This study aims to overcome ditching behavior through behavioral counseling with self management techniques in grade XI AP 2 students of SMK Wira Bhakti Denpasar Year 2020/2021 where the number of students targeted by the study amounted to 35 students and 5 of them had ditching behavior. Based on the evaluation results after the implementation of behavioral counseling with self management techniques in cycle I, there was a slight decrease ditching behavior in grade XI AP 2 smk Wira Bhati Denpasar Year 2020/2021 individually 74%to 68% and in groups seen an average decrease of 72.4%. After finding some weaknesses in cycle I then held improvements in cycle II so that there was a decrease in individual ditching behavior 48 % to 52 % and in groups experienced an average decrease of 48 %. Thus, it can be concluded that through the implementation of behavioral counseling with self management techniques are able to disrupt ditching behavior in grade XI AP 2 students of SMK Wira Bhakti Denpasar Year 2020/2021. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that BK teachers should provide behavioral counseling services with self-management techniques to disrupt ditching behavior in students.

Activities are all activities carried out both physically and spiritually. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the increase in student activity and learning outcomes in class IX H Semester II SMP Negeri 3 Sukawati if the assignment method with recitation was applied. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were students of class IX H of SMP Negeri 3 Sukawati in the first semester of the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 39 students. In this study, two cycles were used and each cycle went through four stages of the activity process which included (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. The data collection technique in this study was using the test and observation method. The results showed that (1) The application of the learning assignment method with recitation could increase the activities and learning outcomes of class IX H Semester II students of SMP Negeri 3 Sukawati in the 2020/2021 academic year. (2) The application of the learning method of giving assignments with recitation has a positive influence, namely it can increase student learning motivation as indicated by the average student answers stating that students are interested and interested in learning the method of giving assignments with recitation

Along with the development and advancement of technology, the competition that occurs requires people to follow the flow of adjustment as well as the world of education which now provides many alternative choices and levels of quality. Educational institutions need to develop excellence in order to survive, compete and maintain the continuity of the institution properly. The resources needed to maintain the continuity of the institution are not solely from traditional resources but also must be from intangible resources, namely knowledge. To benefit from the knowledge possessed and what knowledge must be possessed, educational institutions must manage their knowledge through knowledge management. Educational institutions must consciously know the knowledge they have and their benefits to improve performance and increase innovation and creativity. To achieve superior educational institutions, knowledge management is needed, namely the ability to create and maintain value that is greater than the competitiveness of the core institution. Knowledge and experience are able to create, communicate and apply knowledge about various things to achieve organizational goals, namely to become a superior educational institution.

Regression analysis was used to study the pattern of the relationship between the response variable and the predictor variable. There are two approaches used in this method, namely parametric and nonparametric. The most popular parametric regression used is multiple linear regression. In addition to parametric regression there are nonparametric regression approaches. One of the well-known nonparametric regression is Spline Truncated. This research to compare the multiple linear regression method with the Spline Truncated in the case of poverty in Papua Province. Based on the results of research on poverty cases in Papua Province, it can be concluded that the Spline Truncated regression is better than the multiple linear regression with R2 of 88.39%.

The Student Teams Achievement Division is one of the simplest cooperative learning methods, and is the best model to start with for teachers who use a cooperative approach. This type of research is classroom action research. The aim of this research is to find out the improvement of students' mathematics learning outcomes in trigonometry by applying the Student Teams Achievement Division type of cooperative learning model. The research subjects were students of class XI MIPA 1 SMA Taman Rama Denpasar in the academic year 2021/2022. The object of the research is the application of the Student Teams Achievement Division type of cooperative learning model and the students' mathematics learning outcomes. In this study through four stages of the activity process which includes (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. Data collection techniques using test and observation methods. The results showed that the application of the Student Teams Achievement Division learning model could improve the mathematics learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA 1 SMA Taman Rama Denpasar in the 2021/2022 academic year.

The presenter is the person in charge of leading and managing the course of an event. An emcee requires skills, knowledge, a pleasant voice and an attractive appearance. The purpose of this study was to determine the responses and learning outcomes of students in the civil service subject at the Indonesian Language Education Study Program, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia after the Guided inquiry teaching method was implemented by utilizing learning media. This type of research is classroom action research. This action research is designed using several cycles, where each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 12 semester students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program for the academic year 2021/2022. The object of this research was the student's learning outcomes after being given learning using guided inquiry teaching methods and using visual learning media. The data collection method is the observation method, the test method and the questionnaire/questionnaire method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) There is an effect of the application of the guided inquiry teaching method by utilizing learning media in the civil service course. (2) There is a positive response in the application of the guided inquiry teaching learning method by utilizing learning media in improving the learning outcomes of civility subjects in 6th semester students of the Indonesian Language Education Study Program for the academic year 2021/2022.

Problem solving learning model is a learning model that presents material by confronting students with problems that must be solved. The aims of this study are (1) to determine whether there is a response and whether the application of the problem solving learning model with the zoom application can improve learning outcomes in answering questions in linear algebra courses. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects of this research are 6th semester students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia for the academic year 2021/2022, and the object of this research is a study of understanding linear algebra courses and student responses to problem solving learning models. In this study through four stages of the activity process which includes (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. Data collection techniques using test and observation methods. The results showed that (1) the application of the problem solving learning model could improve the ability to answer questions in linear algebra courses. (2) There is a positive response from students towards the application of problem solving learning models to improve the ability to answer questions in linear algebra courses for 6th semester students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Discovery learning learning model is a student activity to understand the intent, meaning, concept and connect something by stimulating their intuitive so that they can draw a conclusion. However, it is still difficult to apply during the pandemic by studying online. The purpose of this study was to determine the response and application of the Discovery Learning learning model online using google classroom to improve student learning outcomes. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects in the research were students of class XI AKL 1 State Vocational High School 1 State for the 2019/2020 academic year, while the object of this research was a study of understanding the subject of Tax Administration and student responses to the Discovery learning model. This study used several cycles including (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded (1) The application of the Discovery Learning learning model online using google classroom can improve student learning outcomes. (2) There is a positive response from students to the application of the Discovery Learning learning model online using Google Classroom to improve Tax Administration learning outcomes in class XI AKL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Negara for the academic year 2019/2020. The Tradition and Exiestence of Legong Keraton. Legong Keraton or tradisional Legong as a cultural product of the past has undoubtedly contributed significantly to the development of orther dances in Bali. Legong Keraton with itsdifferent aestetic principles is different from theprevious dance genere, such as Gambuh.Traditional Legong has beokome the basis of new creation of Legong. Creation of Legong are also called as creations of Pelegongan because those creations use ceratain elements of the aestetic concepts of Lgong Keraton accumulated in the pelegongan concepts. Traitional Legong develops and continues to exist with new variants of Legong. The examination of Legong concept. Traditional Legong develops an continues to exist with new variants of Legong. This study aims to improve the ability of teachers to write articles at SD Negeri 3 Peguyangan in the second semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. This research is based on the number of teachers who have not mastered how to write articles and the number of teachers who have never written. The author holds activities for teachers to improve their ability to write articles that are packaged in In House Training activities. Through this activity, it is hoped that it will improve the ability of teachers to write articles at SD Negeri 3 Peguyangan. This study involved 1 resource person and 12 teachers as participants. In House Training activities take place from January to June 2021 in two cycles. The results showed that In House Training activities have been able to improve the ability of teachers in writing articles to obtain a very high category in terms of the teacher's ability to write articles and the category is very high when viewed from the effectiveness of In House Training activities. In House Training activities really need to be developed in schools as a forum to improve teacher professionalism, especially in the field of writing articles. This is because the theme and time can be flexible according to the needs of the school. Competent resource persons are sought to be able to transmit their abilities to teachers at school.
