Abstract

This study aims to analyze how to analyze the Implementation of the Project Based Learning learning model in SMA Negeri 1 Tondano in order to improve the quality of the learning process and student learning outcomes. This Project Based Learning learning model is a student-centered learning, focused on problems, meaningful learning units by combining concepts from a number of components, both Knowledge and disciplines. This study used a qualitative approach to overcome a research problem whose variables are not yet known and need to be explored in depth. Data collection using observation, interview, and Documentation techniques, then the data was analyzed. The results of the study found that the Implementation of the Project Based Learning learning model in SMA Negeri 1 Tondano significantly increased student learning creativity and Changes in student attitudes in learning. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how digital marketing is implemented in the woloan wooden house business. The focus of the study includes how the implementation of digital marketing, supporting and inhibiting factors, and its effectiveness compared to traditional marketing methods. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through direct interviews with woloan wooden house businessmen. The results of the study show that digital marketing has the potential to expand market reach, including outside the region and abroad, although its use is still limited to social media without complex strategies such as SEO or paid advertising. The main supporting factors are easy access to technology and entrepreneurs' awareness of the importance of digital marketing, while limited technological knowledge and tight competition are the main obstacles. Digital marketing has proven to be more effective in reaching a wide market than traditional marketing, but increasing understanding and digital skills is needed. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Product Quality and Price on the Income of palm sugar farmers in Tambelang Village, South Touluaan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach. The analysis results show that Product Quality (X1) has a significant partial effect on Farmers' Income (Y), with a significance value of 0.007 (<0.05). Price (X2) also has a significant effect on Farmers' Income, with a significance value of 0.013 (<0.05). In addition, the simultaneous test results indicate that both independent variables together influence Farmers' Income, with an F significance value of 0.001 (<0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that Product Quality and Price have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on Farmers' Income. This research is expected to serve as a reference for farmers in developing effective product quality to increase their income. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Farmers' Income

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the economic learning outcomes of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Kawangkoan. This research method uses the Experiment method with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, using a research sample of 71 students in class X where the XE class is an experimental class with a total of 36 students and the XD class is a control class with a total of 35 students with the sample technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The results of the study show that the Problem Based Learning learning model has an effect on the economic learning outcomes of class X students. This is shown by the results of the posttest of the t-test where the t-count > t-table is 3.89 > 1.67 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning learning model on students' economic learning outcomes. This value is strengthened by the mean posttest of the learning outcomes of the experimental class (80.42) higher than that of the control class (73.14), thus showing that the experimental class is better than the control class. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the School Environment on Learning Outcomes at SMK N 1 Lolayan, to determine the Role of Parents on Learning Outcomes at SMK N 1 Lolayan, and to determine the influence of the School Environment and the Role of Parents together on Learning Outcomes at SMK N 1 Lolayan. The research method used is the Survey research method, the main source of data and information is obtained from respondents as research samples using questionnaires or surveys as data collection instruments. The results of the study show that the School Environment variable (X_1) has a positive or significant influence on the Learning Outcome variable (Y) at SMK N 1 Lolayan, the Parental Role variable (X_2) has a positive or significant influence on the Learning Outcome variable (Y) at SMK N 1 Lolayan, and the School Environment variable (X_1), the Parental Role variable (X_2) together have a positive or significant influence on the Learning Outcome variable (Y) at SMK N 1 Lolayan. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pengajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPS pada kompetensi dasar memahami Aktivitas memenuhi kebutuhan manusia pada peserta didik kelas VII-A semester ganjil di UPT SMP Negeri 1 Nuha kecamatan Nuha Kabupaten Luwu Timur tahun pembelajaran 2023 dengan jumlah peserta didik 20 yang terdiri dari 13 peserta didik putri dan 7 putra. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). PTK ini dilakukan dengan 3 putaran yang meliputi 4 tahap yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik analisis data dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah diskriptif kualitatif dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tertinggi meningkat dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 yaitu dari 87 menjadi 93, nilai terendah dari 50 pada siklus 1 menjadi 67 pada siklus 2. Demikian juga rata-rata mengalami peningkatan yaitu 6,18 pada siklus 1 menjadi 75,18 pada siklus 2. Untuk prosentase belajar juga mengalami peningkatan dari 69% pada siklus 1 menjadi 75% pada siklus 2. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pengajaran berbasis Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar IPS pada kompetensi dasar memahami Aktivitas memenihi kebutuhan manusia, peserta didik kelas VII-A semester ganjil di UPT SMP Negeri 1 Nuha kecamatan Nuha Kabupaten Luwu timur tahun pembelajaran 2022/2023. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL). Sampel penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan di Kelas X IIS SMA Negeri 17 Halmahera Selatan tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas individu. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dibagi menjadi dua sesi, masing-masing sesi terdiri dari dua pertemuan dengan empat fase. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil tes pada Siklus 1 dan Siklus 2 dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X-IIS di SMA Negeri 17 Halmahera Selatan pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelangkaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perubahan hasil belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada aspek emosional terjadi peningkatan sebesar 7,99%, dan pada aspek psikomotorik terjadi peningkatan sebesar 14,51%. Pada aspek kognitif sebesar 12,30%. Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, hasil belajar ABSTRACT This research aims to identify changes in student learning outcomes using the problem-based learning (PBL) model. The sample for this research is classroom action research carried out in Class X IIS of SMA Negeri 17 South Halmahera in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research was conducted in individual classes. This classroom action research was divided into two sessions, each session consisting of two meetings with four phases. Data was collected using the observation method. Data analysis was carried out by comparing test results in Cycle 1 and Cycle 2 using descriptive techniques. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method can improve the learning outcomes of class X-IIS students at SMA Negeri 17 South Halmahera on the subject of scarcity economics. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are changes in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. In the emotional aspect there was an increase of 7.99%, and in the psychomotor aspect there was an increase of 14.51%. In the cognitive aspect it is 12.30%. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pentingnya pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan bagaimana meningkatkan hasil belajar kewirausahaan siswa pada jenjang studi pendidikan SMK. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana cara meningkatan hasil belajar kewirausahaan siswa dengan model pembelajaran berbasis project di SMK N 2 Seram Bagian Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), dengan menggunakan empat langkah yaitu: 1) perencanaan (plan), 2) tindakan (act) 3).pengamatan (observe), 4) refleksi (reflect). Empat tahapan tersebut dilakukan dengan dua siklus penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian selama dua siklus menunjukan, adanya peningkatan hasil belajar kewirausahaan dalam mebuat Merencanakan Produk Usahadan menyelesaikan soal yang diberikan kepada 20 siswa. Hasil analisis data selama siklus I dan II dapat disimpulkan: (1) siklus pertama jumlah siswa yang mempunyai kreatifitas berdasarkan observasi 70% yaitu sebanyak 14 siswa dan pada (2) siklus ke dua meningkat menjadi 90% yaitu sebanyak 18 siswa. Hasil belajar dari tes kewirausahaan siswa (1) siklus pertama jumlah siswa yang menjawab benar 70% yaitu sebanyak 14 siswa dan pada siklus ke dua (2) meningkat menjadi 95% yaitu sebanyak 19 siswa. Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar, model pembelajaran berbasis project,Kewirausahaan ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the importance of entrepreneurial learning and how to improve students' entrepreneurial learning outcomes at the vocational school education level. Based on this, the aim of this research is how to improve student entrepreneurship learning outcomes with a project-based learning model at SMK N 2 Seram Barat. The method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK), using four steps, namely: 1) planning (plan), 2) action (act) 3).observation (observe), 4) reflection (reflect). These four stages were carried out in two research cycles. Based on the results of research over two cycles, it shows that there is an increase in entrepreneurship learning outcomes in planning business products and solving questions given to 20 students. The results of data analysis during cycles I and II can be concluded: (1) in the first cycle the number of students who had creativity based on observations was 70%, namely 14 students and in (2) the second cycle increased to 90%, namely 18 students. Learning results from the student entrepreneurship test (1) in the first cycle, the number of students who answered correctly was 70%, namely 14 students and in the second cycle (2) it increased to 95%, namely 19 students. PEMBELAJARAN INOVATIF ABAD 21 UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA Charles Edwin Ginupit1, Meike Mamentu2, Maura Rawung3 PENDIDIKAN PROFESI GURU UNIVERSITAS NEGERI MANADO ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar peserta didik dapat memaksimalkan pemerolehan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan. Pengetahuan itu meliputi pedagogi, konten, dan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan professional (Mishra & Koehler, 2012) atau TPACK. Pedagogi mengacu pada interaksi antara guru dan siswa dalam pengajaran yang keefektifannya bergantung pada strategi guru dalam pengembangan pelajaran, kemampuan peserta didik dan ketersediaan sumber daya. Pedagogi yang efektif menciptakan kegiatan otentik yang akan mengeluarkan hasil terbaik dari setiap pelajar dan membantu mereka meningkatkan pengalaman belajar mereka. Pengetahuan konten mengacu pada pengetahuan dan informasi yangdiajarkan guru dan yang dipelajari siswa dalam subjek atau area konten tertentu (The Glossary of Education Reform, 2016). Hal ini sangat penting dikuasai agar transfer pengetahuan tidak melenceng dari teori. Pengetahuan teknologi adalah pemilihan aplikasi pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Oakley (2020) menyebutkan bahwa ketiga pengetahuan ini harus terus dikembangkan dan ditingkatkan guna mendukung keprofesionalitasan guru dalam mengajar agar sejalan dengan pergeseran pendekatan, metode, dan strategi yang ada Kondisi dimana belum maksimalnya kompetensi TPACK guru di SMP Kristen Nafiri Manado menjadi salah satu masalah nyata yang diperlukan penyelesaiannya guna meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas pembelajaran dan juga sumber daya manusia di era digital.Masih ada guru yang belum memiliki pembekalan pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai pemanfaatan aplikasi digital untuk pengajaran. Padahal, sebagaimana yang telah dijelaskan di atas, penerapan metode pembelajaran ini tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor peserta didik akan tetapi juga meningkatkan softskills yang dituntut dalam kurikulum dengan kaitan relevansi antara suatu program pembelajaran dengan sasaran capaian pembelajaran atau learning outcome. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan langkah konkrit untuk mengakomodasi permasalahan tersebut berupa penerapan penguatan TPACK melalui aplikasi GAFE atau Google Apps For Education bagi Guru dan Peserta didik. This knowledge includes pedagogy, content, and technology to enhance professional capabilities (Mishra & Koehler, 2012) or TPACK. Pedagogy refers to the interaction between teachers and students in teaching whose effectiveness depends on the teacher's strategy in developing learning, students' abilities and the availability of resources. Effective pedagogy creates authentic activities that will bring out the best in each learner and help them enhance their learning experience. Content knowledge refers to the knowledge and information that teachers teach and that students learn in a particular subject or content area (The Glossary of Education Reform, 2016). This is very important to master so that the transfer of knowledge does not deviate from theory. Technological knowledge is a choice of learning applications that can be used in learning. Oakley (2020) states that this third knowledge must continue to be developed and improved to support teacher professionalism in teaching so that it is in line with shifts in existing approaches, methods and strategies. The condition of teachers' TPACK competency not being optimal at Nafiri Christian Middle School, Manado, is a real problem that needs to be resolved in order to improve the quality and quantity of learning and human resources in the digital era. There are still teachers who do not have adequate knowledge regarding the use of digital applications for teaching. In fact, as explained above, the application of this learning method can not only improve students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities but also improve the soft skills required in the curriculum by linking the relevance of a learning program to learning achievement or achievement goals. learning outcomes. Therefore, concrete steps are needed to accommodate these problems in the form of a TPACK enforcement policy through the GAFE application or Google Apps For Education for Teachers and Students. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Ekonomi Maritim dan Agrikultur melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri Persiapan Kaptel pada semester Genap Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Adapun subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A yang berjumlah 15 siswa terdiri 8 perempuan dan 7 laki-laki. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 Siklus, Siklus I, dan Siklus II setiap siklus terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Adapun tahapan penelitian ini meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis setelah penelitian dilakukan diperoleh persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I saat pretest dilakukan yaitu sebesar 00,0% dengan nilai rata-ratanya 9,33, dan pada saat posttest persentase ketuntasan sebesar 80% dengan nilai rata-ratanya 67,33. Persentase ketuntasan pada siklus II saat pretest dilakukan yaitu sebesar 00,0% dengan nilai rata-ratanya sebesar 20,0. Saat posttest persentasi ketuntasan sebesar 86,67% dengan nilai rata-ratanya 71,67. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPS pada Materi mengenai ekonomi maritim dan agrikultur. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning - Hasil Belajar IPS.\ ABSTRACT The aim of the research is to improve student learning outcomes in Maritime Economics and Agriculture material through the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model. This research was carried out at Kaptel Preparatory Middle School in the Even Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The subjects of this research were 15 students in class VIII A, consisting of 8 girls and 7 boys. This research is classroom action research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles, Cycle I and Cycle II, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The stages of this research include planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Data collection techniques include observation and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive data analysis. Based on the results of the analysis after the research was carried out, the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle I when the pretest was carried out was 00.0% with an average value of 9.33, and during the posttest the percentage of completeness was 80% with an average value of 67.33 . The percentage of completion in cycle II when the pretest was carried out was 00.0% with an average value of 20.0. During the posttest the percentage of completion was 86.67% with an average score of 71.67. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve student learning outcomes in social studies learning on material regarding maritime economics and agriculture. The conclusion in this research is that the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve social studies learning outcomes.
