Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation the Teaching Tahfizh Quran programme for kindergarten children using the Stufflebeam’s Context, Input, Process and Product (CIPP) Evaluation Model. This qualitative approach study applied an explanatory design analysis of CIPP model in evaluating the two Islamic kindergartens in Aceh, Indonesia. Those kindergartens were selected as they have an intensive Tahfizh Quran Programme for early age children. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation then the data were analysed, interpreted descriptively. A semi-structured interview form and an observation form were used as data collection tools. Data were deployed to two teachers, two principals; two parents. Hence, two groups were observed during the teaching and learning process of Tahfizh Quran Programme. Ten children of the group were selected as the samples using a saturated sampling technique. The thematic analysis was selected, the findings for the context revealed that the physical infrastructure of kindergarten education institutions should be improved. Regarding the input dimension, it was found that the tahfizh curriculum has been well prepared, family factor and the individual differences of the children have been collaborated. Regarding the process dimension, it has emerged that studies the least done were the implementation of qualified home practices, assessment studies and the addition or removal of learning centers as needed. In the product dimension, the kindergarten principals and teachers have committed to develop a good communication with parents and communities either institutionally or non-institutionally. The results of the research supported theories dealing with tahfizh learning programme both theoretically and practically. Practically, children cognitive intelligence has been the newly positive achievement of being a huffazh in early age, memorizing Quran in kindergarten also improved the children ability in memorizing other knowledge, results of this research have given benefits to the tahfizh teachers, especially in guiding students to memorize Quran in an effective way. It encouraged students’ awareness of memorizing Quran on Islamic Education development in kindergartens in Aceh province, Indonesia.

Abstract

Education is a need for every individual, which is obtained through the learning process. One of the lessons is mathematics, but learning mathematics is still hampered by several problems, one of which is the low student learning outcomes. To help students in learning mathematics, various kinds of media can be used, one of which is media that can help students in learning. This study aims to examine whether there are learning outcomes in mathematics using the media of jarimatika at MIN 9 Central Aceh. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is all students of class V MIN 9 Central Aceh for the 2021-2022 academic year. The sample consisted of 34 students, the sample in this study was determined using cluster random sampling. Research data collection was carried out by observation, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Based on research that has been conducted in class V MIN 9 Central Aceh, it shows that there is an influence from the use of multimedia media from the research results that 90.90% of students complete classically. The results of observing student activity yielded 77.5% in the good category. And the average score obtained from the distribution of student response questionnaires is 82 in the good category. From the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the media of media is effectively used in learning mathematics for class V students on multiplication material at MIN 9 Central Aceh

Abstract

Teachers are ‘actors’ who have many roles in education. Internal and external conditions are often not exposed by this profession. This study explores the issue of principles and the teaching profession as material for their reflection. Qualitatively, the researcher compiled the data from interviews with three selected informants to present their perspectives on the two issues mentioned. The data obtained were analyzed by being narrowed, displayed, and drawn conclusions. The findings show that educators have their teaching principles in motivating themselves and students. They are committed to carrying out their profession regardless of the educational dynamics.

Abstract

Soal HOTS merupakan soal tingkat tinggi yang dimanfaatkan oleh lembaga pendidikan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir siswa. Pada soal Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) mata pelajaran PAI kelas XII di SMA Negeri 1 Peukan Bada Aceh Besar telah diterapkan penggunaan soal HOTS, namun belum pernah dilakukan pengujian terkait soal HOTS tersebut apakah telah sesusai dengan standar karakteristik soal HOTS. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengklasifikasikan soal UAS dan kualifikasi soal-soal yang tergolong soal HOTS. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan evaluatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 45 butir soal UAS kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Peukan Bada. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan studi dokumen. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini telah divalidasi oleh 2 validator ahli pada bidang evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa klasifikasi soal UAS mata pelajaran PAI SMA Negeri 1 Peukan Bada terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu LOTS, MOTS, dan HOTS. Terdapat 21 soal berlevel LOTS (46,66%). 14 soal berlevel MOTS (31,11%). Level HOTS terdapat sebanyak 10 soal (22,22%). Kualifikasi soal HOTS pada soal ujian ini telah memenuhi standar kriteria soal HOTS, yaitu mengaitkan satu informasi dengan informasi lainnya, memiliki stimulus yang berfungsi, pokok soal memerlukan literasi stimulus, dan ketepatan dalam menganalisa kata kunci pada stimulus

Abstract

Jigsaw learning is cooperative type Jigsaw can change the learning atmosphere more effectively and causes students to become more active in seeking and digging various information about the material being explained. This research provides an overview to the reader of the steps for compiling classroom action research. The formulation of the problem in this research discusses How are students' activities in teaching and learning on the concept of Magnetism using the Jig Saw learning method? To what extent can students' cooperative skills be raised in teaching and learning activities that apply the Jig Saw method to the concept of Magnetism? The instrument used in this study was the PTK method from cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III. The research stages used are the planning stage (planning), the implementation stage (acting), the observation stage (observation), and the evaluation stage (reflection). The instruments used were questionnaires and learning observation sheets. Observed learning activities included dependence on listening to (paying attention to) teacher or friend explanations, reading material books/worksheets, working on worksheets, writing (noting) essential material, discussing with friends/teachers, asking friends/teachers and being a presenter. Observed student cooperation was responding to other people's opinions, taking initiatives (turns) and sharing tasks, giving others opportunities to speak, working with friends in groups and students' ability to convey information.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan agama bagi anak-anak dewasa ini semakin terabaikan. Kesibukan orang tua, sikap menganggap remeh pendidikan agama melahirkan anak-anak dengan pemahaman agama yang dangkal, ibadah dan akhlak keseharian yang jauh dari nilai-nilai Islami. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penafsiran Mahmud Yunus terkait Surah at-Tahrim/66:6. Mahmud Yunus yang dikenal sebagai salah seorang ulama dan akademisi telah melahirkan terobosan-terobosan baru dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonensia terutama terkait pendidikan agama Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitati kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua berkewajiban terhadap pendidikan agama anak-anak mereka. Meskipun anak-anak tersebut sudah mendapat materi pendidikan agama di sekolah atau lembaga lain, namun pendidikan agama yang di berikan orang tua di rumah tetap harus ada. Sehingga anak tumbuh menjadi anak yang shaleh, berakhlak mulia. The busyness of parents, the attitude of underestimating religious education give birth to children with a shallow understanding of religion, worship and daily morals that are far from Islamic values. This research was conducted to find out Mahmud Yunus' interpretation of Surah at-Tahrim/66:6. Mahmud Yunus who is known as one of the scholars and academics has given birth to new breakthroughs in the world of education in Indonesia, especially related to Islamic religious education. The research method used is qualitative research of literature review. The results show that parents are obliged to the religious education of their children. Abstract

Ta’lim sebagai salah satu konsep penting dalam pendidikan Islam memiliki makna pengajaran yang bersifat pemberian pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Al-Qur’an menempatkan ta’lim dalam posisi fundamental, sebagaimana tergambar dalam Surah Al-Mujadalah ayat 11 yang menekankan pentingnya ilmu serta adab dalam majelis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali makna ta’lim dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an dengan fokus pada ayat tersebut melalui kajian para mufassir dan pemikir pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan sumber primer berupa kitab tafsir dan sumber sekunder berupa artikel ilmiah relevan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan analisis isi untuk menemukan makna kebahasaan, historis, dan kontekstual dari konsep ta’lim. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ta’lim tidak hanya bermakna transmisi pengetahuan dari guru kepada murid, tetapi juga proses pembelajaran berkelanjutan sejak lahir yang melibatkan fungsi pendengaran, penglihatan, dan hati. Surah Al-Mujadalah ayat 11 menegaskan pentingnya kelapangan dalam majelis, baik secara fisik maupun spiritual, serta menempatkan ilmu sebagai faktor peninggi derajat manusia di sisi Allah. Penafsiran mufassir seperti Ibnu Katsir, HAMKA, dan M. Quraish Shihab menekankan bahwa kelapangan hati, penghormatan terhadap sesama, serta pengamalan ilmu merupakan inti dari konsep ta’lim. Dengan demikian, ta’lim dalam Al-Qur’an tidak sekadar transfer pengetahuan, melainkan sebuah proses pembentukan adab, pengembangan spiritual, dan peningkatan kualitas hidup berlandaskan nilai ilahiah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas konsep belajar dalam perspektif Islam dengan menelaah QS. Al-‘Alaq ayat 1–5 sebagai dasar penting pendidikan Islam. Islam menekankan kewajiban menuntut ilmu sepanjang hayat, sebagaimana ditegaskan dalam sabda Nabi Muhammad SAW dan pandangan ulama, termasuk Imam Syafi’i. Ayat pertama yang diturunkan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW menekankan urgensi membaca, menulis, dan belajar sebagai instrumen utama membangun peradaban. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan dengan merujuk pada literatur tafsir, khususnya Tafsir Al-Misbah karya M. Quraish Shihab, serta karya akademik lain terkait tafsir Al-Qur’an dan teori pendidikan profetik, dengan analisis isi untuk menelaah pesan-pesan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QS. Al-‘Alaq ayat 1–5 mengandung nilai-nilai fundamental pendidikan Islam, yakni aqidah (keyakinan kepada Allah sebagai Rabb dan sumber ilmu), syariah (dorongan membaca, meneliti, dan mengembangkan pengetahuan sebagai ibadah), serta akhlak (ikhlas, qana’ah, kesungguhan, dan optimisme dalam menuntut ilmu). Ayat ini menegaskan keterkaitan proses belajar dan mengajar sebagai perintah Allah sekaligus dasar etika profesi guru dalam Islam. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi nilai aqidah, syariah, dan akhlak dari QS. Al-‘Alaq ayat 1–5 penting dalam membangun paradigma pendidikan Islam yang holistik, sehingga pembelajaran tidak sekadar transfer pengetahuan, tetapi juga pembentukan karakter dan spiritualitas menuju insan kamil.

Abstract

Pendidik merupakan ‘aktor’ yang memiliki sejumlah peran di dunia pendidikan. Kondisi internal dan eksternal acap kali tak terekspos dari profesi ini. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi isu prinsip dan profesi pendidik sebagai bahan refleksi mereka. Secara kualitatif, peneliti menyusun data penelitian ini dari wawancara tiga informan terpilih untuk memaparkan perspektif mereka terkait dua isu yang disebutkan. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis dengan dikerucutkan, ditampilkan, dan ditarik simpulannya. Hasil temuan menampilkan bahwa para pendidik memiliki prinsip mengajar tersendiri dalam memotivasi dirinya dan peserta didik. Mereka berkomitmen dalam menjalankan profesinya terlepas dari dinamika pendidikan yang terjadi.

Abstract

Pada saat ini banyak orang tua tertarik menyekolahkan anaknya di sekolah swasta seperti SD IT Cendekia Takengon, karena banyak program keagamaan yang ditawarkan di sekolah ini, seperti menghafal Al-Qur’an. Sedangkan di sekolah negeri pada umumnya kurang menggiatkan program menghafal Al-Qur’an. Rumusan masalah: Bagaimana metode, kendala dan solusi mengatasi kendala dalam mencapai target hafalan Al-Qur’an peserta didik. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui metode, kendala serta solusi mengatasi kendala guru tahfidz dalam mencapai target hafalan Al-Qur’an peserta didik di SD IT Cendekia Takengon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data primer terdiri dari guru tahfidz koordinator kesiswaan sekolah di SD IT Cendekia Takengon. Teknik pengumpulan data: Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode yang digunakan guru tahfidz secara umum adalah metode Talaqqi, metode bin-nadhar, metode bil-ghaib, saba’, sabqi, dan metode tasmi’. Kendala: Alokasi waktu yang kurang, kemampuan menghafal peserta didik yang tidak sama, kurang bimbingan orang tua, fasilitas kurang memadai. Solusinya: Menambah waktu tahfidz diluar jam pembelajaran tahfidz, memberikan perhatian khusus, memberikan nasehat, memberikan motivasi, berkonsultasi dengan orang tua peserta didik, memberikan ruangan yang layak. Many parents are interested in sending their children to private schools, such as SD IT Cendekia Takengon, because this school offers many religious programs, such as memorizing the Qur'an. Meanwhile, in public schools, in general, there is less enthusiasm for the program of memorizing the Qur'an. Problem formulation: How methods, obstacles, and solutions overcome obstacles in achieving the target of memorizing the Qur'an of students. Objective: To find out the methods, obstacles, and solutions to overcome the difficulties of tahfidz teachers in achieving the target of memorizing the Qur'an of students at SD IT Cendekia Takengon. This research uses qualitative methods. The primary data source consists of tahfidz teachers who are school student coordinators at SD IT Cendekia Takengon. Data collection techniques: Observation, interviews, and documentation. This study concluded that the methods used by tahfidz teachers, in general, are the Talaqqi method, the bin-nadhar method, the bil-ghaib method, saba', sabqi, and the tasmi method. Constraints: Insufficient time allocation, unequal memorization ability of learners, lack of parental guidance, inadequate facilities. The solutions are increasing tahfidz time outside of tahfidz learning hours, paying particular attention, giving advice, providing motivation, collaborating with parents of learners, and providing a decent space.
