Abstract

The development of an area that has the potential to become a tourist area is a huge opportunity, not only can it beautify the face of the city, but it can also have an impact on the economy of the surrounding community, and can improve the tourism sector in the area. It is hoped that the development of the Ina Marina beach area as a tourist area will have a positive impact not only on regional income. However, it can be directly beneficial to the economy of the surrounding community. This research aims to determine the impact of developing the Ina Marina Beach tourist area on the socio-economic life of the surrounding community and the strategies carried. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection was carried out through literature study, observation, and interviews. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model analysis. The research results show that the impacts felt by the community related to the development of the Ina Marina Beach tourist area are changes in lifestyle, job diversification, economic improvement, and job opportunities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of taxpayer compliance, taxation systems and procedures, and the behavior of tax officials on the effectiveness of PBB-P2 revenue in Central Maluku Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. This research was conducted with a population of all tax collecting of the land and building in rural and urban (PBB-P2) taxpayers of 88,285. Sampling was taken by distributing questionnaires based on the Slovin formula to 100 taxpayer respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 29 test tool. The research results show that taxpayer compliance, tax systems and procedures, behavior of tax officials have a positive and significant and simultaneous effect on the effectiveness of revenue. . As an implication, by paying attention to the effectiveness of the performance of the tax apparatus and increasing the capacity of human resources owned by the Regional Revenue Agency, it determines the services provided optimally to taxpayers with tax systems and procedures that are easy for taxpayers to understand, making it easier for taxpayers to make tax payments tax collecting of the land and building in rural and urban (PBB-P2) and can influence the effectiveness of tax collecting of the land and building in rural and urban (PBB-P2) acceptance.

Abstract

Research to understand influence of HSM and FI on IB in e-commerce. Quantitative research with stratified random sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires given to 82 students who used e-commerce, with multiple linear regression data analysis. The results show HSM does not affect IB in e-commerce. While FI has a significant effect on IB in e-commerce. HSM and FI simultaneously have a significant effect on IB in e-commerce. E-commerce merchants are expected to continue to adapt to trends, changes in consumer behavior and follow technological developments in an effort to maintain consumer satisfaction. They need to identify consumer needs and preferences, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the shopping experience.

Abstract

According to a new study, the number of electronic money users in Indonesia will reach 772 million by November 2023. The study states that electronic money is increasingly popular in Indonesia because of its convenience and practicality. The author says technology has brought significant changes to the financial sector. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. Millennial customers think the BNI Direct Cash Management System is essential for business development. Payments have become easier with the BNI Direct Cash Management System, which is helpful for business owners and millennial customers. Applying the BNI Direct Cash Management System in payment systems in several research sectors can help with sound financial management as well as time and cost efficiency. Using the BNI Direct Cash Management System, this income optimization can occur because using the BNI Direct Cash Management System, both owners and the financial department of business actors can provide effective and efficient services with more comprehensive marketing access and obtain convenience in transactions, ease of transactions and speed of transactions, to increase people's purchasing power. This aligns with the expectations of people who want convenience in transactions, ease of transactions, and speed.

Abstract

The tourism sector has now become an important and strategic industry in  improving a country's economy. This is not only limited to foreign exchange income for the State, but can also increase people's economic activity, especially the home crafts industry and small industries in general. Apart from that, the hotel and restaurant industry is also growing with various other economic linkages. For Indonesia, the tourism industry plays an important role in the economy, so it is formally outlined in the Medium Term Development Plan which places the tourism industry as a strategic industry for economic growth. Then it was adopted by the Maluku Provincial Government in the 2019-2024 National Medium Term Development Plan by placing it as one of the regions in the Eastern Region of Indonesia with various potential features. This specialty is not only in terms of historical aspects but also various natural beauties and local uniqueness in terms of traditions, culture and society. The potential tourist attractions of Maluku Province in the entire area or scope of existing districts are diverse (RPJMD 2019-2024).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of customer satisfaction in mediating influencers and electronic word of mouth on online purchasing decisions for fashion products in Denpasar City. Data collection was carried out through surveys using questionnaires. The population in this study was adjusted to the analysis model used, namely Partial Least Square, with sample determination using the Hair formula. The sample in this study was 90 respondents from the people of Denpasar City who made online purchases of fashion products. The data analysis technique used is SEM PLS analysis. The research results show that influencers have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Influencers have a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. Word of mouth has a positive but not significant effect on customer satisfaction. Word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Customer satisfaction mediates the influence of influencers on purchasing decisions. Customer satisfaction mediates the influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership and achievement motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT. BPR Triggers Manunggal Sejahtera. The method used in the research is quantitative with a questionnaire carried out systematically in accordance with the research objectives. The population in this study were all employees at PT. BPR Picu Manunggal Sejahtera except for 30 leaders. This research was analyzed using PLS-based SEM. The research results show that (1) Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction at PT. BPR Picu Manungal Sejahtera (2) Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Picu Manunggal (3) Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. BPR Picu Manunggal Sejahtera (4) Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Picu Manunggal Sejahtera (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Triggers Manunggal Sejahtera. This means that the better the job satisfaction provided, the employee performance will increase (6) Satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership on employee performance (7) Satisfaction does not mediate the influence of achievement motivation on employee performance. It is recommended that future researchers add alternative constructs that influence employee performance such as work environment, job training, compensation, communication, etc. as well as increase references related to research.

Abstract

The research aims to explore the impact of organizational culture, leadership, self-efficacy on employee performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable (study at the Maha Bhoga Marga Foundation). This study utilizes a quantitative approach through questionnaire methods, interviews, observations, literature review, and documentation. Data analysis will be conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS), which is a component of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) framework. The research is conducted on 50 permanent employees with over 5 years of service. The results indicate that organizational culture, leadership, and self-efficacy have a positive influence on employee performance. Similarly, OCB as an intervening variable has a positive impact on employee performance by mediating organizational culture, leadership, and self-efficacy. The relationship between OCB and the phenomenon that employee performance affects organizational culture, leadership, and self-efficacy. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to a better understanding of employee performance and OCB as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of regional tax revenues, regional levies and results of separated regional wealth management on local own-source revenue (PAD) in regencies and cities throughout East Java in 2020-2021, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing and coefficient determination (R2). The results of this study show that simultaneously (test f) local taxes, regional fees and the results of regional wealth management which are decided to affect regional original income (PAD) in Regencies and Cities throughout East Java in 2020-2021. Meanwhile, partially (t test) the regional tax variable has an effect on regional original income (PAD) in Regencies and Cities throughout East Java in 2020-2021. The regional retribution variable has a positive effect on regional original income (PAD) in Regencies and Cities throughout East Java in 2020-2021. Meanwhile, the results of separated regional wealth management have no effect on regional original income (PAD) in regencies and cities throughout East Java in 2020-2021.

Abstract

Indonesia's relations with Taiwan cannot be separated from problems and issues related to Indonesian Migrant Workers. Among these issues is the case of Indonesian Migrant Workers who exceeded the period of stay or overstayed in Taiwan. The overstaying status of Indonesian Migrant Workers creates vulnerability to violations of the rights of Indonesian Migrant Workers and even Indonesian Migrant Workers can be treated arbitrarily. So protection is needed so that the rights of Indonesian Migrant Workers are fulfilled. The type of research that the author will use is qualitative descriptive research because it is considered appropriate to research needs. The data sources used by the author in this research are secondary data such as data obtained from documents, photos, research journals, books relevant to research, news and credible internet media as support for primary sources related to regulations. the rights of Indonesian migrant workers abroad. The results of this research show that the protection and cooperation efforts undertaken to protect Indonesian Migrant Workers include institutional improvements through BP2MI, the launch of the SP2T and Embedded SP2T schemes, the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Taiwan and Indonesia regarding the Recruitment, Placement and Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers in December 2018, as well as a self-surrender program for overstayer workers from the Taiwanese authorities.
