Abstract

This thesis investigates the impact of digital technology and work facilities on employee performance through the mediating role of job creativity at the Inspectorate of East Java Province. The study aims to examine the direct influence of digital technology and work facilities on job creativity and, subsequently, their combined effect on employee performance. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data will be collected from employees within the Inspectorate of East Java Province. The findings are expected to provide insights into the intricate relationships between digital technology, work facilities, job creativity, and employee performance, contributing valuable knowledge for organizations seeking to enhance their workforce productivity in the digital era.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of performance allowance effectiveness on employee productivity and performance, considering employee well-being as a mediating variable. Utilizing data processed through SMARTPLS 3.0, the study analyzes direct and indirect effects to evaluate the significance of the relationships. Results indicate that the effectiveness of performance allowances directly influences employee well-being, productivity, and performance. Additionally, employee well-being serves as a mediator, significantly affecting the relationship between performance allowance effectiveness and both productivity and performance. The findings contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics between performance incentives, employee well-being, and organizational outcomes.

Abstract

The company is a place where employees carry out company production. Every company has a goal, one of which is making a profit, and to achieve this company goal requires human resources who are able to develop and have high creativity. This research aims to examine the influence of ethical leadership and work motivation on innovative behavior. The research method used is quantitative research. Data collection in this study used an online which was given to all employees of PT.Sentralsari Primasentosa Tbk cabang Demak. The research was conducted on all company employees with a sample of 112 respondents. The sampling method in this research used non-probability sampling with census sampling techniques (saturated sampling). Data processing was assisted with SPSS (Statistical Products for Service Solutions) software. The results of this study indicate that ethical leadership and work motivation have no effect on innovative behavior.

Abstract

38 COFFEE LAB experienced a decrease in sales and received complaints on Google reviews and from customers. People complained about the servicescape of 38 COFFEE LAB that the parking was not adequate, had a small space and a lot of noise in the cafe. The management did not do promotions on social media frequently and on other platforms. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of servicescape (X1) and promotion (X2) on customer revisit intention (Y) with customer satisfaction (Z) as the intervening variable at 38 COFFEE LAB. This research uses a quantitative method. Data is collected by distributing the questionnaires using Google Forms. The population in this research are all customers of 38 COFFEE LAB, with a total sample of 100 people with a non-probability sampling technique which is convenience sampling. The results, all data has passed the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. The result from the hypothesis test showed that store servicescape and promotion influence customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction influences customer revisit intention. However, servicescape and promotion do not significantly influence customers to revisit intention. In addition, customer satisfaction intervenes between servicescape and customer revisit intention and between promotion and customer revisit intention.

Abstract

This research analyzes the effectiveness of using the Parkir-Go application from the perspective of market parking attendants as an effort to increase Original Local Government Revenue in Ponorogo Regency, East Java. Parkir-Go is an application used to support the implementation of electronic parking in Ponorogo Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using data collection techniques consisting of time series data on the realization of Ponorogo Regency market parking levies from 2018-2023 and documentation. To assess the effectiveness of electronic parking with the Parkir-Go application using indicators of accuracy of program targets and achievement of program objectives. The research results show that the use of the Parkir-Go application is less effective in increasing the Original Regional Income of Ponorogo Regency.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the online marketing strategies for fashion products to customers of Matahari.com in Medan.  The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach and data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The research findings indicate that online marketing methods utilize electronic media and internet network access. Currently, online product marketing predominantly employs smartphones, as many consumers prefer the convenience of shopping from home rather than braving the heat outside. To effectively market fashion products on Matahari.com, a strategy must consider the four Ps: product, place, distribution, and price.

Abstract

The development of financial technology in the banking sector, has produced many new innovations related to digital financial transactions that have been permitted to operate. One type of fintech that is currently developing rapidly is e-wallet or digital wallet. This research aims to see a comparison of the level of satisfaction of digital financial application users on the DANA and BRIMO applications. The method used by researchers is survey research to describe the satisfaction of DANA and BRIMO users, as well as comparing satisfaction between the two. Research findings show that the level of achievement of respondents among DANA users is in the Simple Disconfirmation category at 75%, as well as for BRIMO users in the Simple Disconfirmation category at 79%. The Simple Disconfirmation category is a condition where the user does not feel excessively satisfied or disappointed with an object. Furthermore, hypothesis testing shows that there are differences in user satisfaction between BRIMO and DANA.

Abstract

Parking is a basic need for society related to mobility, and parking fees play an important role in increasing regional income. One way for Regional Governments to improve economic status through local original income is to continue to innovate. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, focusing on the digitization of public roadside parking on Jalan Hos Cokrominoto, Ponorogo Regency. Secondary Data and Primary Data are used to analyze the implementation of the electronic parking system carried out by the Ponorogo Regency Government to increase efficiency and regional income. Despite facing challenges, the successful implementation of this policy is supported by clear regulations. It is hoped that the research results can provide new insights for related parties in efforts to increase local revenue through parking policy innovation.

Abstract

Thie main focus of this study is to find the impact of the influence of strategic leadership and servant leadership on competitive advantage mediated by strategic planning. Data were collected using the Google formular, and data processing software called SmartPLS was used. The results of this study are positive and significant, the variables of that strategic leadership has a significant effect on competitive advantage, meanwhile several variables that have no effect include strategic leadership has no effect on strategic planning, servant leadership has no effect on competitive advantage, strategic planning as a mediating variable has no significant effect on competitive advantage, strategic planning has no effect significantly to competitive advantage, servant leadership does not significantly influence strategic planning, strategic planning as a mediating variable does not significantly influence competitive advantage. Results of the mediation analysis reveal that strategic planning plays a role in the correlation between strategic leadership and servant leadership and has an impact on competitive advantage This research is expected to help manufacturing companies and employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine differences in asset management variables consisting of asset management effectiveness, asset grouping effectiveness, and asset use effectiveness in the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative before and after implementing digitalization of asset management through the Information and Asset System (SiASET) in the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative. This type of quantitative research originates from qualitative data which is converted into numbers or scored. This research explains the relationship between differences between variables. This research used a sample of 10 respondents from members of the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative through an interview system. Through the Paired Sample T-Test Dependent Test stage using Excel software as a supporting tool in data analysis. The results of the research show that there are differences between asset management variables consisting of asset management effectiveness, asset grouping effectiveness, and effective use of assets of the Candirejo Tourism Village Cooperative, before and after implementing digitalization of asset management through the Information and Asset System (SiASET) in the Tourism Village Cooperative Candirejo.
