Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Online Game Addiction and Learning Motivation on Student Learning Outcomes at SMK Negeri 5 Manado. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 56 students selected randomly. Data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods, simple correlation analysis, and multiple correlation analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is a significant effect between Online Game Addiction and Student Learning Outcomes, with a tcount value > ttable (12.752 > 2.004); (2) There is a significant effect between Learning Motivation and Student Learning Outcomes, with a tcount value > ttable (6.389 > 2.004); and (3) Simultaneously, Online Game Addiction and Learning Motivation have a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes of 74.53%, with a fcount value > ftable (29.395 > 3.171). This study concludes that learning technology and learning motivation have a role in improving student learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and learning discipline on student learning outcomes at SMKS Poopo. The tendency to learn less is due to time wasted with mobile phone playing activities and lack of encouragement from family at home and teachers at school to encourage students to learn. This study involved 32 students of grade XI at SMKS Poopo, Variable X1 Learning Motivation, Variable X2 Learning Discipline and Variable Y Learning Outcomes. Partially, the motivation variable influences student learning outcomes, namely based on the t test of 2.126 which is greater than t table with a probability of 0.037. Likewise, learning discipline influences student learning outcomes as seen from the t test of 2.253 which is greater than t table with a probability of 0.027. Although X1 and X2 do not significantly affect Y. shown from the results of the F test obtained Fcount = 2.898. with a probability / significance of 0.061> 0.05 so that Ho is accepted and Ha3 is rejected. Abstract

This study aims to determine how to determine the influence of parents' socio-economic status and economic literacy together on students' consumer behavior at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. The research method used is a survey method, which is sourced from data and information mainly obtained from respondents as research samples using questionnaires or questionnaires as data collection instruments. The population in this study were 96 students of class XI OTKP at SMK N 1 Bitung. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a level of 5% so that a sample of 77 students was obtained. The results of the study showed that the variable of parents' socio-economic status had a positive or significant influence on students' consumer behavior at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung, the variable of parents' socio-economic status, the variable of economic literacy together had a positive or significant influence on students' consumer behavior at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personality type and learning environment as a whole on students' learning interest in SMA Negeri 1 Motoling Barat. The research method used is the survey method, which is sourced from data and information obtained from respondents as research samples. The population in this study were all students of class XI at Sma Negeri 1 Motoling Barat totaling 50 students. The data collection technique used was random sampling with a level of 5% so that the sample obtained was 44 students. The results of the study showed that the personality type variable had a positive or significant influence on students' learning interest in SMA Negeri 1 Motoling, the learning environment variable had a positive or significant influence on students' learning interest in SMA Negeri 1 Motoling Barat, and the personality type variable, the learning environment variable together had a positive or significant influence on students' learning interest in SMA Negeri 1 Motoling Barat. Abstract

This study aims to determine, describe and analyze, related to the Business Ability of the Young Generation in Madidir District, Bitung City, with the research method, namely Qualitative Description, Number of Informants 5 People, and Data analysis techniques using Observation, interviews and Documentation. Based on the results and discussions above, it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial knowledge obtained by the Young Generation, namely knowledge about the business to be pioneered, knowledge about business management and organization, and knowledge about roles and responsibilities can form an entrepreneurial character in the Young Generation marked by the existence of attitudes and behavior in entrepreneurship. Although after obtaining entrepreneurial literacy, only a small part of the Young Generation has the behavior of an entrepreneur, namely deciding to become an entrepreneur, having real actions in running a business, and having a plan to develop a business. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher self-efficacy and teaching commitment on the learning outcomes of Office Administration students at SMK Negeri 1 Kotamobagu. Teacher self-efficacy is a teacher's belief in his/her ability to teach, while teaching commitment reflects the level of dedication and loyalty of teachers to their profession. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The research sample was class X Office Administration students selected through saturated sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the regression analysis showed that teacher self-efficacy and teacher teaching commitment had a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes, both partially and simultaneously. This finding confirms that the higher the teacher's self-efficacy and teaching commitment, the better the student learning outcomes. Therefore, it is recommended for schools to improve training and motivation programs for teachers in order to improve their self-efficacy and commitment to teaching. Abstract

This study aims to find out the difference in learning outcomes using the Project Based Learning Model and the Discovery Learning Model in improving the economic learning outcomes of grade XI students of Karitas Tomohon Catholic High School. The method used in this research is an experimental research method with a Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design research design. The sample in this study was 60 students consisting of class XI A as experimental class 1 using the Project Based Learning Model totaling 30 students and class XI C as experimental class 2 using the Discovery Learning Model totaling 30 students. The results of the study with hypothesis testing using the Independent Sample T-Test showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0,023 < 0,05. then as the basis for decision-making in the Independent Sample T-Test, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. As for the value of tcalculated > ttable of 2,337 > 2,001, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, there is a difference in learning outcomes using the Project Based Learning Model and the Discovery Learning Model in improving the economic learning outcomes of grade XI students of Karitas Tomohon Catholic High School. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of road infrastructure development on the economic welfare of the people of Watutumou II village, Kalawat sub-district, North Minahasa district. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To check the validity of the data, researchers use data triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the development of road infrastructure in Watutumou II Village has had a significant impact on the welfare of the farming community, especially in increasing income through smoother transportation access, reducing the cost of distributing agricultural products, and creating new business opportunities. In addition, infrastructure improvements also accelerate access to health services, and support improving the quality of education by facilitating access to schools, which in essence contributes to improving the quality of life, health, and education of the people in Watutumou II village. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of learning media and motivation together on the learning outcomes of students of SMP Kristen 4 Tikala Manado. The research method used is the survey method, which is sourced from data and information mainly obtained from respondents as research samples using questionnaires or surveys as data collection instruments. The population in this study were students in grades VII, VIII and IX of SMP Kristen 4 Tikala Manado totaling 67 students. The sampling technique used was random sampling with a level of 5% so that a sample of 40 students was obtained. The results of the study showed that the use of Learning Media and Motivation had a significant effect on Student Learning Outcomes at SMP Kristen 4 Tikala Manado. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media utilization and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of office management and business service class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to 75 office management and business service class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung. The results of the study obtained a multiple linear regression equation Ŷ = 5.011 + 0.546 X₁ + 0.405X₂. learning motivation has a significant effect on learning outcomes with a t-count value> t-table, namely (6.800> 1.993). Then the results of the F test prove that the use of social media and learning motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of office management and business service class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung with an F-count value greater than the F-table, namely (557.18> 3.12) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The conclusion is that the use of social media and learning motivation have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the learning outcomes of office management and business services students of class X at SMK Negeri 1 Bitung.
