Methane gas (CH₄) is a flammable gas and has the potential to cause an explosion if it accumulates in high concentrations. Therefore, an effective monitoring system is needed to detect the presence of methane gas to prevent the danger of gas leaks. This research aims to design and build a methane gas monitoring tool based on the MQ-4 sensor which is capable of detecting the presence of methane gas in real-time. This system uses a microcontroller as the main processing unit and is equipped with a wireless communication module for sending data to the monitoring platform. The MQ-4 sensor was chosen because of its high sensitivity to methane gas and its ability to measure gas concentrations in ppm (parts per million). Measurement data is displayed via a user interface that enables remote monitoring and provides early warning if gas levels exceed specified thresholds. Test results show that this system is able to detect methane gas with good accuracy and provides a fast response to changes in gas concentration. Thus, this tool can be used as an early warning system to improve safety in environments that are at high risk of methane gas leaks.

Along with the rapid development of information and communication technology, the health sector continues to transform in terms of management and information. Management of patient data is very important to support diagnostic decision making. Electronic Medical Records (eMR) emerged as a computerized solution for storing demographics, medical data and supporting decisions in making diagnoses. RME administration at Health Service Facilities can be equipped with an Electronic Signature (eSig). This signature is used as a verification and authentication tool in recording and documenting clinical information. Implementing the RME application with eSig in hospitals can help improve the quality of health services and the efficiency of medical data processing. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze in more depth the policies, socialization, effectiveness, attitudes and interests in using eSig in eMR which can improve the quality of patient care. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using direct observation, interviews, documentation and literature. Informants in the research were the Head of the Hospital, doctors, nurses, medical records officers, patients, and experts. The results of research using NVivo14 software via Matric Coding and Nodes by Project Map, show that attitudes and interests are influenced by age and socialization with officers. Ages 20-24 years have high attitudes and interest in using eSig in eMR, while ages over 40 years have low attitudes and interest. Socialization is carried out to improve skills that can improve officers' attitudes and interests in using eSig in eMR. High attitudes and interest support the success of implementing eSig on eMR which will improve the quality of service at Marthen Indey Hospital Jayapura.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance and work environment on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable on assistant store leader level employees at Super Indo Surabaya. The material of this study is based on the problem of dual roles carried out by ASL, namely as a team leader and technical implementer, where this has the potential to disrupt the balance between work and personal life, or what is known as work life balance. Work environment problems that require improvement and procurement of supporting equipment for workers to facilitate employees in doing their work optimally. The research method used is quantitative. The sample in this study was 75 assistant store leader level employees at Super Indo Surabaya. The data analysis technique used partial least square (PLS). The results showed that work life balance and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work life balance affects employee performance through work motivation but work motivation is not proven significantly as an intervening variable between the work environment and employee performance.

This study aims to examine how psychological resilience influences risk perception and its implications for social security participation among informal sector workers. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, 23 peer-reviewed articles from the Scopus database were analyzed to identify thematic patterns and research gaps. The findings indicate that while resilience and risk perception are rarely measured explicitly, both are implicitly reflected in the narratives of vulnerability, job insecurity, and survival strategies employed by informal workers. High resilience in informal workers often fosters an adaptive attitude towards uncertainty, but conversely, it can lower their perception of long-term risks that should ideally be anticipated through social security schemes. These findings suggest that decisions to join or opt out of social security are not only influenced by economic and structural factors but also by complex psychological dynamics. Therefore, future research needs to integrate a multidisciplinary approach to more comprehensively understand participation behavior.

This research aims to implement marketing content creation on the Instagram social media account @Bilal.Id owned by Bilal Production. The background of this study is based on the low level of digital marketing activities conducted by Bilal Production, as well as the lack of consistency in content creation and posting on their Instagram account. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. The strategy applied in this study refers to the POAC principles (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) to design, manage, and evaluate effective content management. The results show that systematic planning, structured content scheduling, and the use of diverse content formats significantly improved the performance of Bilal Production's Instagram account. During the implementation period, there was a notable increase in post views, interactions, profile visits, and follower growth, reflecting the effectiveness of the content strategy applied. Instagram insights recorded 683 post views, 452 interactions, and an increase in followers reaching 517 accounts in less than two months. These findings indicate that consistent and well-directed social media content management can serve as an effective strategy for enhancing audience engagement and expanding market reach for SMEs in the digital era.

The disclosure of public information is a key principle for achieving transparent, participatory, and accountable governance. As a national archival institution, the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) plays a crucial role in facilitating public information disclosure, particularly through its Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID). This study analyzes the implementation of the public information disclosure policy by the ANRI PPID, along with the challenges and strategies encountered in reconciling the need for openness with the protection of archives. This qualitative case study employed policy analysis, in-depth interviews, and reviews of internal documentation. Findings indicate that while the ANRI PPID has introduced several innovations, it still faces challenges related to the integration of information systems, categorizations of information types, and public awareness of the right to access information. This study suggests enhancing the institutional capacity of the PPID, improving public information literacy, and aligning information disclosure policies with archival principles. This study aims to contribute to advancing public information governance that effectively balances transparency with safeguarding information.

This study aims to investigate the impact of using interactive teaching materials based on the Dayak Bulusu traditional dance on strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile character in elementary school students. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The participants were fifth-grade students from a public elementary school in North Kalimantan, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a character assessment instrument that referred to the six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile and were analyzed using an independent sample t-test. The findings reveal a significant improvement in students’ character, particularly in the aspects of mutual cooperation, independent learning, and cultural diversity appreciation, in the experimental group using the interactive teaching materials. These results suggest that integrating local cultural content into interactive learning resources effectively promotes character education aligned with the Pancasila Student Profile. The study recommends that interactive materials rooted in indigenous culture be continuously developed as innovative media in elementary education, especially within the framework of the Merdeka Curriculum.
