Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction toward service quality at PH Clothing in Malang City using SERVQUAL, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach. A quantitative descriptive method is employed by involving 75 respondents. Data are collected from a structured questionnaire based on five SERVQUAL dimensions and analyzed through gap analysis, CSI computation, and IPA mapping. The results indicate that all SERVQUAL dimensions exhibit negative gap values, with the largest gap found in the reliability dimension (−1.45), highlighting issues in product consistency and delivery punctuality. The overall service quality ratio (Q = 0.958) confirms that service performance has not yet met customer expectations. The CSI value of 72.62% places customer satisfaction in the “satisfied” category. IPA results identify four critical attributes requiring immediate improvement, i.e. clarity of production and delivery information, complaint handling, product quality, and service speed. These findings provide actionable insights into strategic service improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and competitiveness.

Abstract

This systematic review examines the relationship between workload and burnout among healthcare workers, with work-family conflict (WFC) as a mediating mechanism and HRM resources as buffering factors. Following PRISMA guidelines, English-language studies published between 2015 and 2026 were screened, and 23 articles met the inclusion criteria. Of these, 21 reported a positive association between high workload and burnout, especially emotional exhaustion. Among 16 studies assessing WFC, 14 identified it as a mediator. Additionally, 18 studies found that organizational support, supportive leadership, family-friendly policies, adequate staffing, and positive work climates reduced burnout. Burnout thus reflects interacting work demands, family conflict, and organizational resources

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Electronic Logistics Immunization Monitoring System (SMILE) at the X Community Health Center using the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model. This research method is qualitative with a descriptive approach. There were 9 informants and data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews, then analyzed using thematic analysis methods. Based on the results of the context aspect of the study, program needs have been adjusted to a region-based approach to facilitate monitoring of immunization targets, although there are still obstacles in certain target groups. Human resources and infrastructure input are available, but limitations in technical capabilities of officers, double workloads, and internet and electricity connections. The implementation process is in accordance with the SOP, but there are delays in data input due to double recording. The SMILE product has a positive impact on vaccine logistics management and facilitates monitoring of vaccine distribution. Thus, the implementation of the SMILE program at the X Community Health Center has been running quite well, but still requires improving the capabilities of officers, strengthening the network, and optimizing the reporting system to increase program effectiveness.

Abstract

Sexual violence within marriage that goes unreported commonly referred to as silent rape in marriage constitutes one of the most concealed forms of human rights violation in Indonesian domestic life. This study aims to analyze the legal protection available to victims of silent rape in marriage from a victimological perspective, while identifying the normative and structural barriers that impede effective protection. The research employs a normative juridical method combining a statute approach and a case approach, supported by qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings reveal that Indonesian positive law has progressively constructed a protective framework through Law No. 23 of 2004 on the Elimination of Domestic Violence (UU PKDRT), Law no. 12 of 2022 on Sexual Violence Crimes (UU TPKS), and the New Penal Code under Law No. 1 of 2023, which collectively forms a legal safety net for victims. However, from a victimological standpoint, legislative reform alone is insufficient, as victims continue to face layered obstacles including a pervasive culture of victim blaming, social stigma, economic dependence on perpetrators, and a lack of gender-sensitive law enforcement conditions that give rise to the phenomenon of double victimization. This study concludes that the true measure of victim protection lies not in the sophistication of legal texts, but in the extent to which victims genuinely experience the benefits of that protection in their daily lives. Accordingly, regulatory harmonization, transformation of law enforcement paradigms, expansion of integrated victim services, and sustained anti-victim blaming campaigns are essential as a unified strategy for addressing silent rape in marriage in Indonesia.

Abstract

Brown spot (Curvularia sp.) is a plant disease that poses a serious threat to cultivated crops such as rice. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the biopesticide FOBIO in suppressing the intensity of this disease and supporting rice plant growth. The study was conducted in Puton Village, Jombang, using a factorial randomized block design with a combination of FOBIO concentrations (0, 5, and 10 ml/L) and seed soaking times (10, 20, and 30 minutes). The results showed that FOBIO treatment, especially at a concentration of 10 ml/L for 30 minutes, effectively reduced disease intensity and increased plant growth rates. FOBIO has the potential to be an environmentally friendly alternative solution in an integrated pest control system that can be used in the long term.

Abstract

This study analyzes the integration of product innovation, digitalization, and sustainability in shaping the competitive advantage of MSMEs in Gunung Pati. The research responds to a gap in the literature, which still examines these three variables separately and assumes that strategy is planned, whereas MSME practices demonstrate adaptive and contextual patterns. This study employs a qualitative approach with a multiple case study design, using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis and cross-case analysis. The findings reveal that competitive advantage is formed through the integration of the three variables, which develop organically. Innovation is contextual and based on local creativity, digitalization is utilized adaptively but not yet strategically, and sustainability functions more as operational efficiency rather than formal differentiation. This integration is not planned but emerges as an adaptive and context-based emergent strategy. This study contributes by extending the Resource-Based View and dynamic capabilities perspectives through a contextual approach and provides practical implications for developing adaptive and sustainable MSME strategies.

Abstract

The development of the digital gaming industry has driven increased consumption of virtual items, including skins in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Skins function not only as cosmetic elements but also as a means of self-expression, a status symbol, and a representation of a player's identity in the gaming community. This study aims to analyse the influence of perceived value, player satisfaction, aesthetic quality, and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) on skin repurchase interest with emotional attachment as a mediating variable. The research used a quantitative approach through an online survey of 390 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players who had purchased or used skins. Data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4. The results of the study show that perceived value, player satisfaction, aesthetic quality, and FOMO have a positive and significant effect on emotional attachment. In addition, emotional attachment has been shown to positively influence interest in repurchasing skins. The research findings also show that emotional attachment significantly mediates the influence of perceived value, player satisfaction, aesthetic quality, and FOMO on skin repurchase intention. These results indicate that emotional factors have an important role in explaining virtual item consumption behaviour in digital game players. Therefore, game developers need to develop strategies that strengthen players' emotional connections by increasing product value, the quality of the gaming experience, visual quality, and the exclusivity of virtual products.

Abstract

This bibliometric research aims to map the most researched disease trends globally and their implications for preventing or reducing the risk of hospitals experiencing financial losses by strengthening the role of coders in DRG-based financing systems. The study applied a bibliometric analysis to literature collected from the PubMed database using structured keywords related to clinical coders, DRG/case-mix, and reimbursement, with inclusion criteria limiting article types to only English-language articles. The data reduction yielded 4,280 final articles, which were exported to .txt format and analyzed using VOSviewer and Microsoft Excel. Network map analysis reveals that treatment outcomes keywords dominate the network's central metrics. The knowledge structure is divided into four main clusters: (1) chronic multimorbidity profile and economic impact evaluation; (2) complex oncology target therapy and prognosis; (3) treatment of genetically mutation-based non-small cell lung cancer; and (4) mitigation of the global pandemic of health insurance. The analysis of time trends shows a clear evolution in research, from the adaptation phase of the pandemic crisis to the precise management of modern diseases and the use of internal hospital governance instruments, such as severity-of-illness indices and risk assessment. Implications: The accuracy of the clinical coder's codification of clinical variables (cancer stage, comorbidities, and complications) affects the appropriate severity level, helping prevent financial losses for the hospital due to under-coding and underpayment. The novelty of this research lies in providing a transparent, systematic, and replicable scientific mapping of the direction of research on the relationship between clinical coding and the DRG financing system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see to what extent the scientific interpretation of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the phenomenon of human psychology speaks about the effects of declining prospective memory in former drug users. Prospective Memory involves memory to complete an action in the future, such as remembering to buy bread on the way home, conveying a message to a friend, and so on. In writing this article, a critique of scientific interpretation in applied science in general is also presented. This study uses a qualitative method in the form of a literature review or library research. Meanwhile, to collect data, the author looks for several previous studies that are relevant to this article. After the data is collected, the author classifies it into two sources, namely primary and secondary sources. The primary source in this study is the book Tafsir Ilmi Kemenag RI which has the theme of the Phenomenon of Human Psychology. Second, secondary sources in this study consist of books and other scientific writings in the form of research, theses, dissertations, journals, and articles that are relevant to this study. The method used is the thematic interpretation method (maudu'i) by collecting verses of the Qur'an related to a particular theme. In this study, the author only focuses on the verses of the Qur'an in the book of Tafsir Kemenag RI which has the theme of the Human Psyche. In this study, it was found that in Tafsir Ilmi with the theme of human psyche phenomena, prospective memory and its impact on drug users and the like were not explicitly discussed, the division of memory mechanisms was also slightly different from the principles of science where in the interpretation of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia it was only divided into three, namely encode, storage and recall. While in scientific sources in general it is divided into intention formation or encode, intention retention or storage, intention initiation, and intention execution or recall.
