Self-diagnosis of mental health disorders, particularly Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), has become an increasingly prominent phenomenon among Generation Z, especially through social media platforms such as TikTok. This study aims to examine the influence of information quality and message relevance on the self-diagnosis behavior of followers of the TikTok account @sakti_mikaeel, using the Uses and Gratifications theory as a theoretical framework. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey method, analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 software. The study involved 400 respondents, all of whom were followers of the account, with the majority aged between 17 and 25 years and predominantly students. The results indicate that information quality and message relevance simultaneously have a significant influence on self-diagnosis behavior, with a moderate effect size of 58.1%, while the remaining 41.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The accuracy dimension of information quality and the benefit dimension of message relevance emerged as dominant contributors to increased self-reflection and personal identification among respondents. These findings highlight that social media is not merely an information source, but also a dynamic psychological space that facilitates perception, introspection, and personal conclusions regarding mental health. This research expands the application of the Uses and Gratifications theory within the context of digital mental health and offers practical implications for the ethical, educational, and responsible management of mental health content on social media platforms.

This study aims to understand how criminal law policies are applied to minors who become perpetrators of bullying in the jurisdiction of the Central Kalimantan Regional Police. Using an empirical legal approach, this study examines the application of Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System (UU SPPA), particularly in the context of restorative justice. The research was conducted through literature review, interviews with police officers, and a review of juvenile case decision documents. The results indicate that juveniles as perpetrators of bullying cannot be treated the same as adults, because psychologically and socially, children are still in the development process. Therefore, resolving cases through diversion or mediation is a more appropriate option to create a sense of justice for all parties. In many cases, the police act not only as law enforcers but also as facilitators in the mediation process between the juvenile perpetrator and the victim, involving parents, schools, and counselors from the Child Protection Agency (BAPAS). However, the restorative approach cannot be applied arbitrarily because there are formal and material requirements that must be met. In addition, challenges faced by the police include a lack of evidence, victims' reluctance to speak out, and delays in reporting. To address these challenges, synergy between schools, families, and the community is needed so that the resolution process doesn't stop at mediation but also results in sustainable behavioral changes in children. This study recommends strengthening training for police officers, providing prevention education in schools, and optimizing the role of families in developing children's character to prevent future bullying.

This study explores the motives and meanings of female gamers in the women-only Valorant community, focusing on their experiences within the online gaming community. This phenomenon is relevant given the increasing participation of women in the male-dominated first-person shooter (FPS) game industry. Using Alfred Schutz's qualitative phenomenological approach and the Social Construction of Technology (SCoT) theory, this study aims to understand how female gamers' subjective experiences are shaped by social interactions and technological constructions within the community. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with purposively selected community members and then analyzed using thematic techniques. The results show that gaming motives encompass environmental influences and technological exploration, evolving into a need for entertainment, safe spaces, supportive social interactions, and self-actualization. Meanwhile, the meaning of the women-only community expands from its practical function as a place to play together to become a symbol of female empowerment and solidarity in a masculine digital space. These findings suggest that female gamer involvement is not only driven by recreational aspects but also related to identity formation, gender solidarity, and resistance to stereotypes. This research contributes to the study of the role of gender-based communities in creating an inclusive and equitable gaming ecosystem.

The distribution of conditional cash transfer plays a crucial role in increasing financial inclusion. When households receive cash transfer, they can expand their use of financial services, such as savings, credit, and other financial services. The mechanism for distributing conditional cash transfer is a concern, given that recipients are low-income individuals who are excluded from the formal financial system. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the relationship between conditional cash transfer from the Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), distributed non-cash through the Family Welfare Card, and financial inclusion, measured by three levels of banking system utilization: no financial inclusion, low financial inclusion, and high financial inclusion, based on savings account ownership and access to credit. The study considers individual economic characteristics, individual characteristics, and regional characteristics. This study analyzes cross-sectional data from The Statistics Indonesia in 2016 and 2022 using marginal effects from probit regression. The results show that households receiving PKH cash transfer through the Family Welfare Card tend to have access to financial inclusion, both in the form of savings account ownership and access to credit. This indicates that the cashless distribution of PKH through the Prosperous Family Card has positive implications and acts as an effective catalyst in increasing the financial inclusion of household heads. The driving factor, namely, poor and educated households, indicates a higher probability of accessing financial inclusion.

Computational Thinking (CT) is a critical skill that must be mastered in the 21st century to understand and participate effectively in a computer-driven world. Recently, the integration of STEAM-based learning and the use of educational media applications have emerged as strategic approaches to foster CT development. To evaluate the extent to which CT is successfully cultivated through STEAM learning processes, a valid and reliable test instrument is required. This study aims to develop a CT test instrument based on the ClassPoint application within a STEAM project framework. The research employs a development methodology using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects were university students enrolled in a Discrete Mathematics course. The test instrument was reviewed by subject matter experts and media experts. Content validity was assessed using Aiken’s V index, while item validity, reliability, and difficulty level were analyzed using the Rasch model with the Winsteps software. The results indicate that the instrument possesses high content validity, strong reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.89), and a well-distributed range of item difficulty levels. Therefore, the developed instrument is deemed suitable for effectively and efficiently measuring students’ Computational Thinking abilities in the context of STEAM-based learning supported by interactive technology.
