Abstract

Coconut is a plant and natural potential that is excellent in Latuhalat Village. Coconut has so many benefits that it has earned the nickname the tree of life because every part of it can be used for the benefit of society. Coconut processing in Latuhalat Village is carried out on a small and traditional scale, namely processing it into coconut cooking oil. This processed product will leave processed waste (processed waste) known as "taiminya". This processed residue is usually not used anymore, then thrown away or used as animal feed. The Pattimura University PKM Team presents innovation and development of taiminya into "taiminya confectionery" and "taiminya chili sauce" products. This innovative product is expected to increase the income of the people of Latuhalat Village

Abstract

Expertise Competency Test (UKK) is an assessment held specifically for SMK students to measure student competency achievement equivalent to level 2 (two) or 3 (three) qualifications in the IQF. The Expertise Competency Test is carried out at the end of the study period by a Professional Certification Agency or an accredited educational unit together with business/industry partners. The results of the Expertise Competency Test for students will be an indicator of the achievement of graduate competency standards. Whereas for stakeholders the results of the Expertise Competency Test are used as a source of information on the competencies of prospective workers. The Software Engineering Expertise Program (RPL) is one of the competency skills in the field of computer technology and informatics that specifically studies computer programming. The implementation of the Skills Competency Test for the 2022/2023 school year at Trimurjo 1 State Vocational School is carried out face-to-face. The distance between the STMIK Dharma Wacana campus and SMK Negeri 1 Trimurjo is 9.9 KM and can be reached in 22 minutes. Community service activities through the Skills Competency Test program at Trimurjo 1 State Vocational School located on Jalan ABRI Liman Benawi Trimurjo Central Lampung with the expertise in Software Engineering are carried out for 2 (two) days, namely face to face. The number of competency test participants is 23 (twenty-three) people. In carrying out the Expertise Competency Test, participants are asked to sign proof of attendance on the attendance sheet provided. The community service method is through an expertise competency test program, namely in the form of assistance as an external examiner and has the authority to provide assessments to competency test participants in the field of Software Engineering expertise. Implementation of the Skills Competency Test which is one of the community service activities at Trimurjo 1 State Vocational School with a total of 23 (twenty-three) students in the field of Software Engineering expertise can be concluded that the results of the implementation of the Skills Competency Test are obtained with the criteria of scores based on 30% Aspects of Knowledge and 70% Aspects of Skills. Overall, the average student gets a score above 80 with a quality value of "Competent" and as many as 2 (two) students get a final score of "Very Competent". Thus, the conclusion of this Expertise Competency Test activity is that all participants have competence in the field of Software Engineering (RPL) expertise

Abstract

This Abdimas aims to provide training and coaching to the teachers of SDN Larangan 9 Kota Tangerang in the application of Learning Management System (LMS) technology with the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach to improve the quality of learning in the digital era. This activity uses the community service method with stages of activities including identifying needs and challenges, training and fostering the use of LMS, as well as evaluating and monitoring implementation results. The results of the training and coaching show that teachers at SD Larangan 9 Tangerang City are able to apply LMS technology with the TPACK approach in learning more effectively and efficiently. In this case, teachers are able to integrate knowledge of technology, education, and learning materials in a more integrated manner, so that learning can become more interactive, creative, and interesting for students. Therefore, the application of LMS technology with the TPACK approach can improve the quality of learning in the digital era and support the creation of a more competent generation in the future

Abstract

Community service carried out by students does not mean teaching the community about what is best for them, but carrying out empowerment as a process of searching (research) carried out together to find the best way to solve the problems they face. The purpose of community service activities in the form of trauma healing carried out on children is to reduce anxiety levels and restore children's emotional condition after the disaster, so that they can help the spirit return to how it was before the disaster occurred with various kinds of games played both individually and groups as well as the provision of material that aims to improve the characteristics of the child. The implementation of trauma healing uses the Participatory Rapid Appraisal (PRA) method or participatory village assessment which is carried out through various activities such as observation, surveys, and interviews

Abstract

The realization of good governance and accountability is the expectation of all parties. Regarding these expectations, it is necessary to develop and implement an accountability system that is appropriate, clear, measurable, and accurate. In realizing this effort, the Regency Government of Pringsewu in collaboration with the Aisyah University of Pringsewu created an electronic application for Government Agency Performance Accountability Systems (E-Sakip), namely an application for reporting performance measurement results to Government Agencies. The E-Sakip launching and outreach activities will be held on Monday, November 28th, 2022 at the Main Hall of the Regency Government of Pringsewu. The method used in this socialization is an introduction or lecturing method, then carrying out simulations or demonstrations which are attended by 80 participants consisting of the Head of the Planning Subdivision and Functional Officers. The material presented included creating user accounts for the application, account creation and user access rights for the LAKIP reporting unit, filling out the LAKIP document components, how to upload LAKIP documents, and how to change the password on the user account. The result of this community service activity is that the E-Sakip application can be implemented in the Regency Government of Pringsewu and it provides knowledge to participants who represent each Government Agency in the Pringsewu Region regarding the use of the E-Sakip application which can assist the Government Agencies in Digital Performance Accountability Reports

Abstract

The teacher's ability and skills to create and evaluate collage and montage works of art need to follow the standards for assessing works of art. It is due to misconceptions the educational background of class teachers is not in the fine arts field, and the experience of art evaluation still needs to be improved. This service aims to improve the understanding of art and skills in creating and evaluating the art of montage and collage. The material provided is the skills to appropriately create and evaluate collages and montages. The method used is direct and guided learning. Direct learning is carried out using the teacher's conditioning method as participants take part in skill training and evaluation of the art of montage and collage. The service team acts as a resource person who directly supervises and guides. This community service activity increased their ability to create collages and montage works of art, including distinguishing and evaluating them

Abstract

This Community Service activity was carried out by lecturer team of Widya Mandira Catholic University at the Digital Marketing Training for BUMDes in West Kupang District with two villages namely Kuanheun Village and Bolok Village. This training aims to provide knowledge about digital marketing so that it can be used to promote BUMDes business units in Kuanheun Village and Bolok Village, which will be held on July 26, 2022. The methodology used is a modern approach with a participatory rural approach in the form of training and mentoring which is generally done through three stages; preparation, training and evaluation, to make it easier for trainees to understand in Kuanheun Village and Bolok Village. The participants of this training are representatives of several people with a total of 35 people including lecturers, students, Village Government, Village Management Board, BUMDes management, UMKM actors, community leaders, and youth groups. The results obtained are can increase knowledge for participants in Kuanheun Village and Bolok Village that the importance of Digital Marketing is to increase sales and for the sustainability of the business being run. This activity is expected to help BUMDes actors in increasing their income and also increasing knowledge in the digital era so that they are not eroded by changing times

Abstract

UBSP Gerbang Rejeki berdiri sejak tahun 2019 beranggotakan 21 orang ibu rumah tangga dengan alamat Jalan Koperasi, Liliba-Kota Kupang. UBSP ini awal didirikan atas ide dari ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang saling menseringkan kesulitan ekonomi akibat kesulitan akses pinjaman. Atas kesulitan bersama dan tujuan yang sama yakni untuk saling membantu dan mendukung maka dibentuklah Usaha Bersama Simpan Pinjam Gerbang Rejeki. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pengelola UBSP adalah relatif rendahnya kemampuan untuk mencatat dan melaporkan perekonomian. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan UBSP dalam hal pelaporan keuangan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan bagi 21 orang anggota dan pengurus dalam bentuk pelatihan dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil dari pelatihan ini yakni pengurus dan anggota UBSP mendapatkan pengetahuan baru tentang penggunaan aplikasi pelaporan keuangan Akuntansi UKM bersistem mobile, yang dapat langsung diinstal pada handphone masing-masing peserta untuk pelatihan penggunaannya. Selain aplikasi smart phone, peserta pelatihan juga dikenalkan dengan sistem pelaporan keuangan sederhana yang diformulasikan dalam program Microsoft excel. Kesimpulan dari pelatihan ini yakni pelaporan keuangan yang baik menjadi penentu berhasil tidaknya suatu usaha, pendampingan yang berkelanjutan perlu dilakukan sebagai bentuk upaya mendukung keberlanjutan usaha kecil menengah.

Abstract

SMEs at the time of determining the cost of production, do not understand how to calculate it. For MSMEs, they calculate their production costs based on their experience without knowing the type of business they are selling or creating. Faisal Services Business is a business that provides men's clothing sewing services. Abdimas proceeds by giving examples of how to calculate the cost of production for some of the sewing services provided. Service businesses perform production cost calculations according to the cost accounting concept. Faisal Service Business calculates the cost of raw materials and labor costs based on actual costs incurred, while factory overhead costs are calculated by determining the rate per item of service work
