Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze and describe the educational financing management model in Piladang Private Madrasah Ibtidiiyah. Qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The first data collection technique was interviewing 1 school principal, 1 vice principal, 1 finance staff, 1 administrative staff, 2 teachers, and 2 students; second run; and third observation. Data processing techniques with reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validation technique with technique and source triangulation. The results of the study show: (1) financing planning by planning the costs of admitting new students, educational development, and community contributions. (2) use of costs for infrastructure, salaries of teaching and educational staff, office stationery, and other madrasah operations. (3) financing supervision: firstly by the Foundation by checking the school's account, secondly by the school principal by checking proof of school financial expenses. (4) reporting and accountability by making madrasah financial reports which are reported to school principals and foundations every semester.

Abstract

The research objective was to identify and describe the role of the principal in improving the quality of Al-Wafi Qur'an Integrated Elementary School, Depok. Research using qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques with reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validation techniques with transferability and dependability. The results of the study show: (1) The principal as an educator by fostering and guiding teachers and education. (2) The principal as a manager by managing the school. (3) The school principal acts as an administrator by managing school files. (4) The school principal acts as a supervisor with class, performance, and extracurricular supervision. (5) The principal as a leader by socializing the vision, and mission and creating a school climate (7) The principal as an entrepreneur by instilling an entrepreneurial spirit and marketing the school's flagship program.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to get a theory about the behavior of the principal, the professionalism of the principal, and the professional behavior of the principal. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of literature study. Data collection techniques with documentation studies. Data processing with reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. While the data validity technique with source triangulation. The results show that: (1) The principal's behavior is an action taken based on legal stimuli at school. (2) The professionalism of the school principal is a leader who works according to the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of Indonesia Number 40 of 2021, (3) The professional behavior of the school principal, first is the act of regulating learning activities in schools. Second, the action of developing school entrepreneurship. Third, the act of assessing the performance of teachers and education personnel. Fourth, the act of guiding and fostering teachers. The impact of this research can be used as a literacy reference for all school principals in Indonesia in improving and developing the quality of work in schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the implementation of independent learning at Pangilen 3 Sampang Public Elementary School from the point of view of George E Edward III. The research was conducted qualitatively with a case study approach. Data collection techniques: interviews; observation and documentation. Data processing techniques: reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validation techniques: triangulation of sources, techniques, and confirmability. The results of the study show: (1) Communication Factors: (a) transformation, well conveyed. (b) clarity, and understanding of how to implement the policy. (3) consistency, the contents of the policy are not confusing. (2) Resource factors: (a) human: principal: decides the 2013 curriculum face to face. Teacher: independent curriculum learning training. Students: take part in face-to-face learning. Community: supports face-to-face learning. (b) Finance: School Operational Assistance. (c) Equipment: learning media. (d) Information: Minister of National Education and District Education Office. (e) Authorities: District Education Office – supervisor – the school principal – Teacher. (3) Disposition factors: schools accept and implement existing policies. (4) Bureaucratic Structure Factors: school principals - teachers - students.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and describe the picture of the quality of the Nur Masitha Sampang Playgroup in terms of the seven principles of ISO 9001:2015. Qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Data collection techniques: interviews with 1 principal, 2 teachers, 2 students, and 2 parents; observation and documentation. Data processing: reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Data validity with technique and source triangulation. The results of the research show: (1) leadership principles: democratic leadership. (2) the principle of customer focus: learning and playing, books, educational game tools, and parenting. (3) the principle of engagement of people: principals, teachers, and parents. (4) process approach principles: learning schedules, weekly and daily program implementation plans, SOPs for arrival and return of students. (5) the principle of improvement: innovation of indoor and outdoor learning processes. (6) principles of evidence-based decision making: improving learning through meetings at the end and beginning of the semester. (7) the principle of relation management: cooperation with the Sampang Himpaudi group and parents.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out how much influence promotions and positions have on employee performance at the Pasuruan Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Quantitative research method through a correlational approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques: descriptive test, validity and reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, t test, and F test. The research results stated that promotions, positions, and improvements in employee performance were in the good category, this was because employees experienced an increase in the responsibilities given to them after promotions in rank and position. There is a low influence due to the absence of a significant increase in the amount of work successfully completed by employees after a promotion in rank and position of 0.4%, there is a significant influence between promotion in position and an increase in employee performance of 69.6%, and there is an influence The significant difference between promotion and position is the increase in employee performance by 9.7%.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe the management of educational facilities and infrastructure to improve the quality of learning at Pamekasan 6 State Junior High School. The research method is qualitative through a case study approach. Data collection techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. Data processing techniques: reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Wetness engineering data: credibility and confirmability. The research results show: (1) planning: collecting analysis of facility and infrastructure needs. (2). Procurement: purchasing items that prioritize learning needs. (3) inventory: recording goods in the inventory book. (4) maintenance: cleaning classroom facilities and building maintenance. (5) removal: throwing away items that are unfit and do not meet the criteria.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe classroom management and its impact on student learning motivation. The research method is qualitative through a case study approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis techniques with reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data validity techniques using triangulation of sources and techniques. The research results show (1) classroom management: (a) planning: making semester plans, making motivational words, praying before learning, taking student attendance, and arranging seating. (b) organizing: forming a class structure and scheduling class cleaning pickets. (c) implementation: the learning process is going well. (d) controlling: asking and ensuring the learning process. (2) impact: students are happy, feel at home in class, don't joke around, and participate in learning well.

The aim of the research is to describe the management of new student admissions in increasing community enthusiasm in sending their children to early childhood education institutions. Research results: (1) planning: formation of committee, objects/targets and collecting registration forms. (2) organizing: the committee is the person in charge, chief executive and secretary. (3) implementation: fill out the form and submit the files. (4). Evaluation: reviewing student numbers and assessing program performance.

Collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data processing techniques using reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Data wetness technique with triangulation of sources and techniques. Research results: planning with infrastructure needs analysis through the school principal. Procurement by purchasing planned goods. Use by using the facilities and infrastructure that have been purchased. Maintenance with daily and periodic maintenance. Supervision by controlling every use of school infrastructure.
