Children born to mothers living around gold mines are at risk of mercury exposure (Hg) and can cause developmental disorders. These developmental disorders can be detected early through stress oxidation mechanisms based on Hg toxicity that directly harm brain cells. It can be detected early on from the level of DNA damage, which is malondialdehyde (MDA) in the urine. Examining children's MDA urine levels near gold mines is the aim of this study. The Observational Research Method performs measurement of MDA of baby urine with TBARS examination of 16 babies in the age range of 2-14 weeks babies who live around the gold mining village Kalirejo Prefecture Kokap district of Kulon Progo Yogyakarta. The result was a rate of 3.23 μmol/L of MDA in baby urine, which is above the normal level of 1.03 μMol/L. So it can be concluded that the high level of MDI in the baby's urine is an early indication of a child's developmental disorder living around the gold mining.

In the highly competitive hospital industry, increasing patient satisfaction through service quality and trust is an important priority. This research is important to understand how service quality, trust, and culture influence outpatient satisfaction at Teluk Bintuni Regional Hospital. Information shows that there has been a decrease in the number of new outpatient visitors at Teluk Bintuni Regional Hospital from 2017 to 2020, reaching around 29.5%. The problem is that Teluk Bintuni Hospital faces challenges in increasing new outpatient visits, where factors such as service quality, trust, culture and customer satisfaction can be the cause. Evaluation of service quality is crucial to identify dimensions that need improvement. The decrease in the number of outpatients indicates a decrease in patient trust and the influence of culture that is not conducive to quality services. Therefore, this research aims to contribute new knowledge that can be used to develop strategies to improve the quality of health services at Teluk Bintuni Hospital, so that it can provide a positive experience for outpatients. This research aims to determine the influence of Service Quality on Outpatient Satisfaction at Teluk Bintuni Regional Hospital which is mediated by culture and beliefs. Located at Teluk Bintuni Hospital, there are 100 (one hundred) people and all members of the population are also samples so this research is a census research. The results of this analysis show that all indicators used in this research are valid and reliable. This research uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 3.3 software. This research provides evidence of a positive and significant influence

This study aims to see if there is a relationship between maternal parenting in toddler feeding and the incidence of stunting in Samatiga District, West Aceh Regency. Stunting is a condition of a person's height that is less than normal based on age and sex with a z-score value of less than -2 SD. Problem in this study is the high rate of stunting over the past three years, which is 23.7% of toddlers experiencing stunting from a total of 1,234 toddlers. This study used a cross-sectional survey design. Location and Duration of Research: this research was conducted in Samatiga sub-district in November 2023. Methods: this research is quantitative, with a population of all mothers who have toddlers 1,234 people. Sampling using the quota sampling method, where the pupolation was sampled as many as 93 respondents. Then the data was analyzed using univariate and bivariate and then tested with the Spearman Rank Correlation Model. Results: there is a relationship between feeding parenting patterns and the incidence of stunting in toddlers, namely with a value (Pvalue 0.000 <0.05). Conclusion: there is a relationship between parenting in feeding with the incidence of stunting, it can be proven by the correlation value r 0.567 which means there is a high closeness between parenting in feeding with the incidence of stunting in toddlers. Suggestion: It is hoped that the health center and other related parties will increase the motivation of mothers through education on the importance of good feeding parenting in fulfilling child nutritions

The objective of this paper looks at educational philosophy and concept of peace and peace education of the most influential Indian philosopher jiddu krishnamurti. He thought that knowledge about life and ourselves is gained at both the beginning and the end of education. The nourishment of kindness is education, and goodness cannot flourish in the presence of fear. Krishnamurti gives the unique concept of peace and peace education and how it can be used as a weapon to end the conflicts and violence throughout the world. In this paper investigator used the philosophical method and for the data collection primary and secondary sources are used. Overall the study reflected krishnamurti’s educational philosophy for the balanced development of the child. As per krishnamurti Peace cannot be attained by any philosophy or via legislation; it can only be attained when each of us starts to comprehend how our own minds work. If we wait for some new system to bring about peace instead of taking personal responsibility, we will only end ourselves as its slaves.

This research is to examine the influence of service quality and customer trust on customer loyalty at PT. Global Jet Express (J&T) in Lhokseumawe with customer satisfaction as a mediating or intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data using a questionnaire using Google Form. The data obtained was then processed using SmartPLS 3.0 analysis with the intervening effect. The analysis used includes: measurement model evaluation, structural model evaluation, and model fit evaluation. The results of this study show that the results of the H6 analysis test show that CS is able to mediate significantly and positively the influence of SQ on CL. This means that customer satisfaction can mediate or strengthen the service quality variable on customer loyalty at the J&T company. H7 shows that CS is able to mediate significantly and positively the effect of CT on CL. The higher the level of service quality and information access that the J&T expedition company has, the stronger the influence of customer trust will be on customer loyalty. This research can be a reference for J&T Lhokseumawe in designing strategies and policies to improve service quality and service access quality and increase trust in customers.

Spiritual revolution is a phenomenon that has long been discussed in various contexts of human life. One of the figures known as a thinker and writer who raised the theme of spiritual revolution is Yusuf Qordawi. In his works, Qordawi discusses the importance of spiritual transformation in the lives of individuals and society. In the history of Islam there is a very valuable treasure of spiritualism, namely Sufism, it developed following the dialectics of the times since Muhammad SAW was sent until now in the classical Islamic era, Sufism is an individual interest. In the Middle Ages, it turned into a tarekat. Spiritualism in the first generation of Islam served to push history forward and at the same time make life more balanced for underdeveloped communities.

This research aims to determine the relevance of Umayyad Islamic educational thought in forming a holistic independent curriculum. The data collection technique in this research is through identifying discourse from books, papers or articles, magazines, journals, websites, blogs, or other information related to the title of the writing. The research method carried out here uses library research with discourse analysis. The research results show the relevance of Umayyad Islamic educational thought with the independent curriculum, including emphasizing Islamic religion-based teaching, emphasizing freedom of learning and critical thinking skills, emphasizing teaching moral values, developing creativity and innovation, and disseminating aspects of knowledge holistically. The conclusion of this research is that education today adapts to the more complex demands of the modern era. Educational thought in previous historical periods certainly had a big role in making a contribution to the world of education. Therefore, the current reforms must relate to the spiritual side so that a young generation is created that has skills, creativity, critical thinking and is religious.
