Fokus dan Ruang Lingkup Artikel yang dimuat dalam Didache: Jurnal Teologi dan Pendidikan Kristiani memiliki fokus dan scope pada teologi pendidikan agama Kristen, teologi pastoral, kepemimpinan Kristen, misi, dan manajemen gereja. Abstract

There are many factors that can affect a child's spiritual growth, such as the role of parents, the environment, and Christian religious education teachers both at school and in the church. One of the topics discussed in this article is the role of the Sunday School teacher in the life of a child. Therefore, the teacher must have several abilities that can later complement the children. They are spiritual and have a good understanding of the Bible, but they are also very creative when it comes to serving children. However, the current obstacle in the Sunday School section is the strategy for serving children according to the situation and conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Because strategy is very important so that Sunday School children continue to worship God during the pandemic. Some of the strategies that will be discussed in this article are both online and onsite. However, this strategy also has drawbacks. This article offers several strategies to help teachers stay enthusiastic about serving and Sunday School children grow in their faith during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

God's commands are very beneficial for all mankind who believe in Him. However, in reality, more people refused and did not carry out the order. In the Bible, Moses is one of the recipients of God's commandment that at the beginning of his call he rejected the order. But finally he accepted and carried out God's command. Even though in the middle of the journey, Moses often complained and tried to refuse the order in leading the Israelites out of the land of Egypt due to the stubbornness of the people, sometimes Moses was affected by the situation so he violated His commands. The purpose of this article is to describe the journey of Moses receiving God's commands, since God revealed Himself to him and his ability to bring the Israelites out of Egypt to enter the land of Canaan by obedience to God's Commands. The method used in this article is to use a qualitative study research method with literature studies in the field of biblical theology. The discussion is focused on God's command to Moses in several important chronologies and how Moses' attitude towards God's command for the Israelites and how the attitude displayed by the Israelites responded to God's command.   Perintah Allah sangatlah bermanfaat bagi semua umat manusia yang percaya kepadaNya. Namun kenyataannya lebih banyak yang menolak dan tidak melaksanakan perintah tersebut. Dalam Alkitab, Musa adalah salah satu penerima perintah Allah yang diawal panggilannya dia menolak perintah tersebut. Namun akhirnya dia menerima dan melaksanakan perintah Allah itu. Walaupun ditengah perjalanan sering sekali Musa mengeluh dan mencoba menolak perintah tersebut dalam memimpin bangsa Israel keluar dari tanah Mesir dikarenakan kedegilan bangsa tersebut, terkadang Musa terpengaruh oleh situasi sehingga melanggar perintahNya. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah menggambarkan perjalanan Musa menerima perintah Allah, sejak Allah menyatakan diri kepadanya dan kemampuannya untuk membawa bangsa Israel keluar dari Mesir sampai menuju memasuki tanah Kanaan dengan ketaatannya kepada Perintah Allah. Adapun metode yang dipakai dalam artikel ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kajian kualitatif dengan studi literatur bidang teologi biblika. Pembahasannya difokuskan pada perintah Allah kepada Musa dalam beberapa kronologi penting serta bagaimana sikap Musa terhadap perintah Allah bagi bangsa Israel dan bagaimana sikap yang ditampilkan umat Israel menanggapi perintah Allah.

Abstract

The main problem studied is how the multicultural problems faced by Christian teachers can be solved based on the teachings of the Bible, especially in luke 10:25-37. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying an overview of multicultural problems, as well as expressing views on multicultural education from both a general and Christian perspective and views on the role and duties of teachers. In addition, it aims to convey the message of the New Testament text, luke 10:25-37, in order to provide input for the teacher's constructive service to students. So that it can provide implications for multicultural services as a signification for Christian teachers. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method, a research that seeks to describe by interpreting the consequences that are happening. While the type of research used is quantitative by conducting literature studies, studying the Bible text in luke 10:25-37, and field studies. In field research, researchers conducted participatory observations and interviews with teachers and students to obtain accurate data on existing problems so that appropriate solutions could be sought. The results of the research on the multicultural problem of teachers in Christian theology secondary schools in Bogor Regency based on cultural pluralism among students, it is proposed to teachers the following things: first, teachers need to increase knowledge about multicultural and multicultural education. Second, develop a creative attitude in learning. Third, multicultural appreciation is expressed in the Samaritan exemplary attitude in giving help without distinguishing who the person being helped is.

Abstract

Divorce and remarriage are issues that are not easily resolved. Differences in theological views on divorce and remarriage, as well as disagreements among local church leaders regarding divorce and remarriage as adultery, add to the uncertainty as well as the opportunities for divorce and remarriage. Based on that, this article aims to find and explain the problems of divorce and remarriage in Christianity. The research method used by the author is the study of biblical theology, which raises and analyzes biblical texts related to divorce and remarriage. The results of this study are the first, whatever the reason, divorce is not permitted. Second, remarriage is not permitted, however, if remarriage is considered a way, then remarriage can be carried out with strict and thorough pastoral conditions and care.   Perceraian, dan pernikahan kembali merupakan persoalan yang tidak mudah diselesaikan. Perbedaan pandangan teologis tentang perceraian dan pernikahan kembali, serta ketidaksepahaman di antara para pemimpin gereja lokal dalam menyepakati sebuah perceraian sebagai dosa dan pernikahan kembali sebagai perzinaan, menambah ketidakpastian sekaligus peluang terjadinya perceraian dan pernikahan kembali. Berdasar hal itulah, artikel ini bertujuan menemukan dan menjelaskan persoalan perceraian dan pernikahan kembali dalam kekristenan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah kajian teologi biblis yang mengangkat dan menganalisa teks-teks Alkitab yang berkaitan dengan perceraian dan pernikahan kembali. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama apa pun alasannya perceraian tidak diizinkan. Kedua, pernikahan kembali tidak diizinkan, namun, jika pernikahan kembali dianggap sebagai jalan, maka dapat dilakukan pernikahan kembali dengan persyaratan dan pelayanan pastoral yang ketat dan teliti.

Abstract

Integrity is inherent in Christian religious education teachers and part of pedagogical competence. Christian religious education teachers (CRE) have a multi-functional role apart from having general criteria as well as special theological criteria to direct their students to a Christ-centered life. The integrity of CRE teachers also includes the formation of character in students, including students in marginal groups who are socially vulnerable, due to environmental influences and at ages whose dynamics are more complex. The purpose of this study is to describe the integrity of Christian education teachers in shaping the character of students, specifically marginalized community groups. The research was focused on multi-complex junior high school students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, bibliographic, with data collection from interviews, field observations, and looking at phenomena related to research and relevant literature. The results of the study show changes in student character when CRE teachers use all their pedagogical competence and integrity in educating these students.   Integritas melekat pada guru pendidikan agama Kristen dan bagian dari kompetensi pedagogik. Guru pendidikan agama Kristen (PAK) memiliki peran multi fungsi selain memiliki kriteria umum dan kriteria teologis khusus untuk mengarahkan siswanya pada kehidupan yang berpusat pada Kristus. Integritas guru PAK juga meliputi pembentukan karakter pada siswa, termasuk siswa pada kelompok marjinal yang rentan secara sosial, akibat pengaruh lingkungan dan pada usia yang dinamikanya semakin kompleks. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan integritas guru pendidikan Kristen dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik, khususnya kelompok masyarakat marginal. Penelitian difokuskan pada siswa SMP multikompleks. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, kepustakaan, dengan pengumpulan data dari hasil wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan melihat fenomena yang berkaitan dengan penelitian dan literatur yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan perubahan karakter siswa ketika guru PAK menggunakan seluruh kompetensi dan integritas pedagogiknya dalam mendidik siswa tersebut.

Abstract

Within two thousand years of the long history of Christianity, Christian worship has been evolving. In the process, distortions often occur and shift the focus of worship. Worship that should focus on the person, works, and initiative of the Trinity has been focusing on humans’ needs and initiative. Therefore, we need to revisit the characteristics of Christian worship conveyed in the Bible. Though a literature study, the writer examined Exodus 3:1-12 and found ten worship characteristics based on revelation-response pattern. Characteristics related to God’s revelation are: (1) worship involves the real presence of God, (2) worship is mediated by Christ, (3) worship is initiated by God, (4) worship employs common elements of our lives, (5) worship proclaims God’s identity, (6) worship remembers God’s saving acts, (7) worship demands our response, and (8) worship engages our senses. Characteristics related to human’s response are: (1) our response involves our body, emotion, and will and (2) our response corresponds to the revealed identity of God.   Sepanjang dua ribu tahun sejarah Kekristenan, peribadahan Kristen sudah mengalami proses “evolusi” yang panjang. Dalam proses tersebut, tidak jarang terjadi distorsi-distorsi karena pergeseran fokus peribadahan. Peribadahan yang seharusnya berfokus kepada pribadi, karya, dan inisiatif Allah Tritunggal pada akhirnya berfokus pada kebutuhan dan inisiatif manusia. Untuk itu, kita perlu melihat kembali karakteristik peribadahan Kristen yang dinyatakan Alkitab. Melalui studi literatur, penulis menggali teks Keluaran 3:1-12 dan menemukan sepuluh karakteristik peribadahan berdasarkan pola-penyataan-respons. Karakteristik yang terkait dengan penyataan Allah ialah: (1) kehadiran pribadi Allah secara langsung, (2) terjadi melalui perantaraan Kristus, (3) terjadi berdasarkan inisiatif Allah, (4) mungkin terjadi dengan melibatkan aspek kehidupan yang natural, umum, atau common, (5) menyatakan identitas dan jati diri Allah, (6) menyatakan karya dan perbuatan Allah, (7) menuntut manusia memberikan respons, dan (8) bersifat imanen dan nyata. Kemudian, karakteristik yang berkaitan dengan respons manusia ialah: (1) bersifat holistik, yaitu melibatkan tubuh, emosi, kehendak, dan (2) berpadanan dengan identitas dan jati diri Allah.

Abstract

The internet has grown in importance as a platform for religious speech and practice, with some considering it a suitable medium for magical experimentation and rituals. Sects and religious meetings have also found a new home in digital networks. Some religious societies have opted to shift their activities online, resulting in digital religion and hyper-mediated religious experiences. The use of digital technology has also fueled religious imagination, notably in the context of animism. The use of digital technology for spiritual reasons, known as technoshamanism, is becoming increasingly popular among neopagans, occultists, and New Agers. As a result, the internet has become a haven for digital deities and technoshamanism, opening new avenues for religious expression and practice. With this context in mind, the research focuses on digital religion, with researchers discussing how digital deities and technoshamanism are changing our understanding of spirituality. The purpose of this research explores how the internet and religion are transformed in the move from offline to online contexts into digital deities and technoshamanism. The rise of digital deities and technoshamanism is altering our perception of spirituality. As a result, the influence of digital deities and technoshamanism on the nature of spirituality is still being explored and researched, with consequences for both conventional religious organizations and the larger cultural environment. The research method of this study is library research, to gather information from books, journals, and online libraries.

Abstract

Information technology in various aspects of life has become inevitable in this digital era. In education, information technology has brought significant changes in learning methods and approaches. The development of information technology provides a great opportunity to renew minds and increase students' spirituality through the principles taught in the Bible, especially in Romans 12:2. This journal research was carried out using the literature study method, where the author analyzed data obtained from the latest books and journals that are relevant to this research topic. The use of digital platforms in the era of disruption has brought many innovative technologies that improve the educational process in schools. efficient. Christian Religious Learning Application: Use of mobile or web applications dedicated to Christian religious learning. This app can provide interactive learning materials, Bible verses, prayers, and other resources that facilitate understanding of the Christian religion. In the educational context, success in facing the challenges and competition in modern life is very dependent on the existence of education which can form individuals who have a holistic understanding of Science and Technology. Students who use information technology feel more motivated, their perspectives are open and they are enthusiastic about learning. Therefore, it is recommended for teachers and schools to utilize information technology in the learning process.   Penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan telah menjadi hal yang tak terelakkan di era digital ini. Di bidang pendidikan, teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam metode dan pendekatan pembelajaran. Perkembangan teknologi informasi memberikan peluang besar untuk memperbaharui pikiran dan meningkatkan spiritualitas siswa sesuai dengan prinsip yang diajarkan dalam Alkitab, khususnya dalam Roma 12:2. Penelitian jurnal ini dilakukan dengan metode studi kepustakaan, di mana penulis menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal terbaru yang relevan dengan topik penelitian ini.Pemanfaatan platform digital pada zaman disrupsi membawa sejumlah teknologi inovatif yang memungkinkan proses pendidikan di sekolah menjadi lebih efisien.Aplikasi Pembelajaran Agama Kristen: Penggunaan aplikasi mobile atau web yang didedikasikan untuk pembelajaran agama Kristen. Aplikasi ini dapat menyediakan materi pembelajaran interaktif, ayat-ayat Alkitab, doa-doa, dan sumber daya lainnya yang memfasilitasi pemahaman agama Kristen. Di dalam konteks pendidikan, keberhasilan dalam menghadapi tantangan dan persaingan dalam kehidupan modern sangat bergantung pada eksistensi pendidikan yang mampu membentuk individu yang memiliki pemahaman yang holistik terhadap Sains dan Teknologi.Siswa yang menggunakan teknologi informasi merasa lebih termotivasi, perspektif terbuka mereka dan bersemangat untuk belajar. Oleh karena itu, disarankan bagi guru dan sekolah untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The modern workplace is constantly evolving, and effective leadership is essential to maintaining a motivated and productive workforce. Servant leadership, characterized by its focus on serving the needs of employees and fostering their personal and professional growth, is gaining prominence as a valuable approach to employee management. This study illustrates the role of Greenleaf's serving leadership theory in improving employee management in work culture. This leadership theory emphasizes the importance of service to subordinates as the foundation of leadership, ethical values, employee development, and the creation of a positive work culture. This research presents an in-depth look at how the application of this theory can strengthen employee management and create a healthy work environment. The purpose of this study is that by applying Greenleaf's serving leadership principles, organizations can advance productivity, employee well-being, and build an inclusive and value-oriented work culture. While diverse organizational challenges and contexts must be considered, leadership theory serves Greenleaf offering a powerful framework for continuous improvement of employee management and work culture. Using literature research methods, these observations can provide deeper insights into the implementation of this theory in a variety of organizational settings.   Tempat kerja modern terus berkembang, dan kepemimpinan yang efektif sangat penting untuk mempertahankan tenaga kerja yang termotivasi dan produktif. Kepemimpinan yang melayani, yang ditandai dengan fokusnya pada melayani kebutuhan karyawan dan mendorong pertumbuhan pribadi dan profesional mereka, semakin terkenal sebagai pendekatan yang berharga untuk manajemen karyawan. Penelitian ini menggambarkan peran teori kepemimpinan melayani Greenleaf dalam meningkatkan manajemen karyawan dalam budaya kerja. Teori kepemimpinan ini menekankan pentingnya pelayanan kepada bawahan sebagai landasan kepemimpinan, nilai-nilai etis, pengembangan karyawan, dan penciptaan budaya kerja yang positif. Penelitian ini menyajikan pandangan mendalam tentang bagaimana penerapan teori ini dapat memperkukuh manajemen karyawan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini bahwa dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan melayani Greenleaf, organisasi dapat memajukan produktivitas, kesejahteraan karyawan, serta membangun budaya kerja yang inklusif dan berorientasi pada nilai-nilai. Walaupun tantangan dan konteks organisasi yang beragam harus diperhitungkan, teori kepemimpinan melayani Greenleaf menawarkan kerangka kerja yang kuat untuk perbaikan manajemen karyawan dan budaya kerja yang berkelanjutan. Dengan memakai metode penelitian literatur, pengamatan ini dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang implementasi teori ini dalam berbagai setting organisasi.

Abstract

Meaning in religious practices based on the Christian faith is significant to avoid formality and legalism in religion. This research examines religiosity from a theological perspective as a guide for Christians in carrying out religious practices inwardly and intimately with the Triune God. Using a literature study method, this article highlights the dangers of being trapped in religious formality. It emphasizes the importance of carrying out religious practices not only because they have good values, but are also based on strong Christian faith. With a deep understanding of religiosity, it is hoped that Christians can develop a more intimate personal relationship with God in living their daily religious life.   Pemaknaan dalam praktik keagamaan berdasarkan iman Kristiani sangat penting untuk menghindari formalitas dan legalisme dalam beragama. Penelitian ini mengkaji religiositas dari sudut pandang teologi sebagai pedoman bagi umat Kristiani dalam menjalankan praktik keagamaan secara batiniah dan intim dengan Allah Tritunggal.
