The character of students in this era of globalization has been degraded, many of which occur among students such as ignoring teachers, mocking teachers, and even worse fighting teachers. This study aims to comprehensively describe the formation of students' Islamic character through the living hadith program. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the application of living hadith is carried out through the internalization of hadith values into students' daily activities such as praying before and after studying, praying dhuha in congregation, reading surah Al-Kahfi together, infaq/almsgiving, respecting teachers and respecting time. The inhibiting factors faced include students' lack of understanding of the meaning of the hadith, and the lack of parental involvement in support programs at home. The solutions implemented include teacher training, simplification of the hadith language so that it is easy for students to understand, and strengthening the synergy between schools and parents in the formation of Islamic scripts. Thus, living hadith has proven to be one of the effective methods in shaping students' Islamic personalities, although it still needs to be strengthened in terms of implementation and cooperation to overcome various existing obstacles.

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) as a state-owned bank has an important role in increasing financial inclusion in society. One of the strategies implemented is to attract customers to save through a prize draw program, improving service quality, and developing digital services such as mobile banking. This study aims to analyze the effect of Prize Draws, Perception of Service Quality, and Mobile Banking Services on Saving Interest of BRI Bank Bekasi Harapan Indah Branch customers. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample was determined through a simple random sampling technique, with a population of 700 people and the determination of the number of samples using the Krejcie and Morgan formula, so that 250 respondents were obtained. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of the study indicate that the three independent variables, namely Prize Draw (t = 4.315; sig = 0.000), Perception of Service Quality (t = 4.053; sig = 0.000), and Mobile Banking Services (t = 4.934; sig = 0.000), have a positive and significant effect on customer Savings Interest. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.453 indicates that 45.3% of the variation in customer savings interest can be explained by the three variables, while the remaining 54.7% is explained by other factors outside this research model. The implications of this study emphasize the importance for management at the branch level to continue to encourage the use of BRImo as an innovative and safe mobile banking service, consistently improve service quality, and develop attractive prize draw programs in order to strengthen customers' interest in saving sustainably.

This study explores how information governance and financial accountability shape funding performance and the long-term sustainability of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Indonesia. This study employed a mixed-methods approach to collect data from 709 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) across 34 provinces in Indonesia. Data were obtained through surveys, analysis of digital platforms, and structured interviews, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of CSO practices and challenges. The framework examines legal compliance, digital visibility, and accountability systems. Findings reveal a critical gap: 84% of CSOs have legal recognition, 93% hold tax IDs, and only 44% regularly undergo audits. Moreover, 86% depend heavily on grants and donations, and just 17% actively use integrated digital platforms. This misalignment between formal compliance and strategic accountability risks donor confidence and long-term viability. The study proposes a diagnostic model interlinking governance, digital engagement, and funding strategy. Practical recommendations include improving audit practices, advancing digital transparency, and encouraging innovative, diversified funding approaches. The insights contribute to ongoing efforts by policymakers, donors, and CSOs to cultivate more transparent, resilient, and accountable nonprofit ecosystems.

This study examines the impact of employee agility on firm performance mediated by dynamic capability in SMEs in Bali. It aims to clarify how individual adaptability translates into improved organizational outcomes through dynamic capabilities encompassing sensing, seizing, and resource reconfiguration. Using a quantitative method, data from 122 SME managers were analyzed via structural equation modelling with partial least squares to test relationships among employee agility, dynamic capability, and firm performance. Results reveal that employee agility directly enhances firm performance and significantly fosters dynamic capabilities, which in turn positively affect performance and partially mediate the agility-performance link. This research bridges the gap between micro-level employee agility and macro-level dynamic capability, offering novel empirical evidence on their combined role in sustaining competitive advantage in SMEs. The findings underscore the importance for SME leaders and policymakers to develop agile employees alongside dynamic capabilities to succeed in uncertain, resource-limited markets. The study advances the dynamic capabilities framework by identifying employee agility as a critical micro-foundation driving organizational performance, providing strategic insights for SMEs targeting resilience and sustainable growth amid market volatility.

This study examines the impact of tax sanctions on the awareness and compliance of motor vehicle taxpayers at the Majene Regency Samsat Office. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research collected quantitative data from 120 respondents through questionnaires and qualitative data through observations and interviews with Samsat employees. The results indicate that while taxpayers perceive tax sanctions positively, their influence on increasing awareness and compliance remains limited. Quantitative findings show compliance rates have stagnated below 50% from 2019 to 2022, with many taxpayers citing forgetfulness, financial constraints, or indifference, particularly among upper-class individuals, as reasons for non-compliance. Qualitative insights further reveal that sanctions, typically administrative fines, are insufficient to create a deterrent effect. Employees act as facilitators, yet enforcement lacks the rigor to alter taxpayer behavior substantially. The study’s factor analysis supports the validity and reliability of the instruments used, and results suggest the need for complementary strategies, such as reward mechanisms for timely taxpayers and more tangible penalties (e.g., temporary withholding of vehicle documents). The research highlights the necessity of tailoring enforcement mechanisms to diverse taxpayer characteristics to promote voluntary tax compliance and improve local revenue outcomes effectively.

The oil and gas (Migas) sector holds a strategic role in Indonesia’s economy, serving both as a significant source of state revenue and as the country’s primary energy supply. However, national oil and gas governance continues to face major challenges, particularly regarding institutional arrangements and the effectiveness of existing supervisory mechanisms. The Constitutional Court (Mahkamah Konstitusi) Decision No. 36/PUU-X/2012 (“MK Decision No. 36”) which dissolved the Executive Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (BP Migas), reaffirmed the need for the establishment of a new institution that is more in line with the mandate of Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. To date, the Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (SKK Migas), which replaced BP Migas, remains a provisional entity without a permanent statutory basis. This study aims to conduct a juridical and philosophical analysis of the potential form of a new institutional framework to replace SKK Migas. It adopts an approach grounded in economic law theories, including the Economic Efficiency Theory of Richard A. Posner, the Pure Theory of Law by Hans Kelsen, the Theory of Distributive Justice by John Rawls, John Austin’s Theory of Legal Validity, The Concept of Law of H.L.A. Hart, and other relevant legal theories. Through this theoretical lens, the research explores institutional models that are more effective, efficient, transparent, accountable, and oriented toward public welfare in the governance of the national oil and gas sector. The findings indicate: (1) The draft of Oil and Gas Law (RUU Migas) must stipulate a legally stronger institutional framework that integrates both supervisory and operational functions through transparent and accountable mechanisms; (2) The draft legislation should incorporate the principles of renewable energy (EBT) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), while remaining grounded in the mandate of Article 33 paragraphs (2) and (3) of the 1945 Constitution as the foundation of the State. Accordingly, this study recommends that oil and gas regulation should not only focus on enhancing investment but also promote transparency, accountability, and energy sustainability—ensuring that national oil and gas policy aligns with the constitutional mandate of Article 33 and international standards in support of a sustainable energy transition.
