Children's rights advocacy is a series of systematic efforts made by individuals, groups, institutions, or organizations to protect, promote, and ensure the fulfillment of children's rights in accordance with international and national legal standards and norms. This advocacy aims to fight for the best interests of children so that their rights such as the right to protection, education, health, and participation are respected and guaranteed by the state, family, and society, especially in Indonesia which is greatly influenced by religious norms, morals and decency in addition to legal norms. However, children's rights can be threatened due to divorce events that occur between their parents. The divorce triggers those related to the interests of the child whether they are fulfilled or not fulfilled. The divorce process not only has an impact on married couples, but also has significant implications for the children who are part of the family. Children who are in divorce situations are prone to experiencing various negative impacts, both psychological, social, and economic. This study examines the role of advocacy for children's rights after divorce and what are the factors that make the role of advocacy effective. The research uses normative research methods. Normative legal research itself is legal research that is carried out by researching literature materials or secondary data. To then conduct an analysis and study of the ministry a conclusion is taken.

This research aims to improve the argumentative writing skills of 10th-grade students at SMAN 7 Kota Tangerang through the application of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition method. This method involves collaborative learning in small groups consisting of four heterogeneous members, allowing students to discuss and develop the themes they will write about. This research was conducted in two cycles, with data collection through observation, questionnaires, and analysis of students' written work. The research results show that before the implementation of the method, only 19.35% of students achieved the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) with an average score of 66.03. After the implementation of the method, in cycle I, 61.29% of students reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), and in cycle II, the average student score increased to 78.39 with 77.42% of students reaching the KKM. These findings indicate that the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition method is effective in improving students' argumentative writing skills, although there are still challenges in distinguishing between argumentation and opinion. This study recommends strengthening teaching methods and increasing time for writing practice so that all students can achieve optimal results.

Muslim family resilienceis an essential element in maintaining the sustainability of a based societyIslamic values. In the midst of cultural and technological transformation, the family is the first fortress for its members to maintain noble morals, faith and spiritual values taught inAl-Qur'an. The importance of this resilience is not only to face the challenges of the times, but also to build a generation that is steadfast in faith and contributes positively to the people. The Koran positions the family as an institution that must maintain its strength through love, responsibility and harmony between members. This resilience allows families to live life with the principles of justice and togetherness even though they are faced with various tests, including influencedigital age. By making the family the center of character formation and religious learning, Islamic values can continue to be passed on with full vitality from one generation to the next.

Democracy, as an ideal political system, is expected to ensure active public participation in the process of public decision-making. However, in the Indonesian context, the quality of local democracy is often distorted by transactional practices and the pragmatism of political elites. This phenomenon threatens the integrity of democracy, diminishes the quality of public participation, reinforces societal dependence on elites, and weakens democratic institutions. In Gorontalo, the practice of social transactions between political elites and the public has intensified, particularly during local elections and legislative campaigns. The case of the 2024 repeat voting (PSU) in the North Gorontalo Regency serves as a clear indication of the dominance of capital power and elite networks over candidates’ visions and missions. This study aims to analyze the negative impact of social-political elite transactions on local democracy and to formulate policy recommendations for strengthening a healthy, participatory, and integrity-based democratic system. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey design. The study population includes the general public, political elites, party officials, and election management and supervisory bodies (KPU, Bawaslu, and DKPP) across three regencies in Gorontalo Province. The findings reveal that transactional political practices are a defining feature of every electoral moment in the region, especially in the lead-up to regional and legislative elections. These transactions include money politics, short-term social assistance, and project promises in exchange for electoral support. This highlights how political contestation is largely determined by financial capital rather than candidate vision or integrity. Spearman correlation tests indicate a significant negative relationship between the intensity of social-political transactions and the quality of healthy political participation (r = -0.642; p < 0.01). The higher the transaction intensity, the lower the quality of participation and public trust in local democracy. These findings strengthen the hypothesis that local democracy in Gorontalo is regressing due to transactional politics. Without knowledge-based and policy-oriented interventions, the negative consequences are likely to persist, including the erosion of local government legitimacy, declining public trust in electoral institutions, and the loss of the substantive meaning of political participation as a form of public control over power.

The growth of the industrial sector through industrialization greatly affects the increase in CO2 emissions. Energy conservation and diversification policies need to be carried out to reduce CO2 emissions, especially in energy-intensive industries. This study aims to decompose and analyze the factors that cause changes in CO2 emissions using the LMDI method. The data used in this study was sourced from large and medium industry surveys during the period 2010-2015. The results show that the effects of changes in economic activity, industrial economic structure and energy intensity are the main factors that contribute to the increase in CO2 emissions in the cement, food, pulp & paper, chemical and textile industries. The structural effects of energy composition and emission coefficients have not shown a significant contribution to the increase or decrease of CO2 emissions. Policy recommendations to reduce CO2 emissions in energy-intensive industries are to encourage energy efficiency and transition through the use of energy-saving and low-carbon technologies, as well as revitalize old and inefficient technologies.

The shifting landscape of work due to digitalization has made virtual teams a primary organizational structure in global enterprises. However, group dynamics within such teams remain a challenge, particularly in terms of collaboration, conflict, and innovation. This study aims to examine the interrelationship among these three variables through a systematic review of 43 peer-reviewed journal articles indexed in Scopus over the past five years. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach based on the PRISMA protocol, the data were analyzed descriptively, thematically, and conceptually. The findings indicate that effective collaboration is influenced by work structure, trust, and leadership, while conflict plays a dual role as both an obstacle and a trigger for innovation. This review proposes a conceptual model titled the "Virtual Team Dynamics Triad," mapping the relationship between collaboration, conflict, and innovation, with trust, leadership, and digital competence serving as moderating factors. Theoretically, this study enriches dynamic models of virtual team functioning, and practically, it offers recommendations for work design, training, and organizational policy. Future research is encouraged to test this model in cross-cultural settings and through multilevel approaches.

This study aims to improve the quality of the coffee roasting process at Small Coffee, an MSME located in Cikarang, by applying the TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) method and the Seven Tools of Quality Control. The roasting process often faces defects in coffee beans, such as unripe, broken, and burnt beans, which reduce product quality and customer satisfaction. To determine the root causes and influencing factors, the study utilized a fishbone diagram, affinity diagram, and scatter diagram. These tools helped identify critical process inefficiencies and quality issues. Subsequently, the TRIZ method was employed to propose innovative solutions that resolve contradictions in the roasting process without creating new problems. The proposed improvements are expected to enhance process efficiency, lower the defect rate, and ensure consistent product quality. Moreover, the implementation of these solutions provides tangible benefits for Small Coffee and serves as a model for other MSMEs in the coffee industry aiming to boost their competitiveness and long-term sustainability. This research highlights the synergy between systematic problem-solving tools and innovation frameworks in optimizing small-scale industrial processes.
