Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the BANGGA Papua policy in the Asmat district, Papua Province. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with the aim of presenting a complete picture of the problem under study. Data collection by interviews, observation, documentation studies and data analysis techniques through data reduction and drawing conclusions with a total of 42 informants. The results and discussion of the implementation of the BANGGA Papua policy (Building a Prosperous Papuan Generation and Family) in Asmat District, Papua Province, explain that the productivity of the BANGGA Papua policy, as seen from the number of achievements of the target group of beneficiary communities, has not been productive because the target beneficiaries have not been achieved due to the cessation of the BANGGA Papua program which has not been running for five years. Then from the linearity dimension seen from the procedure, time, cost, place and implementation it can be said that the implementation has been linear or in accordance with the procedure, cost, place and implementer, although in terms of the time aspect the implementation of the BANGGA Papua program has not been appropriate. The existence of delays and delays in several stages of the BANGGA Papua program implementation resulted in the achievement of program targets not being achieved. While the efficiency of the implementation of the BANGGA Papua policy, seen from assets, funds and technology, is in accordance with the design of the Governor of Papua Regulation Number 23 of 2018 concerning the Program to Build a Prosperous Papuan Generation and Family.

Abstract

Yogyakarta as one of the leading tourism cities in Indonesia continues to show a trend of new hotel growth in recent years. Even though the Covid-19 pandemic has destroyed the hospitality sector globally, including in Indonesia, it turns out that new hotels are still popping up in this city. This is an interesting phenomenon indicating investor interest in continuing to invest in the hotel sector is still high. On the other hand, the presence of these new hotels keeps the hotel business competition competitive. In this situation, an innovative strategy becomes a determining factor for the sustainability of new hotels in the hotel business competition. The formulation of innovative strategies cannot be separated from the capabilities of the leaders of these new hotels. therefore, this study aims to observe the performance of 80 new hotels in Yogyakarta. The performance of the new hotel will be assessed from the perspective of leader capabilities which include entrepreneurial resilience and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The findings of this study indicate that the leader's entrepreneurial resilience has a significant effect on the performance of the new hotels. Leader's entrepreneurial self-efficacy is also found to strengthen the effect of entrepreneurial resilience on new hotel performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) the description of visiting interest, city image and city branding at the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency, 2) the influence of city branding and city image together on visiting interest in Bantimurung attractions, Maros Regency, 3) the influence of city branding on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency, 4) the influence of city image on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency. The population in this study were all visitors to the Bantimurung tourist attraction who obtained a sample using a purposive random sampling technique, which was carried out first Calculation of the minimum number of samples using the Cochran formula in order to obtain a total sample of 96 people. The data collection technique used was a Likeart scale questionnaire in which the development of instruments for each variable was tested for content validity using the Gregory formula, construct validity testing using Comfirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and instrument reliability testing using the Alpha Conbach formula. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and multiple and partial regression statistics. The results of the study reveal that 1) the description of interest in visiting Bantimurung tourism objects is generally categorized as high, the description of city branding is generally categorized as low and the description of city image is generally categorized as good. 2) there is the influence of city branding and city image together on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency, the magnitude of the influence together is 66%. 3) there is a positive and significant influence of city branding on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency, and 4) there is a positive and significant influence of city branding on the interest in visiting the Bantimurung tourist attraction, Maros Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of locally-generated revenue, HDI and inflation on economic growth in the city of Semarang and also to test whether locally-generated revenue and HDI mediate the effect of inflation on economic growth in the city of Semarang. The data used in this research is secondary data. The variable of this research consists of inflation as the independent variable. economic growth as the dependent variable and locally-generated revenue, HDI as a mediating variable. The analytical method uses the path analysis method. The results of the analysis show that inflation has a negative effect on locally-generated revenue, HDI and economic growth. locally-generated revenue and HDI have a positive influence on economic growth. locally-generated revenue and HDI are mediating variables proven to be able to mediate the effect of inflation on economic growth in the city of Semarang.

Abstract

This look at ambitions to take a look at the effect of duty, organizational culture and management ethics on worker paintings motivation and on employee overall performance at Halu Oleo-Kendari University. This studies uses a correlation test approach this is useful for explaining whether there may be a relationship between variables. In In this study, the sample consisted of 30 workforce individuals at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. Respondents have been decided on using a random sampling technique. Correlation take a look at with a couple of regression evaluation method is used to check the speculation. Before us checking out the hypotheses, element evaluation and classical assumption assessments were accomplished to check the validity and reliability of the instrument and the fine of the information. The studies results show that organizational subculture and ethical management has a effective effect on the work motivation of the staff individuals of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences and their overall performance. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Store Atmosphere and Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as an intervening variable. This study uses quantitative data types, namely data measured on a numerical scale. The population is the number of Daily Fresh visitors for the period November 2021 to November 2022 of 51,460 people. The data collection technique uses nonprobability sampling and the number of samples is 100 respondents. In addition, the data analysis technique uses path analysis using SPSS. The results of the study concluded that Store Atmosphere had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, Word of Mouth had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, Store Atmosphere and Word of Mouth simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, purchase intention had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions , Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, buying interest has a positive and significant effect mediating Store Atmosphere on purchasing decisions, and buying interest has a positive and significant effect mediating Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions on Daily Fresh consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the principal managerial skills, internal and external factors that contribute, and their impact on improving the quality of education in state senior high schools in Palopo, Indonesia. This research is field research using the mixed method approach. Data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The mapping of school positions was analyzed using the IFE (Internal Factors Evaluation) matrix and EFE (External Factors Evaluation) matrix. The study results show that the principals implement managerial skills, namely conceptual, interpersonal, and technical skills, to improve education quality. The results of the analysis of the internal (Strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (Opportunities and Threats) evaluation show that the strengths possessed by each school can overcome its weaknesses and are very responsive in overcoming threats in improving the quality of education. The implementation of principal managerial skills has a positive impact on improving the quality of education.

Abstract

As Financial Planner, women have a challenging task, as managing family finances is akin to regulating the heartbeat of married life, making financial literacy and management essential skills to possess. This research examines the role of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in educating aid recipients regarding financial management, focusing on female PKH aid recipients who must actively seek livelihoods. This study adopts a qualitative approach with a case study methodology. The research findings highlight the vital role of PKH in enhancing beneficiaries' financial management literacy, aligning with Islamic economics principles. It is evident in all informants demonstrating financial management practices adhering to Islamic economic principles. It includes using money, budgeting, setting aside emergency/savings funds investments, and managing credit/debt. These findings serve as a crucial reference for PKH support. Recommendations for future research include exploring the differences in financial management between active and non-working PKH aid recipients.

Abstract

This research aims to understand how aspects of innovation orientation influence marketing communication strategies and ultimately contribute to the marketing performance of women entrepreneurs. The empirical analysis was conducted using a sample of 120 entrepreneurs in micro, small, and medium enterprises in the culinary sector. This study used an online survey for data collection. After passing reliability and validity tests, the data were analyzed with partial least squares structural equation modeling. The research results indicate that innovation orientation has a significant positive direct influence on marketing communication. Innovation orientation also has a significant direct positive influence on marketing performance. Furthermore, self-motivation has a significant positive direct influence on marketing performance. Finally, marketing communication also has a significant positive influence on marketing performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the model of character-based citizenship education management; the implementation of character-based citizenship education management; and the impact of the implementation of character-based citizenship education management in Junior High Schools. The research method used is qualitative. Data were collected through observation, interviews, student attitude journals, and documentation. Data were processed and analyzed using thematic analysis techniques, involving data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research indicate that 1) the citizenship education model based on 'problem-based learning' is in line with the 2013 Curriculum, with a focus on character education and comprehensive student evaluation. The study materials are oriented toward shaping the character of the students. The form of the syllabus, lesson plans, the implementation of teaching, and the assessment procedures all adhere to the 2013 Curriculum. The implementation of character-based citizenship education management encompasses: lesson planning, teaching execution, and assessment implementation. The implementation of character-based citizenship education management has a significant impact on changing students' attitudes, behavior, and learning achievement.
