Burnout is asyndrome of depersonalization, emotional exhaustion, and a sense of low personal accomplishment. Theburnout phenomenon is found in almost all health professions. Health professions’ burnout is an aspectthat can affect the quality of healthcare services. This was a systematic review following the PRISMAmodel. The review was conducted by reading published articles written in English from 2014 to 2019from the electronic databases. A total of 6 full articles were included in this study. Some variablesshowed a positive correlation with health professions’ burnout, including age, gender, marital status, length of work, and income/payment. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the effects of online learning on psychomotor changes in short story writing among students of SMPN 4, Banda Aceh. The data were taken from the students’ short stories at SMPN 4 Banda Aceh. The methods used were descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Techniques used to collect the datawerea test, observation, interview and documentation. The data were then processed using the SPSS program. Based on the results of the linearity test, there was a significant linear relationship between psychomotor changes (X) and learning in short story writing (Y). However, this relationship was only slightly affected, namely 8.6% while the rest was influenced by external factors from the research variables, namely laziness and student boredom. The results of the regression test also show that online learning at SMPN 4 Banda Aceh has no significant effects on psychomotor changes in writing short stories. Meanwhile, the results of interviews with teachers and students revealed that online learning has positive and negative effects depending on the learning patterns. Keywords: online learning, psychomotor, short stories writing.

Abstract

In developing the disaster victim evacuation (DVE) model, we started with exploratory study is needed to identify the related variables. The exploratory studies are in the form of qualitative and quantitative research. In this qualitative study conducted agent-based in the nursing perspective. To conduct this research, guidelines are needed that are in accordance with the actual situation, such as the global COVID-19 pandemic. Although many articles have been published regarding in-depth interview (II) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) guidelines, all of them have to be readjusted according to the situation. This adjustment is important to do minimize problems that arise in the data collection process, such as the emergence of new clusters during pandemic of the Covid 19. This study aims to provide a detailed standard in the implementation of the data collection process using the II & FGD method for the DVE Model development and in accordance with pandemic conditions. This literature review study begins with article search and identification of scientific articles. Before the scientific articles are synthesized, a variable identification process is carried out through 2 stages, namely identification to sort articles according to variables and article selection for research main reference needs and references for discussion.. The results of this study are in the form of qualitative research guidelines presented in the form of standard data collection methods using II & FGD. In this article, we recommend aligning the II & FGD guidelines with the development of information technology in exploring Agent-based information. Keywords: In-depth Interview, FGD, disaster & Model

Abstract

BTS functions as an interconnection between the cellular system infrastructure and the Out Station. BTS must always monitor station exits that enter and leave the BTS cell. Ideally, one cell will be served by one BTS site. Topographic quality of BTS refers to the Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The parameters used are Availability, Call Drop Rate-Circuit Switch (CDR CS), Call Drop Rate-Packet Switching (CDR PS), Call Setup Success Rate-Circuit Switching (CSSR CS) and Call Setup Success Rate-Packet Switching (CSSR PS). The purpose of this research is to analyze the facts of cellular networks, especially 3G networks in Makassar City based on the standards set by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The results obtained from this study are the proportion of the KPI parameters. For the availability parameters, the best value obtained is 30. For the CDR CS parameter, the best value is 0.2436. For the CS CSSR parameter, the best value is 30. Whilst, for the CDR PS parameter, the best value is 0.0517. Whereas for the CSSR PS parameter, the best value is between 29.9515 to 29.9811. Keywords: evaluation, 3G, cellular, key performance indicators, mobile network operators

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are the central places for Islamic education in Indonesia. The schools have been producing Islamic leaders from time to time. Besides, they actively make an innovation so they will not be left behind. Parents sending their children into Islamic boarding schools generally expect that their children will be knowledgeable Muslim leaders in the future. However, there are factors that prevent some children from staying longer at the boarding schools. This research is a literature study with documentation research methods since the data were obtained in the form of writing, words, pictures, photos with the type of literature study by collecting, reviewing and analyzing data, documents or works related to the object of research. It was found that strict rules are among the main reasons. The students admitted that they were not mentally strong to face the rules. Other factors were loss, truancy, violence, and homosexuality. Thus, it is suggested that Islamic boarding schools should adopt the mental health perspective into their teaching and address the aforementioned issues, allowing the students to feel comfortable and be willing to stay longer at the school. Abstract

The usage of Azolla Microphylla as fish feed provides several advantages for fish farmers such as; the low-cost, the easy-to-obtain, and the taste that is favoured by some freshwaterfish especially catfish (Clarias Batrachus). Azolla Microphylla is known as one ofPterideophyte aquatic plants that can be utilized as fish feed for catfish because of its highnutritional values, including N, P, Si, Ca, Fe, Mg, and some others. This study aims to analyzethe effectiveness of feeding Azolla Microphylla on catfish length and weight growth by anexperimental method. A completely randomized design was conducted with 5 treatments and 4repeatabilities using 20 fish farms containing a cluster of catfish with an average size of 5 cm,that regularly fed with Azolla Microphylla. The observation was conducted every 10 daysduring the treatment, with a total number of observations held 4 times in the 40-daystreatment. The result indicated that the treatment in P2, with a 60-gram dosage of AzollaMicrophylla feeding, gives the optimal growth on catfish length and weight compared to othertreatments. Best scores in P2 treatment is found in the fourth observation, where the catfishlength reaches around 28 cm, and the weight reached 100 gram. Based on the single factorANOVA test, the real difference values for each group and treatment which analysed at asignificance level of 0,05, namely FvaluesFtable, indicates a significant effect of AzollaMicrophylla on the catfish growth. The Tukey’s Honest Significant Difference test also showsa significant effect of the Azolla Microphylla feeding on the catfish length and weight growth. Therefore, feeding catfish with 60-gram of Azolla Microphylla creates an effective treatmentto gain catfish length and weight. Keywords: Azolla Microphylla, Feeding, Fish Feed, Catfish Growth

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in scientific attitudes of students taught by practicum-based inquiry learning. The research started with the preparation of the scientific attitude observation sheet instrument. The analyzed data are qualitative. Qualitative data of this study was data from the observation of students' scientific attitudes using the percentage formula. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental method: treatment of one variable and no control classwith pretest-posttest design. This research used a descriptive research to describe students' scientific attitudes. The average value of the highest scientific attitude of students was on the open aspect of 70.27%, while the average value of the lowest scientific attitude of students was on the curiosity indicator of 56.33%. Thus, it can be concluded that the students’ scientific attitude increased through the process of practical activities on arthropods and molluscs material using inquiry learning occurred with a fairly good category 63.82%.
