Abstract

This type of research is a type of Casual Associative research, the type of causal associative research (cause and effect) is a study that aims to find out whether there is a relationship between compensation variables, work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. This research was conducted in one of the companies, namely Halim Fertility Center Medan. The population in this study was 140 employees, but the sample taken was used using the Slovin formula determination with the results of 58 employee samples using the Slovin formula sampling technique. The data source used is primary data. Researchers also collect data by distributing questionnaires as many as 20 questions using Google forms. The results of this study are that the Compensation Variable (X1) partially has a negative and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Halim Fertility Center Medan. This is known from the results of the partial test (t test) which states that the value of the t-calculation coefficient> t table, 0.925> 1.67155 at a significant 0.359 <0.05. The Work Environment Variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Halim Fertility Center Medan. This is known from the results of the partial test (t test) which states that the value of the t-calculation coefficient> t table, 3.190> 1.67155 at a significant 0.002 <0.05. The Organizational Culture Variable (X3) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Halim Fertility Center Medan. This is known from the results of the partial test (t-test) which states that the coefficient value of t count> t table, 2.290> 1.67155 at a significant 0.026 <0.05. Then, the results of the study also show that the Compensation Variable (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Organizational Culture (X3) simultaneously affect Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) Halim Fertility Center Medan. (coefficient value F count> F table 67.304> 2.773 at a significant 0.000 <0.05). So the previous hypothesis (H4) is accepted. The correlation is the adjusted R Square correlation figure of 0.777 in this case meaning 77.7% of employee job satisfaction can be obtained and explained by compensation, work environment, and organizational culture. While the remaining 100% - 77.7% = 22.3% is explained by other factors or variables outside the model, such as available facilities, working conditions, communication, job security, etc.

Abstract

Wakaf, as an integral component of Islamic philanthropy, has long played a crucial role in the socio-economic development of Muslim communities. Traditionally used for religious and charitable purposes, the concept of wakaf has evolved to serve a broader spectrum of needs in modern Islamic finance. This paper explores the potential of wakaf in empowering local economies by channeling its resources towards sustainable economic development. Through case studies and analysis of successful wakaf-based projects, the paper demonstrates how wakaf institutions can provide financial resources for infrastructure development, education, healthcare, and small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs). Moreover, the research highlights the role of innovative Islamic financial instruments, such as cash wakaf and sukuk wakaf, in unlocking the untapped potential of wakaf assets. The findings suggest that, with proper management, wakaf can significantly contribute to poverty alleviation, job creation, and overall economic empowerment. However, the paper also addresses the challenges facing wakaf institutions, including regulatory constraints, governance issues, and a lack of public awareness. The study concludes with policy recommendations for maximizing the socio-economic impact of wakaf within the framework of modern Islamic finance, emphasizing the need for stronger institutional support and more strategic collaboration between stakeholders.

Abstract

Islamic broadcasting plays a crucial role in the dissemination of Islamic teachings and values, shaping the moral and ethical framework of Muslim communities worldwide. In today’s digital age, the landscape of Islamic communication has significantly evolved with the integration of modern media platforms such as television, radio, and social media. This paper explores the intersection between traditional Islamic broadcasting and modern media technologies, focusing on how these platforms influence the spread of Islamic messages and shape public perception. The study examines key ethical principles that guide Islamic broadcasting, including the importance of truthfulness, respect, and community welfare. Through an analysis of case studies from prominent Islamic media networks, the paper highlights how digital tools such as social media, podcasts, and online streaming have revolutionized Islamic broadcasting, making it more accessible to a global audience. Additionally, the research delves into the challenges that arise from the widespread use of modern media, including the risk of misinformation, ethical dilemmas in content creation, and the impact of commercialization on the authenticity of religious communication. The findings suggest that while modern media platforms offer new opportunities for the dissemination of Islamic teachings, there is a pressing need for greater ethical oversight to ensure that the integrity of the message is preserved.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has significantly transformed the landscape of English language learning, offering learners innovative tools and platforms that enhance their engagement and comprehension. From mobile applications to online learning platforms, technology has opened new avenues for interactive and personalized language instruction. This paper explores the various ways technology has been integrated into English language learning and evaluates its impact on students’ learning outcomes, motivation, and engagement. Focusing on tools such as language learning apps, virtual classrooms, and interactive media, the study highlights the benefits of these technologies in creating an immersive and adaptive learning environment. Through a review of relevant literature and case studies, this research identifies key trends and best practices in using technology to support language acquisition. It also discusses the challenges associated with the adoption of technology, including issues of accessibility, teacher readiness, and digital literacy. The findings suggest that technology, when used effectively, can lead to improved learning outcomes by providing students with flexible, real-time feedback and fostering a more collaborative learning experience. Additionally, technology facilitates autonomous learning, allowing students to practice their language skills independently outside the classroom. However, the study also notes that successful integration of technology in language learning requires appropriate training for educators and careful consideration of learners’ individual needs.
