Abstract

Customers are important for the running of an institution. Customers determine the existence of an institution. For this reason, service to customers and maintaining relationships with customers is a must, as Peters and Waterman argued: an excellent organization is an organization that can maintain relationships with its customers and has an obsession with quality. Customers are all people who demand the company to meet a certain quality standard that will have an influence on the company's performance and company management. Principals must provide excellent service to all customers so that educational goals can be achieved efficiently and effectively. To measure customer satisfaction with the principal's service, you can use the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) so that deficiencies in service can be minimized. It is so important to use the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) that the author tries to do a research with the title of Customer Perspective Development through the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). With the aim of providing enlightenment on how to develop a customer perspective through the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) so that the services provided to customers can be moreeffective and efficient to achieve educational goals.

Abstract

Governance or personnel management is a part of management that deals with people. Personnel management is a field of scienc that studies how to provide a facility for development, work, and also a sense of work participation in an activity or activity. Employee competency development provides a very large advantage for a company because employees who have good competence according to needs will create work effectiveness and efficiency so that company/organization goals will be achieved as much as possible. However, some companies have not shown seriousness in carrying out personnel management properly so that the presence of employees seems to receive less serious attention. Whereas the employee element is the thing that determines the success of a company. For this reason, personal management needs to be managed as well as possible in a professional manner. Based on the above, it is very interesting to discuss how to manage personnel in a company/institution. This paper will discuss personnel management at the Center for the Development and Empowerment of Educators and Education Personnel (PPPPTK) for Kindergarten and Special Education (TK and PLB). With this paper, it is hoped that it will provide an overview of how to carry out personnel management so that it becomes a reference in managing the personnel of an institution

Abstract

The current process towards the goals of education in Indonesia is stillrunning unbalanced because in reality education currently only focuses on one cognitive aspect, namely IQ (intelligent Quotion). Even though IQ is not the only factor that greatly influences student achievement. In the learning process there is a change in the abilities possessed by students in various fields, and that ability is obtained because of the learning effort. Children who master their emotions become more confident, optimistic, have passion and ideals, have the ability to adapt and at the same time they will perform better in school who are able to understand, as well as master the problems that exist Based on the results of research conducted on 50 students MTsN Ternate City shows that the emotional intelligence of students is generally at a value of 34-63% with high emotional intelligence qualifications. This is also in line with the number of students as many as 25 students have an emotional intelligence interval of 50-63%, in the high category, 19 students have an emotional intelligence interval between 35-49% in the medium category and 6 people have an emotional intelligence interval between 10-34 % with low category.

Abstract

The existence of this media innovation, is expected to improve the teaching and learning process for teachers and students, can be more effective and encourage student creativity. Another advantage is the savings in operational costs of learning and simplifying the preparation of teachers in teaching. In addition, it will facilitate assessment, overcome the limitations of learning media that are not available, and hopefully increase student knowledge. While IT-based learning media is a tool used in the learning process by utilizing information technology. In this system the interaction between teachers (teachers) and participants (students) does not have to meet each other physically as in the conventional education system, they meet in the information technology room (internet) by utilizing a media called a computer. Some media that can be used in IT-based learning, for example; TV, computers.

Abstract

During a pandemic, various activities must be carried out online. This also affects the role of the guidance and counseling teacher services. BK teachers themselves have an important role to play in distance learning during the pandemic. The role and presence of Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers in the current pandemic is very much needed by students as a place to vent or share related to distance learning. Counselor must still be able to provide services to their foster students even though they are through Remote Services or what is commonly called LJJ. The role of counseling teachers in LJJ is very important so that students can develop optimally in accordance with their development tasks. Therefore, moving on from this problem, I tried the role of the counselor in conducting home visit services in the era of the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Islamic education is an effort to develop human potential, both physically and spiritually, which aims to form a whole human being who is happy, and safe in this world and the hereafter. Dola Bololo as part of Ternate's oral literature, which has been passed down from generation to generation, has a polite and gentle meaning and style of language, teaching humans about the essence of life. This research includes library research, using descriptive qualitative methods with a hermeneutic approach, namely the study of hidden meanings in texts, used to internalize and understand in depth the phenomenon of oral literary culture in the people of the Ternate sultanate. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data collection method is a method as a data collection tool, so the analysis strategy used is content analysis. After that, the researcher tries to present it in an analytical descriptive manner, namely an effort to collect data, compile the necessary data, then analyze and interpret the data. One of the ways to encourage the religious people of Ternate to understand and practice Islamic teachings, which include the Shari'a creed and worship, is Dola Bololo being an effective means of conveying the messages of heaven to the inhabitants of the earth. The researcher's interest is trying to find harmony between the values of Islamic education and Dola Bololo, as a contribution to caring for and preserving Dola Bololo, as well as encouraging the Ternate generation, for the intelligence of their ancestors, choosing a method of teaching Islam to the public using language that is easy to understand, through compositions of Dola Bololo.

Abstract

Fiqh education is an integral part of religious education, indeed it is not the onlydetermining factor in the formation of the character and personality of students, but has a considerable influence on the character and behavior of students. Fiqh subjects have contributed in motivating students to practice religious values in everyday life. The focus of this research discusses the efforts of educators in increasing students' learning output, especially fiqh subjects, at MTs Al-Khairaat Falabisahaya. To achieve this goal, researchers used a phenomenological-based qualitative approach with a case study research method. The researcher found that the output of this research included the implementation of a one sheet learning plan according to the rules of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. The application of this research includes indicators of time, teaching materials, learning methods and evaluation. Factors supporting this research are adequate facilities and infrastructure. The inhibiting factor for this research is thebackground of the students, who are not all graduates of madrasas or Islamic boarding schools, so it takes a long time to adapt to deeper religious lessons, namely fiqh lessons.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Aqidah Ahlak learning outcomes on theformation of student character. This study uses a qualitative approach, because the data presented are in the form of numbers. implementation, Aqidah Akhlak learning at Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Falabisahaya This article uses a qualitative research type with a case study approach. The researcher's data collection technique was by conducting participant observation, documentation, and interviews. The data sources of this research were 38 madrasah students, . Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was an influence on the learning outcomes of aqidah ahlak and could have an influence on the character of students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini berfokus pada strategi kepala madrasah dalam pengelolaanlembaga pendidikan Islam dan implikasi pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam di era disrupsi pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Halmahera Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala madrasah, guru, dan tenaga kependidikan di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Halmahera Barat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah display data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Triangulasi yang digunakan untuk menguji keabasahan data adalah triangulasi, sumber, teknik dan waktu. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah. 1) Strategi Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Halmahera Barat di Era Disrupsi. a. Rekrutmen sesuai kualifikasi guru dan tenaga kependidikan, b. Peningkatan kompetensi guru dan tenaga kependidikan dengan MGMP Mandiri, dan pelatihan penggunaan teknologi, c. Memberikan fasilitas yang memadai untuk guru dan tenaga kependidikan. d. Kepala madrasah melakukan monitoring yang terencana maupun secara mendadak. 2) Implikasi yang di dapatkan dari Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan cendekia Halmahera Barat. a. Terlihat dengan peningkatan professional para guru dan tenaga kependidikan, b. Sarana dan pra sarana yang memadai, dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dan staf diantaranya diberikan perumahan guru dan fasilitas mengajar yang berbasis teknologi. c. Capaian lulusan di Madrasah ini yang mencapai 100%. Karena dengan sistem rekrutmen siswa yang basis online serta dengan program, akademik study kolaboartif, seminar karya tulis ilmiah, dan keagamaan hal ini membuat sejumlah siswa mendapatkan prestasi terbaik. d. Lulusannya banyak masuk di dunia kerja, birokrasi, dan kampus ternama di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study expects to decide the expansion in ability to peruse of the Qur'an through the iqro strategy in Al-Qur'an In addition to Darussalam Kindergarten. The detailing of the issue in this movement incorporates what the Iqra strategy can mean for understudies' capacity to be great, and through the Iqro technique it is trusted that it can truly change the capacity to peruse the Qur'an rapidly, definitively and accurately. This review utilized  the Study hall Activity Exploration or PTK technique utilizing cycle 1 and cycle 2. From the consequences of the review, the scientist tracked down an expansion in the capacity to peruse the Koran through the Iqra' technique as follows: the classification of understanding the Iqra' strategy was 95% and the classification of perusing Iqra ' easily 90%.
