Abstract

This thesis aims to find out the influence of Online Customer Rating, Cash on Delivery Payment System, and Customer Reviews on Purchasing Decisions. The research method used in preparing this thesis uses quantitative methods, with the sampling method using non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 120 samples. The data was collected through a survey distributing questionnaires via hard copy to consumers who made purchases and also used the Bukalapak marketplace. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study found that online customer ratings (X1) partially have a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), cash on delivery payment systems (X2) partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), and online customer reviews (X3) partially have a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The results of this study indicate that purchasing decisions on the Bukalapak website are strongly influenced by the Cash on Delivery Payment System variable (X2). Meanwhile, for simultaneous testing, it was found that the variables Online Customer Rating (X1), Cash on Delivery Payment System (X2), and Online Customer Reviews (X3) together have an effect on purchasing decisions on the Bukalapak website.

Abstract

The Sitakkurak Irrigation Dam project which is being implemented in Barus District, Central Tapanuli Regency is a form of concern for the Central Government for the people. The irrigation project is carried out by the Ministry of Public Works, Directorate General of Water Resources. The objectives of this research are to: 1) Analyze differences in farmer production before and after the construction of the Akkurak irrigation weir, Barus District, Central Tapanuli Regency, and 2) Analyze what factors influence rice farmers' production in the Sitakkurak Irrigation area, Barus District, Central Tapanuli Regency. Research was carried out in Central Tapanuli Regency regarding the Influence of the Construction of the Sitakkurak Irrigation Dam on Regional Development in Barus District, Central Tapanuli Regency. The analytical method used in this research is the t-difference test and multiple regression analysis with a total of 69 respondents. The research results showed that there was a difference in farmers' rice production before and after the Sitakkurak irrigation dam and showed a significant influence because the results of the two paired sample tests were 0.000 < 0.05. The average value of farmers' rice production before the Sitakkurak irrigation dam was 3.77 tons per planting season and the average value of rice production after the Sitakkurak irrigation dam was 4.17 per planting season. These results show that there is a difference of 0.40 per planting season. Simultaneously, the factors of land area, rice seeds, fertilizer, pesticides and number of workers have a significant effect on rice production. Partially, the factors of land area, rice seeds, fertilizer and number of workers have a positive and significant effect on rice production, while the pesticide factor has a positive and insignificant effect on rice production.

Abstract

Burn Out currently has many problems in carrying out services or in work professions. Burn Out is certainly influenced by many factors. This research aims to analyze and determine the influence between Work Life Balance and social support and Burn Out. This research is included in causal associative quantitative research. The sample for this research was 91 pastors at GBKP spread across sub-districts in Kaban Jahe. Research data was collected using a research scale that was declared valid and reliable. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that (1) There is a significant relationship between work life balance burnout. This can be seen in the model summary table where the correlation r is 0.836 and p = 0.000. The correlation is positive, meaning that if compensation is high then burnout will also increase. The determinant coefficient R² is 0.699, meaning that 69.9% of burnout is influenced by work life balance. Based on the results of this research, it can be stated that hypothesis 1 proposed is accepted. (2) There is a significant relationship between social support and burnout. This can be seen in the model summary table where the correlation r is 0.890 and p = 0.000. The correlation is positive, meaning that if social support increases, burnout will also increase. The determinant coefficient R² is 0.793, meaning that 79.3% of burnout is influenced by social support. Based on the results of this research, it can be stated that hypothesis 2 proposed is accepted. (3) Together, the variables work life balance and social support have a significant relationship with burnout. This can be seen from the model summary table where the correlation r is 0.895 and p = 0.000. This means that together variables X1 and X2 influence variable Y. Based on the results of this research, the three hypotheses proposed in this research are declared accepted. The determinant coefficient R² is 0.801, meaning that 80.1% of burnout is influenced by work life balance and social support. Meanwhile, 19.9% is influenced by other factors that cannot be explained in the regression equation (residual). Thus it can be concluded that psychological well-being and social support jointly influence teacher performance, the contribution of both in improving teacher performance is 35.2% while the remaining 64.8% can be explained by other variables outside the variables proposed in the research.

The research results show that (1)There is a relationship between family support and academic resilience. From the results of statistical analysis, it was found that the rx1y correlation coefficient was 5.128with p < 0.05, this means that the level of family support is significantstudents' abilities will be able to increase or decrease students' academic resilience. (2)There is a relationship between self-esteem and students' academic resilience. From the results of statistical analysis, it was found that the correlation coefficient rx2y was 0.620 with p < 0.05, thus it can be concluded that whether or not a lot of self-esteem received by students will increase or decrease students' academic resilience. (3)There is a relationship between family support and self-esteem with students' academic resilience. From the results of statistical analysis it was found that the F reg coefficient = 13.829 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient R = 0.593 with p < 0.05 and t table = 1.97. Thus it can be concluded that family support and self-esteem together have a significant effect on students' academic resilience (Hypothesis accepted)
