PSIKODINAMIKA : Jurnal Literasi Psikologi adalah Jurnal Akses Terbuka (Open Access Journal) yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Psikologi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, Universitas Islam Raden Rahmat Malang. Abstract

Self-control is the ability to control / hold or limit one's emotions and behavior. Whereas OCD is synonymous with sedentary thoughts and repeated repetitive behavior. So that self-control can help people with OCD in carrying out daily activities. This study aims to determine how self-control in patients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The subjects in this study were three people. Because of the specifics of the subject, the researchers used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The instruments in this study used passive participation observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that differences in the characteristics of OCD sufferers experienced lead to different behavior and self-control. And every self-control can be categorized into several aspects of self-control. As for the three aspects of self control that are commonly carried out by the subject are behavioral control aspects. Where the subjects in this study, are better able to control the disturbance by modifying an unpleasant situation into something that can still be done. This also relates to the level of intelligence above the average of each subject at the time of examination.

Abstract

Often times, the thesis writing stage is seen as a phase full of obstacles that can cause stress. Social support is one of the factors that can reduce pressure when individuals experience a problem. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social support on stress levels in the preparation of thesis final project. The number of research subjects was 40 student subjects who were working on their thesis. Retrieving data using a scale and interviews. The Social Support Scale with reliability (α) = 0.90 and the Stress scale with the reliability scale (α) = 0.89. The analysis showed that there was no influence of social support on stress levels in preparation of the thesis (B=-0.30; p> 0.05). The results of the interview showed that social support had no effect on the stress experienced by students in working on their thesis, because the social support that was obtained did not match their needs. So that individuals who will provide assistance need to determine the needs and types of social support needed.

Abstract

There are many cases of refusal of regular students to students with special needs due to their differences and limitations. Regular students have not been able to understand the situation of ABK students with all their limitations, they see ABK students with their eyes as normal students, without trying to imagine what if they are in the position of ABK students. This study aims to determine the relationship between empathy and self-acceptance of regular students towards students with special needs in the inclusive class at SD Inclusive Ulil Albab Kepanjen. This study uses quantitative methods using the product moment correlation data analysis technique. The research sample consisted of 53 regular students, where the subject was a regular student who happened to be met and was suitable as a data source. There are two measuring instruments used are (1) the scale of empathy and (2) the scale of social acceptance. From the results of the study and discussion, it is concluded that this research hypothesis is accepted. This indicates that empathy is positively correlated with social acceptance. So that the higher the level of empathy, the higher the level of social acceptance of regular students to ABK students in the inclusive class at Ulil Albab Inclusive Elementary School.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is a role of self-efficacy and self-esteem towards public speaking anxiety in students of Primary School Teacher Education Department (PGSD), Lambung Mangkurat University. The subjects in this study were 60 students, selected using a quota sampling technique. Data were collected using Likert scale model consisting of self-efficacy scale, self-esteem scale, and public speaking anxiety scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and the result showed that: (1) there was a role of self-efficacy towards public speaking anxiety as indicated by the value of -t count < -t table (-5.558 < -2.002); (2) there was a role of selfesteem towards public speaking anxiety, as indicated by the value of -t count < -t table (-4.106 < -2.002); (3) there was interaction of self-efficacy and self-esteem with public speaking anxiety, as indicated by F count > F table = (24.428 > 3.159). It can therefore be concluded that the self-efficacy and self-esteem together had a role by 46.2% towards the public speaking anxiety in students of Primary School Teacher Education Department (PGSD), Lambung Mangkurat University, while the remaining 53.8% was contributed by other factors that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of colors adjustment on the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) on the ability of Working Memory in children with autism. The study was conducted at Autism Training Center (PLA) Sidoarjo and Ceria PAUD Airlangga University with the number of subjects as many as 4 children, with details of 2 children of hyposensitive autism and 2 children hypersensitive autism. The research method used is a Quasi Experiment. The intervention tool during the study was 15 color adjusted PECS images according to Birren's color theory (2010) and Brewster's color theory, created in 1831, under the most hypnotic hypersensitive and hypersensitive conditions according to Mostafa (2008). As for the instrument pretest and posttest researchers use the theory of short-term memory from Atkinson (2014) with the aim to know whether the subject can understand the information with a maximum time of 30 seconds.Based on the results of data analysis using statistical analysis Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, it was found that there is nosignificant influence between the color on PECS on the ability of working memory of children with autism because the significance value of 0.180 because the number of subjects that are too few is 4 children. However, from the results of pretest posttest graphs and researcher notes, the four subjects experienced a considerable increase in scores. This study focuses on how color affects PECS to improve working memory in children with autism because in previous PECS studies that have been conducted by other researchers, no one has focused on color adjustment in PECS.

Abstract

The importance of Guidance and Counseling Services in guiding and accompanying students in the process of taking their education. However, many students are still reluctant and hesitant to consult and take advantage of Guidance and Counseling services due to various factors, one of which is the students' own perceptions. The various experiences that students feel, form a perception that underlies students 'attitudes and behavior as a reaction to what they think. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perceptions of guidance and counseling services in schools with students' interest in consulting. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. The research subjects were students of class VIII and IX Mts Miftahul Huda Turen. The research instrument used is a Likert scale with statistical analysis techniques using the Pearson Correlation formula. The results showed there was a positive relationship between perceptions of guidance and counseling services with the interest in consulting. So it can be concluded the importance of student perceptions in Guidance and Counseling services with student interest in consulting, making the results of this study can be an additional insight for the parties involved in an effort to maximize the role and program of the Guidance and Counseling Service in school.

Abstract

Etnis merupakan salah satu identitas yang dimiliki seseorang. Identitas seseorang akan selalu mempengaruhi seseorang ketika berinteraksi dalam sebuah kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaima keberagaman etnis mempengaruhi hasil kerjasama kelompok dalam mengerjakan sebuah tugas. Peneliti menggunakan desain eksperimen one group pre-post test design dengan subjek sebanyak 36 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan rata-rata nilai dari waktu yang diperlukan dan ketepatan pengerjaan tugas kelompok. Kelompok dengan keberagaman etnis yang sama memilik skor yang lebih baik dari segi kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam menyelesaikan penugasan.

Abstract

Bekerja adalah proses fisik maupun mental individu dalam mencapai tujuannya, namun ketidakpastian dalam pekerjaan akan menimbulkan suatu kecemasan. Kecemasan merupakan suatu keadaan khawatir yang mengeluhkan bahwa sesuatu yang buruk akan segera terjadi sehingga job performance menjadi indikator dalam melanjutkan pekerjaan sesuai dengan kemampuan dan ketentuan yang berlaku. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kontrak di salah satu instansi daerah di kota Malang berjumlah 36 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan intrumen Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A) dan Individual Work Performance Scale (IWP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasa kecemasan tidak terlalu berpengaruh besar terhadap tingkat job performance, sehingga para pegawai PKWT aktif tetap dapat melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku tanpa rasa cemas berlebih menjelang akhir masa kontrak.

Abstract

Maraknya perkawinan dini yang terjadi di Indonesia banyak kasus yang terjadi pada remaja umur sekolah yakni remaja laki-laki berumur dibawah sembilan belas (19) tahun sedangkan remaja perempuan berumur dibawah enam belas (16) tahun. Provinsi dengan karakteristik prevalensi perkawinan dini yang tinggi cenderung memiliki karakteristik Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) yang rendah dan sebaliknya, berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut perkawinan muda menurunkan (IPM) di Indonesia Peran laki-laki dalam rumah tangga adalah sebagai kepala keluarga dan pencari nafkah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus instrumental. Responden dalam penelitian ini laki-laki kawin dini (<19 tahun), umur perkawinan kurang dari tiga (3) tahun berlokasi di Jawa Timur. Teknik penggalian data menggunakan studi kepustakaan berupa hasil penelitian, pendapat, teori, hasil penelitian, media tulisan yang dilanjutkan dengan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis tematik. Penalaran remaja laki-laki ketika memutuskan kawin dini terbentuk berawal dari proses pikir logis yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal remaja laki-laki, hingga terbentuk argumen dan terwujud melalui rencana tindak lanjut. Pengaruh eksternal remaja laki-laki lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pengaruh internal ketika memutuskan kawin dini. Pengaruh eksternal yang mempengaruhi remaja laki-laki memutuskan kawin dini terbentuk dari kepercayaan yang diberikan oleh pasangan, orang tua remaja laki-laki, keluarga orang tua remaja laki-laki, orang tua pasangan, nilai budaya, nilai agama dan lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh Regulasi Emosi Terhadap Resiliensi Atlet Pencak Silat Tapak Suci Gresik. Regulasi emosi adalah cara atlet dalam mengelola emosi dan menyeimbangkan dengan keadaan yang sulit sehingga atlet mampu merubah emosi negatif menjadi lebih positif. Resiliensi adalah kemampuan atlet dalam beradaptasi dari situasi atau masalah yang sedang dialami, kemampuan untuk bertahan, tidak mudah menyerah dan kemampuan untuk bangkit menyelesaikan permasalahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel terdiri dari 41 atlet. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik insidental. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Rsquare atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,189 dari regulasi emosi. Nilai Rsquare 0,189 menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel regulasi emosi terhadap variabel resiliensi sebesar 18,9% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh regulasi emosi terhadap resiliensi atlet Pencak Silat Tapak Suci Gresik.
