Abstract

The research analysis aims to determine the influence of social media and reviews on interest in buying Scarlet products on Shopee. The data analysis technique used is an associative research method with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 120 respondents. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The research results show that the social media variable shows a tcount value of 8.450 > ttable of 1.98 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, so hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that social media has a partially positive and significant effect on interest in buying Scarlet products in Shopee. The test results for the review variable show a tcount value of 3.116 > ttable of 1.98 with a significant value of 0.002 <0.05, so hypothesis H2 is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that reviews have a partially positive and significant effect on interest in buying Scarlet products at Shopee. Simultaneous test results show that the calculated F value is 200.386 which is greater than 3.07 and the significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that hypothesis 3 is accepted and hypothesis 0 is rejected so it can be concluded that social media and reviews have an influence simultaneously positive and significant on interest in purchasing Scarlet products on Shopee

Abstract

The development of the brick industry MSMEs continued to increase in Tanjung Mulia Village, Pagar Merbau Subdistrict, making the government's role very important for empowering brick industry MSMEs. The purpose of this research was to identify and describe the government's role in empowering brick industry MSMEs in Tanjung Mulia Village, Pagar Merbau Subdistrict, and to analyze the inhibiting factors in the empowerment of MSMEs in the brick industry. The theory used in this research was the theory of government roles by Yusuf Ilyas (2014), employing a qualitative methodology. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the government’s role in empowering brick industry MSMEs in Tanjung Mulia Village was effective, as evidenced by the government's role as a regulator, contributing to business licensing and capital. The government's role as a dynamizer was seen in its collaborative programs with partnerships, and its role as a facilitator provided marketing facilities through partnerships. The obstacles in empowering brick industry MSMEs were the lack of available capital, the brick production process that had not fully utilized technology, and the competitiveness of brick sales.

Abstract

The practice of online buying and selling in people's lives has not fully run according to the rules in the transactions that have been set, some consumers experience losses because the goods ordered do not match the initial agreement. The government has an important role in the legal validity of online buying and selling transactions in Indonesia. This writing method uses normative juridical. The types of data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results obtained Legal Regulations of Legal Subjects in Online Commerce Transactions Reviewed from Civil Law Article 1320 of the Civil Code meets the requirements for making an agreement because there is a will of both parties stated in the rules and submitting an offer in the thread or online sales stall and Article 1330 of the Civil Code has determined people who are considered capable, if in the future a dispute arises, the legal rules that regulate the minimum age to carry out buying and selling transactions, then the legal force of the agreement

Abstract

SP4N-LAPOR (National Public Service Complaints Management System – People’s Aspiration and Complaints Services) are a national platform designed to manage claims and are designed to make it easier for people to voice complaints and aspirations related to online public services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of SP4N-LAPOR in the Samarinda City Civil Service Police Unit and the factors that are a threat to its application. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive with the focus of research on the application of complaints management systems that use indicators of source, process and targets approaches. The data sources come from the primary data, such as the Head of the Samarinda City Civil Service Police Unit as the key informant, the Head of the SP4N-LAPOR Program Management and Application of the Samarinda City Communication and Information Office, as well as the application user community as informants. This research also uses secondary data from reports, archives/report documents sources from the Samarinda City Communication and Information Office and the Samarinda City Civil Service Police Unit. Data collection was carried out using interviews techniques, observations, library research and documentation. Data analysis using an intercative model. The results of this study would suggest that the application of SP4N-LAPOR in the Samarinda City Civil Service Police Unit has gone quite well in improving the quality of public service. The application of this program has been in accordance with the prevailing regulations and is supported by good coordination and direction from leaders. The process of containing complaint runs reasonably well with structured, enabling the Samarinda City Civil Service Police Unit to respond quickly and properly to complaint, in addition to cooperation with other agencies as a factor in its efficiency. However, there are still some obstacles such as internal communication problems, scheduling activities, long procedures for handling reports, the accessibility of applications and websites that are less smooth, the lack of recapitalization of reports and internal evaluations by the Samarinda City Civil Service Police Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the compliance of motor vehicle motorists who are Junior High School students in Samarinda City and its inhibiting factors. This study uses descriptive types with qualitative methods, by determining the research locations in two State Junior High Schools and one private Madrasah Tsanawiyah in the suburbs of Samarinda which based on observations is known to have many students who drive two-wheeled motorized vehicles. Primary data were obtained from interviews with key informants the Head of the Road Traffic and Head of the Safety Division of the Samarinda City Transportation Agency, Officers of the Samarinda Resort Police Traffic Law Enforcement Unit and interviews with informants from the Trustees of Intra School Student Organizations, Deputy Principal of Public Relations Division and Deputy Principal of Curriculum, as well as the owner or provider or parking lots around the scholl which is the research location. Secondary data sources include regulations regarding the provisions of traffic and field documentation. The data analysis used is combination of content analysis and interactive model analysis. The results of research that rely on data collection techniques through intensive observations, interviews and documentation showed that efforts to increase public compliance with traffic provisions including students of two-wheeled motorized vehicle drivers in Samarinda City, need to be handled not only in nature, but also require awareness and responsibility of all residents of Samarinda City. Self-awareness of each individual can arise if there is sufficient education to form knowledge, understanding and which then has an impact on changes in behavior towards orderly traffic in the public interest as an effort to build and realize the culture of security and traffic safety. The clarity of policy content requires the commitment of policy implementation apparatus in law enforcement to optimize the obedience of the target group.

Abstract

The resolution regarding protecting roads in the community against trucks, especially in the context of coal transportation in Jambi Province, is a complex legal issue. The increasing volume of heavy vehicles, especially trucks carrying coal, causes road damage, severe traffic jams and accidents that are detrimental to the community. Legal protection for road users, especially those affected by coal transportation activities, needs to be considered to reduce the risk of accidents and material loss. This research aims to analyze the legal arrangements for resolving road disputes, as well as the resolution mechanisms available in Indonesia. The research results show that although there are regional regulations governing the transportation of coal, the implementation of these regulations is not optimal. Law enforcement and supervision of coal transportation as well as setting truck operating schedules are very important to improve the safety and comfort of road users.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas Analisis Penerapan Identitas Kependudukan Digital (IKD) Berdasarkan Permendagri No 72 Tahun 2022 Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Dairi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Identitas Kependudukan Digital menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, kurangnya kesiapan masyarakat serta masalah teknis seperti lupa PIN atau password. Meskipun Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Dairi telah melakukan berbagai upaya sosialisasi melalui program Jempol Siturang dan kebijakan administrasi kependudukan, tingkat aktivasi Identitas Kependudukan Digital masih rendah dibandingkan dengan yang jumlah penduduk pemilik e- KTP. Namun penerapan Identitas Kependudukan Digital memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan adminitrasi kependudukan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penambahan sumber daya manusia, peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi serta jaminan keamanan data untuk mendorong penerapan Identitas Kependudukan Digital secara luas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kinerja Kepala Desa dalam melaksanakan otonomi daerah di Desa Nagasaribu IV, Kecamatan Lintongnihuta. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pembangunan infrastruktur jalan dan irigasi sebagai bagian dari tanggung jawab kepala desa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Kepala Desa dalam pembangunan infrastruktur jalan dan irigasi belum sepenuhnya optimal. Meskipun telah ada upaya pembangunan dan perbaikan, kualitas infrastruktur yang dihasilkan masih belum memadai, terutama dalam hal pemeliharaan jalan dan saluran irigasi yang masih banyak mengalami kerusakan. Kuantitas kerja Kepala Desa dinilai cukup baik dengan adanya beberapa pembangunan jalan dan irigasi yang telah dilakukan, namun belum merata di semua dusun. Efisiensi kerja dalam pengelolaan anggaran dan waktu pembangunan sudah cukup baik, meskipun masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan anggaran, perbedaan kepentingan masyarakat, dan masalah pembebasan lahan. Kendala utama yang dihadapi Kepala Desa dalam melaksanakan pembangunan infrastruktur meliputi keterbatasan anggaran yang sering terlambat dicairkan, perbedaan prioritas kebutuhan masyarakat, serta kesulitan dalam pembebasan lahan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja, disarankan agar Kepala Desa lebih memahami kebutuhan masyarakat, meningkatkan koordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah, dan mencari solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi kendala pembebasan lahan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the village government's strategy, inhibiting and supporting factors in increasing community participation in village development planning based on Law No. 3 of 2024 concerning Villages. Community participation in village development planning is a key factor in achieving effective and sustainable development. However, based on previous research findings, community participation in the Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang) still faces various challenges, such as low levels of participation, lack of community understanding, and incompatibility of implementation time with daily community activities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, documentation. Research informants consisted of the Village Head, Village Consultative Body (BPD), and the community of Tanjung Beringin I Village. Data analysis was carried out with reference to Geoff Mulgan's (2009) government strategy theory, which includes five main indicators: objectives, environment, direction, action, and learning. The results of the study show that the village government has implemented various strategies to increase community participation, such as adjusting the Musrenbang schedule with community activities, taking a direct approach, and using social media for socialization. However, there are still obstacles such as community apathy, difficult geographical conditions, and distrust of the planning process. Supporting factors for community participation include the suitability of the program to the needs of the community and a strong culture of mutual cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) policy in supporting poverty alleviation efforts in Sijarango I Village, Pakkat District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Village Fund BLT has been running in accordance with the established mechanism, starting from the data collection process, verification, to the distribution of assistance. The Village Fund BLT is given to extremely poor families and poor families who meet certain criteria, such as losing their livelihoods, having family members with chronic diseases, or living alone. The Village Fund BLT distribution process is carried out transparently and involves the active participation of village officials, the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and community representatives. The main obstacle faced is the absence of bank accounts for some beneficiaries, so the distribution is carried out in cash. In general, the Village Fund BLT has had a positive impact in helping the community meet basic needs and improve economic welfare.
