Abstract

This study aims to see and determine the factors of the Compensation System at PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division I North Sumatra. Theapproachused in this research is an associative approach . The number of samples in this study using the slovin formula was 60 employees. Data collection techniques in this study were using interviews (interviews), documentation studies, and questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis technique used is factor analysis technique. Processing data in this study using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 16 software program for windows. Through factor analysis obtained which determines the compensation system atPT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division I North Sumatra, namely: Factor1 follows the Education Level factor variable. Factor 2 follows the Work Experience factor variable. From the processing of factor analysis, it can be obtained that the most dominant factor determines the compensation system at PT. KeretaApi Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division I North Sumatra is the Education Level factor, where the higher the level of education, the higher the compensation received.

Abstract

Employees in carrying out their duties and functions are expected to provide the performance expected by the organization. The elements that affect performance include employee competence, communication and employee motivation in carrying out their duties and functions. This condition is also expected to give the same result to the Batam Utara Tax Office. To determine the effect of competence, communication, motivation on the performance of the employees of the Batam Utara Tax Office. The sample of the study amounted to 50 people, this study obtained the results Y = 7.582 + 0.036x1 + 0.414x2 + 0.293x3 +e. With an R2 value of 0.625 (62.5%). The competence variable has an insignificant positive effect on performance of 0.036, a significant level of 0.829 is greater than 0.05, the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the conclusion is the hypothesis is rejected. the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, the conclusion of the hypothesis is accepted. motivation has a significant effect on work performance of 0.293 significant level 0.033 smaller than 0.05 the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, the conclusion is the hypothesis is accepted. Competence, communication and motivation affect employee performance Simultaneous Test (F test) of 17.809 with a significant value of 0.000 where the value is smaller than 0.05. Hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the Patient santifaction at the Health Center Ranai – Natuna. This research uses the variables of products, service quality, and facilities to analyze the influence of patient santifaction. The population of this research are patient at the Health Center Ranai – Natuna. While the sample taken in this research were as many as 100 people drawn from the population. The collected data used questionnaire method is to provide a list of questions or questionnaires directly to respondents. The results showed that the R Squer value was 0.818 or 81.8% of this value. It can be seen that the product, service quality and facilities have an effect on patient satisfaction by 81.8% while the remaining 18.2% is influenced by other factors that are not examined. The results of the research based on the T test for the product had a significant value of 0.161, service quality was 0.308 and facilities were 0.489 and seen from the analysis of the coefficient of determination it was stated that the product, service quality, and facilities had an effect of 81.8% on patient satisfaction at the Health Center Ranai - Natuna.

Abstract

This research is based on the statement of the Governor of Riau Province who stated his plan to convert Bank Riau-Kepri into Bank Riau-Kepri Syariah in mid-2019, but until now the conversion has not been carried out. The purpose of this study was to find out how the public's perception of the conversion of Bank Riau-Kepri into Bank Riau-Kepri-Syariah. In this paper, the author uses qualitative analysis methods, namely analysis by means of descriptive qualitative and argumentative. The results of the study show that the wants and needs of the people of Riau and outside Riau for Islamic Banks are very high, this can be seen from the questionnaire that the author distributed to respondents. Public doubts arise about the seriousness of the Riau Provincial Government towards the conversion of Bank Riau-Kepri to the totality of Bank Riau-Kepri Syariah, as a community who is aware and understands sharia, the community continues to support not only haste, but stands at the forefront to fully support the achievement of a blessed society. with the establishment of sharia in the field of muamalah.

Abstract

Servant leadership is currently emerging as a modern leadership style that is expected to produce good performance for the organization. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine whether service leadership is able to affect employee performance, the results of the study found that servant leadership has a positive and significant coefficient on performance, it is shown through the results of the equation Y = 7.610 + 0.492 X, then the results of the hypothesis show that service leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. This means that leaders who are able to serve as servants for their members will be able to provide positive results on the performance of their members, and if leaders can become servants directly, they will create high loyalty for their members and reduce turnover rates for the organization.

Abstract

This research has attempted to explore the influence between leadership styles and motivation of the employee’s performance in services company in Batam. It is found that from the four hypotheses formulation, all hypotheses are accepted because the result shows a positive significant influence. Based on the data analysis, it is revealed that leadership style has a positive influence and significant effect towards employee’s performance. The research proved that the improvement on motivation is significantly influence the employee’s performance. The better a company applied the working discipline also give positive impact towards employee’s performance. Based on the results of the research and discussion, as noted earlier, it can be concluded about the effect of the leadership style, motivation and discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Batamindo Executive Village. Leadership style is the most positive and significant effect on the employee performance at PT. Batamindo Executive Village.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective the learning process in elementary schools using discovery learning models using learning with webbed and shared types on 3rd grade 4th theme to improve student learning outcomes. This research method uses a quasi-experimental method, where the sample data used are not selected at pure randomness, but are selected by random class. In this research apply The Matching – only Pretest-Postest Control Group Design. This research was conducted at one of SDN which is located in Kapur IX District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The results showed that the disco very learning learning model accompanied by the webbed and shared integration types was able to improve student learning outcomes, so that in practice the two types of integration did not experience significant differences, as evidenced by the results of the t-test which showed the two types of integration did not show any significant difference. significant difference when applied in the learning process in two different class groups.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the kinship system of the Toba Batak language is compared to the proto language. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using lexicostatistical and glottochronological techniques. This study explains and describes the kinship of the proto language with the Toba Batak language. The kinship of these two languages will be studied using comparative historical linguistic studies. The data in this study were 200 Swadesh vocabularies spoken by each informant. The result of this research is that the Proto language (PAN) and the Toba Batak language have a kinship level of 56.5%. Where in it there are pairs of identical words recorded as many as 33 pairs. or as much as 29% and then 30% of word pairs that have sound correspondence both phonemic and phonetically and have the same meaning from the total data that have word pairs and 46 word pairs or 41% of word pairs that have one different phoneme.
