Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in elementary thematic learning subjects using the mind mapping method. The hypothesis of action research is that if the mind mapping method is used it can improve the learning outcomes of sixth semester students in elementary thematic learning subjects. This research is classroom action research. The design of this research is based on Kemmis and Taggart using a spiral system. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this study were seen from the increase in student learning outcomes in the first cycle, which was 70.80% and the increase in the second cycle changed to 90.25%. Based on the results of the observational analysis, there was an increase in the learning process, from 80% of the descriptors that were implemented to 95% of the descriptors that were implemented. Based on the data above, it can be concluded that the mind mapping method can improve student learning outcomes in elementary thematic learning subjects.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS, hal ini dilihat dari proses pembelajaran kurang bervariasi dan masih bersifat monoton, pembelajaran IPS yang dilakukan selama ini masih bersifat klasik belum menggunakan model pembelajaran yang tepat yang berkaitan dengan materi ajar diserai kegiatan pembelajaran pada umumnya dilakukan dengan ceramah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran STAD terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS khususnya materi Lingkungan alam dan buatan kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 006 Karimun. penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksprimen semu (quasi eksperimental) dengan desain randomized control group pretest-posttest desain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa siswi kelas III SD Negeri 006 Karimun dengan sampel penelitian kelas III yang berjumlah 50 orang, yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Kelas eksprimen 25 siswa dan kelas kontrol 25 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrument tes yaitu instrument hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS. Hasil Pre-test kelas eksprimen 56.00 berbanding 61,04 kelas kontrol sedangkan hasil post-test kelas eksprimen dengan rata-rata 77,92 berbanding 67,20 kelas kontrol jika di lihat perbandingan Thitung> Ttabel (3,447 > 2,031) H0 ditolak maka Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka penggunaan model pembelajaran STAD pada mata pelajaran IPS terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sehingga tujuan mata pelajaran dapat dicapai secara maksimal

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan pendekatan komunikatif terhadap hasil bahasa indonesia pada materi melengkapi karangan menggunakan tanda baca. Populasi dalam penelitian ini kelas III SDN 007 Pamak yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kelas eskperimen, peneliti menggunakan Pendekatan Komunikatif sedangkan kelas kontrol peneliti menggunakan model konvensional. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil dalam penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penggunaan Pendekatan Komunikatif terhadap hasil belajar bahasa indonesia pada materi melengkapi karangan menggunakan tanda baca (Siswa Kelas III SDN 007 Pamak Kabupaten Karimun). Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 2,2393 > ttabel 2,201. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh Pendekatan Komunikatif terhadap hasil belajar matematika pada materi perbandingan bilangan siswa kelas III (SDN 003 Teluk Air Kabupaten Karimun).

Abstract

This review examines the improvement of Civics learning modules regarding the matter of ethnic and social variety in view of nearby insight in 4th-grade understudies at SDN 178 Tuban, Tomoni District, East Luwu Regency. This review intends to decide the requirement for learning modules for ethnic and social variety in view of neighborhood astuteness for 4th-grade understudies at SDN 178 Tuban, Tomoni District, East Luwu Regency, to decide the plan of learning modules for ethnic and cultural diversity based on local wisdom for fourth-grade students at SDN 178. Tuban, Tomoni District, East Luwu Regency and to determine the validity of the learning module for ethnic and cultural diversity based on local wisdom for fourth-grade students at SDN 178 Tuban, Tomoni District, East Luwu Regency. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D). To produce Civics learning module products, the researcher refers to the BANATHY model with seven steps, namely initial research and initial information collection, planning, developing an initial product form, initial product testing, revision of test results, expert validity and product test results. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 178 Tuban, Tomoni District, East Luwu Regency with the research subjects being fourth-grade students totaling 27 students consisting of 15 female students and 12 male students, while the object of the research focused on developing Civics learning modules for ethnic and cultural diversity. . After the product was developed, the researcher distributed a validation questionnaire to the validator team to determine the feasibility of the product being developed. The validators consist of material expert validators, media experts, and linguists. The results from the validation of the material experts that have been analyzed get a percentage (84%), the results from the media expert validation get a percentage (78%) and the results from the language validation get a percentage (81%). From the results of the validator team, it is in the very valid category. Based on these results, it was concluded that the Civics learning module on the subject of ethnic and cultural diversity based on local wisdom in fourth-grade students at SDN 178 Tuban, Tomoni District, East Luwu Regency met the validity criteria with a very valid category and the product was ready to be used in the learning process. teach in class.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of students who have not planned their careers after graduating from SMK. The research aims to: 1) Describe the self awareness of the XII grade students of SMK Semen Padang. 2) Describe the career planning of the students of SMK Semen Padang. 3) To see the relationship between self awareness and career planning. This type of research is descriptive quantitative correlation. The population of this study was the students of SMK Semen Padang as many as 97 students. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling, that is, all of the population was sampled, amounting to 97 people. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire, data analysis techniques using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation formula using the SPSS version 22 application. The results of research on student career planning are in the high category. Self awareness of students is in the very high category. The data analysis categories obtained the following results: There is a significant positive relationship between self awareness and career planning of students with a correlation or rcount of 0.273 and rtable of 0.2 df 95 at a significance level of 0.05 or a 95% confidence level. rcount rtable, it can be concluded that the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and there is a significant relationship between self awareness and students' career planning. For this reason, it is recommended that BK teacher education provide counseling services related to increasing self-awareness and career planning, which is specifically for students who are in the medium and low categories to become high

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli Utara dalam proses pembelajaran tidak pernah menggunakan modul, proses pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru dan peserta didik kurang tertarik dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui kelayakan modul pembelajaran berbasis Problem Solving pada materi perubahan lingkungan kelas X SMA oleh para Ahli/Validator dan Guru bidang studi; mengetahui kepraktisan modul pembelajaran berbasis Problem Solving pada materi perubahan lingkungan kelas X SMA; mengetahui keefektifan modul pembelajaran berbasis Problem Solving pada materi perubahan lingkungan kelas X SMA dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model 4-D (Define¸ Design¸ Develop¸ Disseminate). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket validasi modul oleh ahli materi, bahasa dan desain; angket respon peserta didik dan tes hasil belajar. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan kualitatif. Hasiiperoleh 90% kriteria sangat layak, oleh guru bidang studi diperoleh 88% kriteria sangat layak, ahli bahasa diperoleh 88% kriteria sangat layak, ahli desain diperoleh 85% kriteria sangat layak. (2) kepraktisan modul berdasarkan uji coba perseorangan diperoleh 84% kriteria sangat praktis, uji kelompok kecil diperoleh 85% kriteria sangat praktis, uji coba lapangan di kelas X MIPA2 diperoleh 93% kriteria sangat praktis. (3) efektifitas modul di kelas X MIPA2 mencapai 85% kriteria sangat efektif. Kata Kunci : Modul ¸ Problem Solving, 4-D.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the different levels of motivation of the third semester PGSD students in the Elementary School Learning Strategy course. There are still students who pay less attention during group discussions, talking to friends, looking for other activities during learning and so on. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of PGSD Semester III students at Karimun University in the SD learning strategy course. This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of PGSD Semester III students at Karimun University in the SD learning strategy course. This type of research is correlational research. The population in this study were all third semester students of PGSD. The data collection technique used in this research is using observation and questionnaires (questionnaire). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of PGSD Semester III students at Karimun University in the SD learning strategy course. Because the correlation coefficient is 0.619 > r table 0.3202, the calculation uses product moment correlation analysis, and the significance price is 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the correlation calculation, it is obtained that r count is 0.619 which indicates there is a moderate relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of PGSD Semester III students at Karimun University in the SD learning strategy course.

Abstract

Some problems that can be formulated based on the disclosed background are: (1) Lack of media used in delivering material by classroom teachers. (2) The need for additional learning media. (3) In learning at this school the teacher is still focused on using handbooks, namely thematic books. (4) There are still many students who do not understand and respond during learning. (5) The TTS media has not yet been developed. This research is a research development or Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model development method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) which aims to develop learning tools. The population and sample were 39 students, then divided into three groups. In individual groups of 3 students, in small groups 9 students and limited groups of 27 students. This study uses the instrument that is interviews, observations and questionnaires. Then the research technique uses qualitative and quantitative data types. The results and discussion of the research to develop TTS media for fifth grade students at SDN 004 Meral, it can be concluded that: (1) In the results of the validation of the material expert's response to the feasibility of the content of the TTS media, that is, it is in accordance with the sub-components that get the average results. score 4.65. (2) The results of the validation of the media expert's response to the feasibility of the content of the TTS media are in accordance with the sub-components which get an average score of 4.3 in the very feasible category. (3) On the results of the validation of the homeroom teacher's responses for class V A, VB, VC SDN 004 Meral, it was stated that the TTS media to be developed had an average overall score of 4.01 which means it is feasible. (4) From the results of individual trials, small group trials and limited group trials by class V odd semesters at SDN 004 Meral, they have obtained appropriate criteria with an average score of 4.16. Abstract

The purpose of this studies is to explain the challenges faced by grade 10 students at SMK Yos Anugrah Batam. This studies applies a qualitative method using words, sentences and text to explain the research data. The data collection instrument used a closed questionaire. The results of the studies are explained using the choice criteria for vocabulary mastery by category; excellent, better and poor and for vocabulary development applying selection criteria; always, often and never. The results of this study indicate that participants face challenges in mastering English vocabulary, namely lack of understanding all the meanings of vocabulary in each topic studied, lack of understanding conversations because vocabulary less, lact of getting used to read English texts, no having enough time to study, lack of motivation to learn, do not have friends as friends to talk to and do not use English outside of school.

Abstract

The background of this research is the implementation of the merdeka curriculum in the learning process. This research was conducted with the aim of describing how the form of implementation of the merdeka curriculum in the learning process of grade 4 students at SDN X Batusangkar city. In this study the method used is a qualitative research method. The type of research used in this research is a case study. The informants in this study were fourth grade elementary school teachers using a purposive sampling technique. The key instrument of this research was the researchers themselves, and the researchers also used tools such as cameras and interview instruments. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model which consists of three stages, namely the data reduction stage, the data display stage and drawing conclusions. The data validity assurance technique uses a technical triangulation technique. The results obtained from the research conducted can be concluded that the form of independent curriculum implementation in the learning process is by giving freedom to students and in learning students make images according to their respective interests and also by doing ice breaking, reflection and making agreements with students in learning.
