An organization must have an understanding that is truly agreed upon by all members. One of the spread Islamic organizations in Indonesia is Muhammadiyah. This organization is very influential and contributes in upholding and fighting for integrity in Indonesia. In this case, the branch level Muhammadiyah organization, especially in Ponorogo, in education there is a regeneration of Muhammadiyah school principals. In this case, to become the head of a Muhammadiyah school in Ponorogo, the prospective headmaster of Muhammadiyah must have the same understanding in this organization, namely Muhammadiyah. In addition, prospective headmasters of Muhammadiyah schools must understand and understand the true ideas and thoughts of Muhammadiyah. So that later, the prospective headmaster of Muhammadiyah in carrying out this mandate, can continue and maintain the values of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan which are embedded in the Muhammadiyah organization. This matter was conveyed by the dikdasmen assembly to one of the cadres at universities, namely Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo to conduct a briefing and cadre for prospective Muhammadiyah school principals in Ponorogo. Thus, this rehearsal activity was formed and will be carried out with the aim of conducting cadre for prospective Muhammadiyah school principals in Ponorogo. This is done to provide provision for them, so that they have the same understanding, intention and determination when later in carrying out this mandate they can implement the values of Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah correctly

PT Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Maos conducted a community empowerment program in Karangsari Village, Cilacap Regency, Central Java Province. This program is called PENDEKAR (Penderes Badeg Karangsari) which has been implemented since 2020. This program aims to increase the productivity and income of sugar farmers in Karangsari Village by processing coconut sap water into export-worthy ant sugar and healthy organic sugar which has a good quality and has a high resale value. This program implies an economic and environmental impact on the surrounding community and PT Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Maos. This paper describes the results of the program using the evaluative type of social return on investment (SROI) method to evaluate, measure, and calculate the impact of the PENDEKAR (Penderes Badeg Karangsari) program that has been implemented. The result shows that the PENDEKAR Community Empowerment Program have an SROI value of 2.34. This concludes that the PENDEKAR program (Penderes Badeg Karangsari) is a good program and deserves to be implemented and developed in Karangsari village and even in other areas

Corona Virus (Covid-19) is a virus that can spread like an outbreak and be transmitted to others caused by the SARS-CoV2 virus (MLE, 2020). Some patients affected by this virus recover without having to go to the hospital because they are categorized as having mild to moderate respiratory problems. However, there are some other patients due to the infection of the Covid-19 virus who have to get treatment in the hospital because the patient has a severe respiratory problem that requires the treatment of a medical team. Common symptoms for Covid-19 sufferers are cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, etc. (Singh & Singh, 2020). The average period of the incubation period of this virus is approximately 5-6 days. With the incubation period that takes a relatively long time, it can cause an increasing mortality rate due to the Covid-19 virus (Rusdiana, 2021). Patients who have Covid-19 disease can result in acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), pneumonia (pneumonia) and failure of several organs. Patients at high risk are elderly and sufferers who have a history of medical diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, chronic respiratory diseases or cancer. The spread of this Virus through the mouth or nose of an already infected person through droplets or small liquid particles when they cough, sneeze, speak, sing or breathe. Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) by the World Health Organization (WHO) has been designated as a global outbreak ("Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)," 2020). At the end of December 2019, the first time the Covid-19 Virus arose in Wuhan City, China. Johns Hopkins University provided data released in 2021 that there are total cases in the world regarding Covid-19 reaching 225,389,505 and death cases around 4,642,054. The government has taken efforts to prevent and overcome the COVID-19 virus (Aulia et al., 2021) in order to reduce the rate of spread of this virus to the territory of Indonesia. In this pegabdian activity to the community, invites the community, especially kampung KB, to always live a healthy life with the concept of "New Normal" or Adaptation to New Habits (Adriadi et al., 2021), namely activities while maintaining health protocols. In this new normal era, daily behavior or behaviors that in the new normal are different from normal activities before the pandemic or before (Nadilla & Zebua, 2020). The Covid-19 virus is not over yet and to prevent the spread of transmission, discipline is needed in implementing health protocols, namely 5 M (dr. Fadhli Rizal Makarim, 2021)

English training for UMKM at Rumah Kreatif BUMN Bogor – Cilegon was held by virtual learning using zoom meeting on April 29th, 2021. The aim of this training was to master public speaking with storytelling techniques that will be marketed directly by using social media. The participants were trained to describe the product that will be marketed and then tried to tell it in English. The training begins with an activity on understanding product storytelling. Participants were given examples of how to create product descriptions to be marketed through video storytelling. The material was delivered with a dialogue interactive method. In this training, the participants were asked to practice the storytelling technique one by one using their respective products. Product Storytelling training was going well and was successful for UMKM members who are currently required to use social media to improve their selling products through English storytelling

Village Babul Makmur, districts Simeulue Barat, district Simeulue is one of the expansion villages. The community already has adequate health knowledge, but the villagers Babul Makmur this has not paid attention to the problem of nutritional intake due to lack of knowledge and economic problems. Therefore, Moringa leaf as a plant resource that is quite easy and often found in this region can be one of the raw material for innovative producers in an effort to prevent stunting and fulfill nutrition for pregnant women and children.Moringa leaves are processed into Moringa noodles which are made from Moringa leaves which contain high nutrients, especially protein and calcium. The partners of this activity are the village community Babul Makmur.The processing of Moringa noodle innovation products is carried out through several methods, namely (1) production training; (2) assistance in making Moringa Noodles made from Moringa leaves until Moringa leaf Noodles are produced; (3) distribution of Moringa leaf noodles to the community, especially mothers and children.In general, this activity is quite good in helping the problems faced by the village community Babul makmur, namely to fulfill nutritional intake so as to avoid stunting problems. Abstract A maximum of 150 Indonesian words printed in italics with Cambria 10 point. The abstract should be clear, descriptive and should provide a brief overview of community service issues undertaken / researched. Abstracts include reasons for the selection of topics or the importance of research topics / community service, methods of research / devotion and outcome summary. The purpose of this study is to describe marketing strategies that use social media to promote the products being marketed and the buying and selling interactions between sellers and consumers. In the current era, marketing using social media is considered very effective because it makes it easier for consumers and sellers to carry out product buying and selling transactions quickly without meeting face to face. Consumers on social media are more interactive, they can be invited to work together to promote the products they have purchased from sellers so as to expand the marketing network. The Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands is the largest tin mining producing area in Indonesia. Almost every area in Bangka Belitung has a wealth of tin scattered on land and at sea. Perlang Village is located in Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province is one of the villages that has a wealth of tin. Based on the results of field observations, many ex-mining areas were found. Some post-mining lands have been used by the Perlang Village community in the tourism and fisheries sectors. In the tourism sector, it was found the development of ex-mining land into an artificial lake known as Lake Pading, while in the fishery sector, it was found that the use of ex-mining excavated land in Kobatin waters became a place for freshwater fish cultivation. Freshwater fish cultivation which was developed in the form of floating net cages where the floating net cages were deemed not optimal because only 4 floating net cages were found while the water area reached 100 m2. Therefore, optimization is needed to develop floating net cages that are innovated with an aquaponics system to increase the production of freshwater fish and produce organic vegetable products. The floating net cage or KJA is a system of net cultivation technology in the form of a cylindrical rectangle and is floated with the help of a buoy and as a place for fish rearing that allows water to enter and leave freely so that there is an exchange of surrounding waters. With KJA growth will be more easily monitored clearly, making it easier for us to measure how long the fish will be harvested. While aquaponics is an alternative cultivation system which is to increase the production of freshwater fish and organic vegetables

Article 28 H paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution directly states that social security is the right of every human being. Article 34 paragraph (1) again mentions the constitutional basis for the need for a social security system. The next constitutional basis is Law Number 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System. This background means that the state has a duty to build a comprehensive social security system and provide a wider sense of "security" for all Indonesian citizens, including migrant workers. Social security consists of National Health Insurance (JKN) and Employment Insurance.National Health Insurance is a concept of health protection adopted from various social protection concepts, namely protection efforts for the Indonesian people in general and migrant workers in particular to face vulnerability and illness which is equipped with strategies to obtain or protect health comprehensively. Health insurance for migrant workers can be interpreted as an effort from the state to help migrant workers by providing guarantees or protection for the health of migrant workers. Efforts to fulfill this have several important aspects related to the fulfillment of constitutional rights and legal protection in the context of implementing social security programs for migrant workers

The coffee shop business in Indonesia has shown significant development accompanied by intense business competition in recent years, in line with the current trend of coffee shop business that has spread nationwide, including in Jember Regency. However, since the Covid-19 pandemic era, not a few coffee shop businesses have been forced to go out of business, especially at the SME level, because they cannot manage their business properly. One of the UKM coffee shops in Jember is Warung Ta Café which has a lot of potential to be developed. However, business management or management is still not carried out professionally, so that assistance is needed through the provision of management consulting and training, especially operations / production, marketing, finance, human resources and risk management. The form of business assistance is through the provision of intensive consultation and training as well as assistance in adding several main production tools and strengthening product branding so that these SMEs can survive in the midst of competition

Academics including lecturers, students, and educators are expected to contribute integrally to the implementation of the Tri dharma in higher education. As we understand education is a means for the state to produce superior human resources. The creation of a quality educational academic atmosphere is inseparable from supporting factors, in addition to curriculum design and learning infrastructure prepared in such a way, no less important is the role of a teacher in the implementation of teaching and learning activities in their respective classes. In the field, in the practice of teaching and learning activities, there are still many teachers who have not utilized and maximized the availability of technological developments and digital platforms that are already available in teaching and learning practices. Academics including lecturers, students, and educators are expected to contribute integrally to the implementation of the Tri dharma in higher education. As we understand education is a means for the state to produce superior human resources. The creation of a quality educational academic atmosphere is inseparable from supporting factors, in addition to curriculum design and learning infrastructure prepared in such a way, no less important is the role of a teacher in the implementation of teaching and learning activities in their respective classes. In the field, in the practice of teaching and learning activities, there are still many teachers who have not utilized and maximized the availability of technological developments and digital platforms that are already available in teaching and learning practices. So it is felt that there is a need for concrete efforts in providing skills training for teachers as educators in schools in order to increase their competence in utilizing digital platforms as a suggestion for learning media through community service activities. The availability of digital platforms is expected to help make it easier for teachers to support teaching and learning activities in schools, so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally. Talking about many kinds of digital platforms through the internet, on this occasion the team of lecturers of the PPKn study program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, PGRI Adi buana University Surabaya in collaboration with SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Sidoarjo regency will carry out community service activities. In this activity, training activities were carried out on teachers of Muhammadiyah 1 Taman High School in utilizing digital platforms, especially the use of the Worldwall application as a means of learning media. The Worldwall application can be used and managed by teachers to become a fun and not boring learning medium for students. Training and mentoring for teachers in the use of the Worldwall platform as a learning medium was chosen to produce an interesting learning atmosphere based on audio, visual and digital, so that learning is preferred and not boring for students. With this activity, teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Sidoarjo have new skills and competencies in utilizing technology, especially the use of the Worldwall platform, so that later it can be used as a medium in teaching and learning activities carried out
