<![CDATA[This study examines the implementation of savings product marketing strategies at PT Bank Muamalat KC Wiyung and its impact on increasing the number of customers and savings funds. In-depth interviews were conducted with the branch managers of Bank Muamalat Wiyung to obtain an overview of how the bank markets savings products and the challenges faced in implementing them. The results of the study indicate that a combination of marketing strategies through sharia channels such as branch offices and digital such as mobile banking and the use of referral programs can effectively attract new customers and retain old customers. In addition, the implementation of a personal approach through direct visits and promotional campaigns strengthens customer relationships with the bank. However, the bank still faces challenges from intense competition and difficulties in introducing new products to an increasingly growing market. This study highlights the importance of managing innovative and sustainable marketing strategies, and how this can increase customer loyalty and the competitiveness of Bank Muamalat's savings products in the sharia banking market.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyse the implementation of blockchain technology to improve the transparency of Islamic banking transactions. The research method uses a qualitative approach, namely a literature analysis study (library research), with content analysis techniques on various credible sources such as reference books, indexed scientific journals (Scopus, Sinta, Google Scholar), financial reports, and official documents related to policies and regulations in Islamic banking. The focus of this research is to explore the potential of blockchain in strengthening the principles of transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency, and to identify the challenges faced in its implementation in the Islamic banking sector. The results show that blockchain technology is able to minimise the risk of fraud, improve operational efficiency through a decentralised, secure, and immutable transaction recording system, and strengthen customer trust. Innovations such as smart contracts, Islamic DeFi, and digital sukuk open up opportunities for the development of Islamic financial products that are more adaptive and inclusive. However, there are several challenges including regulatory limitations, technological infrastructure readiness, low digital literacy, and the need to adjust blockchain to sharia principles, especially regarding the potential for usury, gharar, and maisir. This research recommends collaboration between regulators, Islamic financial institutions, and technology providers in designing a legal framework that is compliant with sharia principles and supports system transparency. The key to successful blockchain implementation is increased digital literacy among industry players and the public, strengthened regulation, and investment in technological infrastructure. This research also emphasises the importance of further exploring the impact of blockchain on Islamic financial inclusion and customer data protection to build a more transparent, fair and inclusive Islamic banking system.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to test the effectiveness of video tutorials in improving students' understanding of Informatics learning at SMA N 1 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. This study uses a Quasi-Experimental method with a Pretest-Posttest control group design, the results of the study showed that the experimental class using video tutorials experienced a significant increase in learning outcomes with an N-gain value of 0.74 (high category), compared to the control class with the lecture method which obtained an N-Gain of 0.43 (moderate category). Observations showed that the implementation of learning was very good with an average of 92.06%, and students' responses to video tutorials were also positive with good assessments. In conclusion, video tutorials have proven to be more effective in improving students' understanding, providing learning flexibility, and increasing student involvement, so it is recommended to be applied in Informatics learning.]]>

This study discusses the improvement of students' vocabulary mastery through picture card media in Arabic subjects at SMP Muhammadiyah 07 Medan. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate an increase in students' vocabulary mastery through picture card media in Arabic subjects at SMP Muhammadiyah 07 Medan. The results obtained in this study, namely the application of the vocabulary card method accompanied by pictures in Arabic language learning, have proven to be very efficient in facilitating and improving students' memorization in learning Arabic vocabulary.]]>

<![CDATA[The inconsistency of informal sector participant acquisition activities by Perisai agents is also an impact of weak supervision of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan as the principal. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the implementation of the basic principles of agency in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan agency system and to determine and analyze the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan agency system model that has legal certainty. The type of research used in this study is juridical-normative. The specifications in this study are analytical descriptive research. The data collected were then analyzed using qualitative analysis methods. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Board of Directors Regulation Number: 13/PERDIR.02/042022 Concerning the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Agency System defines the Indonesian Social Security Driving Agent as an individual who is a member of the Wadah and has met the requirements set by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The definition of the Indonesian Social Security Driving Agent does not describe the legal relationship as the definition of an agent is a party who receives the authority given by the principal to carry out certain legal acts for and on behalf of its principal. This is crucial considering that in practice agency problems often occur, such as issues of authority, principal responsibility and responsibility towards third parties.]]>

<![CDATA[Currently, the government continues to encourage the development of oil palm plantation areas with the aim of boosting domestic economic activity. Tanjung Siram has a large area of land and has the potential to be developed into plantations, especially oil palm plantations. This regency has a land area of 1056 ha. Therefore, an evaluation of land suitability needs to be carried out in order to know the actual and potential land suitability class recommendations for oil palm plantations in that village. The stages in the research included secondary data collection, pre-survey, main survey and soil analysis in the laboratory. Land suitability classification is done by matching method. From the research results it is known that the limiting factors in the actual land suitability class at the study site were temperature, water availability, nutrient retention, and erosion hazard. After improvements have been made with good land management, the land suitability class can be increased with a potential land suitability class, which was previously classified as S3, increased to S2, and previously classified as S2, can be increased to S1. Thus, to obtain good oil palm growth in this region, it is necessary to improve the limiting factors on each land.]]>

<![CDATA[Bibliometric Analysis is a means of mapping the latest research using meta data processing using Google Scoler. This study aims to determine the latest research developments on the role of the military. Step-by-step analysis is provided to make it easier for first-time users to access and utilize VOSViewers. This provides data analysis on the role of the military so far by utilizing the mapping tool in VOSViewer. The method used is descriptive qualitative to describe the bibliometric performance of the analysis by producing a visualization of the selected topic network. From the search results, 104 relevant journals published from 2006 to 2023 were found, which were then grouped into five categories according to their year of publication. After grouping the journal data, we found that the total number of articles published linked to the topic of the role of the military was 27 articles. As a result, it is concluded that the military is a field that can be combined with other fields to be studied. This is a way to show many opportunities to find new things to determine the theme. Furthermore, this analysis is expected to function as a source for researchers to conduct research and determine research themes.]]>
