Divorce often leaves wounds or deep trauma that affects the emotional development and social relationships of children into adulthood. These wounds can cause heartache or resentment which can affect the psychology of the victim of divorce. This research aims to investigate the impact of forgiveness from parental divorce on early adults. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach through in-depth interviews with four female respondents aged 20–24 who experienced parental divorce in childhood. The results of the study found that the causes of divorce were domestic violence, infidelity, and poor communication. The psychological impacts included trauma, lack of self-confidence, loss of a father figure, verbal and physical violence, difficulties in establishing social and romantic relationships, and economic difficulties. Two respondents experienced verbal violence because their faces resembled their father's, with different perpetrators of violence being their mother and grandmother. This study also found that respondents were able to achieve forgiveness through four main phases: the uncovering phase, the decision phase, the work phase, and the deepening phase. One respondent experienced the uncovering phase twice due to divorce and the death of her father. Two of the respondents achieved forgiveness due to religious influence, while others did so through consultation with psychologists and psychiatrists, as well as support from friends, and the families of both their father and mother.

This study aims to analyze the role of the National Unity and Political Agency ( Kesbangpol ) and the Forum for Religious Harmony (FKUB) in maintaining interreligious harmony in Palopo City. Indonesia, as a multicultural country, demonstrates a relatively high level of religious harmony; however, challenges remain, particularly in the aspect of tolerance. This research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The findings indicate that Kesbangpol , together with FKUB, plays strategic roles as a facilitator, educator, and promoter by involving various actors such as community organizations, religious leaders, traditional leaders, and academics. Program implementation is carried out through interfaith dialogue, joint social activities, and community empowerment based on religious groups. In addition, the institutional strategies applied include strengthening community relations, community empowerment, and community services. The findings in Palopo City reveal a high level of tolerance, equality, and cooperation among religious communities, as reflected in the harmonious social life of the society. Therefore, the roles of Kesbangpol and FKUB are proven to be effective in maintaining stability and interreligious harmony through collaborative and participatory approaches

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of Human Capital and Social Capital on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Medan City, with Financial Access serving as a moderating variable. The independent variables in this study are Human Capital and Social Capital, while the dependent variable is MSME performance. The research uses primary data collected from 100 respondents. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with the Smart PLS 4 software. The result show that Human Capital has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Medan City. Social Capital has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Financial Access has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance in Medan. However, Financial Access does not function as a moderating variable in the relationship between Human Capital and MSME performance, nor in the relationship between Social Capital and MSME performance.

The rapid growth of digital commerce has intensified competition among e-commerce platforms, making repurchase intention an essential indicator of long-term customer retention. Although E-Service Quality (ESQ) has been widely recognized as a major determinant of online consumer behavior, prior research remains fragmented regarding the mechanisms through which ESQ influences repurchase intention, particularly through trust and customer satisfaction. This study addresses that gap by systematically synthesizing prior empirical evidence on the relationships among these constructs in e-commerce settings. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) follows the PRISMA framework to ensure methodological rigor and transparency. The search process identified 3,122 articles, of which 53 studies met the inclusion criteria and were retained for the final synthesis. The findings indicate that E-Service Quality consistently leads to repurchase intention, though this effect generally operates indirectly through trust and customer satisfaction as mediating mechanisms. Prior studies further suggest a sequential process in which higher E-Service Quality strengthens consumer trust, increases satisfaction, and ultimately encourages repeat purchasing behavior. This review consolidates previously scattered findings to offer a more integrated conceptual framework of the ESQ–repurchase intention relationship. It identifies important directions for future research in digital consumer behavior studies.

This study aims to analyze the forms of criminal liability for the misuse of deepfake technology in cyber fraud crimes in Indonesia. The widespread use of deepfakes in the context of fraud raises legal issues because it touches on aspects of information authenticity, identity, and victim protection. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory, conceptual, and case-based approach. The results show that the misuse of deepfakes can be qualified as a criminal act of fraud under Article 378 of the Criminal Code, and can be prosecuted under the provisions of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and its amendments. Criminal liability of the perpetrator is based on intent, the use of digital media as a means, and the occurrence of harm to the victim. In conclusion, existing regulations still have legal gaps specifically regarding deepfakes , so normative reforms are needed to strengthen legal certainty and protect the public.

This study examines the effect of external debt service on access to primary education in Kenya using annual data from 1970 to 2023. The analysis applies the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model to estimate both the short-run and long-run relationships between primary school enrollment, external debt service, external debt stock, government expenditure on education, and economic growth. The findings reveal a stable long-run relationship among the variables. External debt service has a negative and statistically significant effect on primary school enrollment, suggesting that rising debt repayment obligations reduce fiscal space for education. In contrast, external debt stock shows a positive relationship with enrollment, indicating that external borrowing can support education access when allocated productively. Government expenditure on education has a positive but insignificant effect, while economic growth is negatively associated with enrollment. The results suggest that sustainable debt management and more efficient public spending are essential for protecting education access and long-term human capital development in Kenya.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Government’s Free Nutritious Food Program (MBG) on changes in learning concentration and nutritional status among students at SDN No. 075062 Doli-Doli, Mandrehe District, West Nias Regency. This research used a quantitative, quasi-experimental design with a pretest and posttest (no control group). The population consisted of 168 students, with a sample of 128 students selected using the Slovin formula and purposive sampling. Learning concentration was measured using a structured test, while nutritional status was assessed using Body Mass Index (BMI) based on anthropometric measurements. Data were analyzed using univariate methods and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test due to non-normal distributions. The results showed a significant increase in learning concentration (from pretest 30.19 to posttest 34.91; p < 0.001) and nutritional status (from pretest 15.33 to posttest 16.17; p < 0.001). These findings indicate that the MBG program significantly improves students' cognitive performance and nutritional status. The study concludes that school-based nutrition interventions are effective in supporting both health and educational outcomes, particularly in disadvantaged areas.

This study examines judicial reasoning in the decision of the Tamiang Layang District Court Number 98/PID.B/2025/PN Tml concerning the criminal offense of property damage. The focus centers on two issues: first, whether judicial considerations comply with Article 406(1) of the old Penal Code and Article 521 of the new Penal Code (Law No. 1 of 2023); and second, whether the sentence reflects the principle of ultimum remedy as well as restorative justice. Adopting a normative juridical approach, the research reveals that while the elements of the offense were completely satisfied, there are weaknesses in the court's treatment of the statute of limitations and proportionality. Under the new Penal Code, Article 521 broadens criminal sanctions while opening wider space for restorative resolution. The conditional sentence imposed reflects a moderate application of ultimum remedy and restorative values, although the more appropriate civil law remedy was never pursued.

Leadership is a strategic factor in determining the effectiveness of hospital management, particularly in addressing the complexities of the modern healthcare system. In the Indonesian context, military hospitals exhibit distinct leadership characteristics compared to civilian hospitals, namely leadership based on discipline, hierarchy, obedience to command, and mission orientation. This literature review aims to comprehensively analyze the implementation of a military leadership style in hospital management in Indonesia, including its advantages, limitations, and implications for organizational and healthcare worker performance. The method used is a systematic literature review with a narrative approach to various scientific publications from 2020–2026 obtained from reputable international journals, global health organization reports, and indexed national publications. The study results indicate that a military leadership style has advantages in organizational discipline, operational efficiency, cross-unit coordination, and crisis management, particularly in emergency situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic and health disaster management. However, this leadership style also has limitations, particularly in aspects of interpersonal communication, organizational flexibility, healthcare worker participation, and psychological safety. Recent literature indicates the need for a hybrid leadership model that integrates the strengths of military leadership with a more participatory and humanistic civilian leadership approach. This study also identifies several research gaps, including a lack of comparative empirical research in Indonesia, a lack of longitudinal studies, and limited exploration of the influence of organizational culture on the effectiveness of military leadership in hospitals. Theoretically, this study broadens our understanding of leadership adaptation across sectors, while practically providing implications for developing more adaptive, effective, and contextual hospital leadership models within the Indonesian healthcare system.
