the development of teaching and education, but also suggests further research to explore more specific and effective learning strategies according to the stages of language growth. Support from schools and families is essential to creating a conducive learning environment, ensuring that every child can reach their full potential in language skills.

Abstract

Education in schools is experiencing rapid development in various aspects, including curriculum, methodology, equipment, and assessment. The curriculum implemented is increasingly dynamic, adjusted to the needs and developments of science. The learning methodology has also transformed with a new approach that is more interactive and participatory, making students more active in the teaching-learning process. This research was conducted at SMPN 2 Solokan Jeruk to examine the impact of information technology developments on the use of learning media in schools and its influence on teacher competence in teaching. The goal is to evaluate the effectiveness of technology-based media in delivering subject matter and analyze the role of four main competencies of teachers in supporting the use of innovative learning media. The hope is to find effective strategies to improve teachers' ability to design and implement engaging and interactive learning according to student needs. Electronic media has a significant and positive influence on the learning process at SMPN 2 Solokan Jeruk, and can be an effective tool to improve the quality of learning, motivation, and student skills. However, continuous evaluation and supervision are needed so that the benefits of electronic media can be felt by all students.

Abstract

Social awareness is an individual's ability to understand and respond positively to social situations. In the context of education, instilling social awareness in students is very important because it can form the best generation in the future. This research aims to find out how religious education at Syahida Vocational School instills awareness social among students. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with purposive sampling to select research subjects. Data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation, with research subjects consisting of school principals, student affairs, religious education teachers and students. Data analysis techniques include collecting, reducing, presenting and verifying data. The results of the research show that religious education at Syahida Vocational School has succeeded in instilling social awareness in students, which can be seen from changes in students' attitudes to become more empathetic, tolerant, caring, communicative, responsible and sensitive. This is verified through a data assessment rubric which includes the results of observations, interviews and documentation. The conclusion of this research is that religious education has a very large role in increasing students' social awareness.
