This study aims to determine the influence of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) based learning in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) on the creativity and independence of MTs Negeri Dairi students. The type of research used was quasi-experimental with a pretest–posttest control group design involving 54 grade VIII students who were divided evenly into experimental and control classes. The experimental class uses the PjBL learning model, while the control class uses the conventional method. Creativity and independence were measured by a reliable questionnaire (α = 0.719; α = 0.717). The hypothesis test in this study is the MANOVA analysis, and the t-test. The results showed that PjBL-based learning had a significant effect (F = 126.22, p < 0.05, η² = 0.832). Individually, creativity (η² = 0.485) and independence (η² = 0.781) increased strongly. This study concludes that the use of the PjBL learning model has a significant influence on students' creativity and self-esteem in Islamic religious education learning.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Convenience 4.0 and Digital Experience Quality on Continuance Usage Beyond Basic Features among users of the Livin' by Mandiri mobile banking application, with Affective Trust as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Data were obtained from Livin' user respondents who have used basic features and have accessed features beyond basic. The results show that Perceived Convenience 4.0 and Digital Experience Quality have a significant positive effect on Affective Trust and continued use of advanced features. In addition, Affective Trust is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between convenience and digital experience on continuance usage, so emotional trust plays an important role in encouraging exploration of more complex features. These findings confirm that digital convenience and experience quality are key factors in building users' emotional relationships with the application, which ultimately increases the use of features beyond basic. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of mobile banking user behavior models as well as practical implications for optimizing experience- and trust-based digital banking strategies.

This article examines the implementation of debt to equity swap as a strategic legal mechanism for companies facing the threat of bankruptcy within the Indonesian legal system. The study departs from the phenomenon of corporate over-leverage and the increasing use of Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) as a forum for debt restructuring, and focuses on how the conversion of debt into shares can operate as an alternative corporate rescue tool rather than a purely financial technique. Using a normative legal research method with a statute, case, and conceptual approach, the research analyzes the legal framework governing debt to equity swap, including bankruptcy law, company law, and capital market regulation, and is conceptually grounded in Lawrence M. Friedman's legal system theory, encompassing legal structure, substance, and culture. The discussion is supported by case studies of PT Garuda Indonesia, PT Darma Henwa Tbk, and PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk to assess the practical application, procedural requirements, and consequences of debt to equity swap. The findings indicate that, under appropriate conditions, debt to equity swaps can mitigate bankruptcy risk, restore financial health, recalibrate the relationship between companies and creditors, and strengthen ongoing concerns while still requiring careful attention to shareholder protection and regulatory compliance.

This research aims to develop and test the effectiveness of STEM-based E-LKPD on Commendable Morals material for grade XI students of MAN Dairi. The research uses the ADDIE development model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects consisted of two classes: class XI Science 2 as an experimental class and class XI Science 3 as a control class. Data was collected through tests and questionnaires, then analyzed using validity, reliability, and Independent-Samples T-Test tests with the help of SPSS 26. The results showed that STEM-based E-LKPD obtained an average validity value of 94.9% with the "very feasible" category and practicality of 94% with the "very good" category. The effectiveness test showed an increase in pretest and posttest scores, namely in the medium category, in addition there was a significant difference between the experimental and control classes with a value of Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.010 < 0.05. The results of the effect size test also showed that 10.8% had an effect on the effectiveness of the use of E-LKPD in learning. This proves that the use of STEM-based E-LKPD is effective in improving student learning outcomes. Advanced research can integrate other 21st-century capability indicators such as creativity, collaboration, and communication to strengthen students' holistic competencies.

This study examines the integrated influence of User Experience (UX), Digital Security, and Trust on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty within the BYOND BSI mobile banking application, a digital upgrade from the previous Mobile BSI system. Using a quantitative approach and SEM-PLS analysis on 400 respondents, the findings reveal that UX and Digital Security significantly enhance Trust and Satisfaction, which then strongly drive Customer Loyalty. Although BYOND BSI demonstrates adequate performance in usability and security, the results highlight several critical issues users still encounter, including application efficiency, authentication delays, accessibility challenges, and inconsistent customer support responsiveness. Trust also emerges as an essential psychological mediator linking users’ digital experiences with their loyalty intentions. The model fit results confirm strong predictive accuracy, indicating that the integrated model effectively explains loyalty formation in digital banking. Overall, this study provides empirical evidence that continuous improvements in performance stability, adaptive security, reliability, and service support are required to strengthen long-term customer commitment in the era of digital banking transformation.

In today's competitive talent landscape, organizations must transcend transactional HR practices to build a sustainable advantage. This article presents a comprehensive framework for optimizing the entire employee lifecycle—a holistic journey from initial attraction through post-employment alumni engagement. We deconstruct each critical stage—Attraction, Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Retention, Separation, and Alumni Relations—to demonstrate how integrated, strategic management transforms potential failure points into moments of reinforcement. By aligning the employer brand promise with lived experience, honoring the psychological contract, and leveraging data-driven insights, companies can cultivate a highly engaged, productive, and loyal workforce. The result is a powerful virtuous cycle: a superior employee experience drives retention and innovation, which in turn fuels business performance and strengthens the employer brand, creating a resilient foundation for long-term organizational success.

The shift to a hybrid workforce has moved from a temporary experiment to a permanent strategic model, demanding a fundamental rethinking of leadership, culture, and operations. This handbook synthesizes contemporary research and best practices to provide a comprehensive framework for managing a distributed team effectively. It addresses the central challenges of proximity bias, communication fragmentation, and eroding trust, offering actionable strategies to cultivate an equitable, high-performing, and cohesive work environment. Key pillars include establishing intentional communication protocols, leveraging an asynchronous work core, redesigning performance management around outcomes, and reimagining the physical office as a purposeful hub for connection. By embracing these principles, leaders can transform the inherent complexities of hybrid work into a sustainable competitive advantage, building resilient organizations centered on flexibility, inclusivity, and human-centric leadership.

The traditional model of talent acquisition, which privileges four-year degrees as a primary hiring proxy, is increasingly misaligned with the demands of the modern economy. This analysis argues for a fundamental paradigm shift toward skills-based hiring, where verified competencies take precedence over formal credentials. The article reviews the drivers of this change—including technological disruption, the skills gap, and the imperative for equity—and presents evidence that skills-based assessments lead to a larger, more diverse talent pool, superior job performance, and higher retention. Crucially, it identifies a significant "knowing-doing gap" in implementation, where cultural inertia and a lack of evaluative training hinder adoption. The conclusion provides a practical framework for organizations to bridge this gap, advocating for a systemic change in job design, assessment, and mindset to build more agile, innovative, and equitable workforces for the future.

The implementation of public policies often encounters many challenges due to a lack of coordination between sectors, a lack of technological access, and a limited policy learning process. This study used the Integrative Literature Review (ILR) approach. The aim of this study is to create a conceptual model of policy implementation by combining theoretical and empirical results from five reputable international journal articles discussing cross-sector public policies. This study was conducted in four systematic stages: (1) content analysis; (2) thematic mapping; (3) creating a conceptual model; and (4) contextual analysis of education policy issues related to deep learning in Indonesia. This study has novelty in integrative literature synthesis, resulting in the K4F (Key Four Factors Framework) model by comparing four main aspects, including leadership, collaboration, adaptive justice, and sustainable learning through framing elements as a binding element of values and policy direction. The K4F model showed that the success of a policy depends on the dynamic relationship between transformational leadership, collaboration, the social justice principle, and a sustainable policy learning system. This model not only broadens theoretical discourse regarding the understanding of adaptive governance and policy learning in education but also provides a practical contribution as a tool to assess the readiness and effectiveness of the implementation of policy in Indonesia related to learning using deep learning and artificial intelligence (AI) approaches.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how policing transformation in Indonesia can be carried out to address token-based money laundering, as well as to provide policy recommendations that can improve the effectiveness of law enforcement in the context of the development of crypto technology. Adopting a post-positivism paradigm and a qualitative approach to explore policing transformation in handling token-based money laundering in Indonesia. The data collected will be analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques, including coding and thematic analysis, to find relevant main patterns and themes. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges in law enforcement against crypto-based money laundering in Indonesia include a lack of insight into blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, inadequate policies, and difficulties in tracking transactions due to the decentralized nature and anonymity of digital assets. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to increase the technological capacity of law enforcement officers, develop special trained units, and implement stricter regulations. In addition, community empowerment through education and training for police officers is very important to improve competence in detecting suspicious transactions. With these strategic steps, it is hoped that cyber security can be more assured and the digital asset ecosystem in Indonesia will become more transparent and responsible.
