In a business, marketing strategies are necessary to increase sales. Therefore, company management is needed in order to determine the marketing strategy that will be used in the future appropriately. Marketing strategies can be done through massive promotions on social media, applying tantalising discounts, working with public figures and influencers for a wider target audience, and through newsletters. (2) To find out how consumer psychology affects purchasing decisions (3) To find out how psychological marketing strategy affect purchasing decisions directly. (4) To find out how the influence of marketing psychology on purchase decisions are made using consumer psychology as an intermediary variable. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to customers and through the Google Forms model with Up to 112 people can respond. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was used to test measurement and structural models through IBM SPSS AMOS v.24. This research results suggest that all hypotheses are accepted which proves that all hypotheses make a significant impact with positive value on each other.

Abstract

Indonesia is an increasingly developing country of law and the advancement of human development should also be followed by the development of the rule of law. However, the reality is that the law has always lagged behind the progress of human development. Even the development of regulations in the field of health law in the country is still far from meeting expectations, especially regarding legal protection for medical workers (doctors and nurses) when they fight to save human lives, it still often happens that they become victims as a result of the profession they are engaged in. This research is a normative research that uses selkundelr data, namely library data and legislation.

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has stagnated during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are so many MSMEs experiencing a decline in sales and cannot develop and even almost go bankrupt. This condition makes MSME actors have to think about being able to survive for the continuity of their business. During the Covid-19 pandemic, many consumers reduced interactions outside the home by maintaining distance to break the chain of spread of the Covid-19 virus. MSME players can continue their business while still meeting consumer needs during the pandemic by shifting purchases online. The shift from offline purchases to online (digital) will make it easier for MSME players to expand marketing access. The role of digital technology has a significant influence on MSMEs. The emerging technological paradigm utilizes the potential of stronger and more sustainable MSMEs. Social media and E-commerce can be a forum for selling MSME actors. It is known that MSME players have not followed digital developments optimally, especially due to lack of knowledge about digital marketing. The purpose of the community empowerment program for MSMEs in Sengkotek Village is to provide digital marketing training assistance as an effort to develop and expand technology-based (digital) marketing networks. After carrying out this service, it is hoped that MSME actors in Sengkotek Village will continue to synergize for the sustainability of MSMEs and the economic development of the community.
